We are Clearwater Plumbers customers for life; they're an absolutely incredible company that exudes top notch customer service. We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. Last year, Brian with ClearWater Plumbers installed a new whole home filter system as well as an RO water filter for the kitchen, including running a water line to the refrigerator. Brian did a great job, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian and his team were efficient and they cleaned up after the install. It has been a year now and my wife and I love having filtered water, especially the hot RO water at the kitchen sink. I make hot tea easily now and my wife enjoys the RO water coming from the refrigerator. Brian and Logan came out today to replace the RO water filters and again they were just great. I have used Clearwater on multiple separate occasions for varying degrees of help and the reason I keep going back is the great service I receive. Just the other day I needed our Dishwasher fixed as it was leaking into the garage in large amounts. I called early in the morning and Chrispy was able to get out that same day to assess the problem. Superb service. An amateur home inspector suggested to new home buyers that I needed to buy them a new hot water heater. I wanted a second opinion, so I called ClearWater. The plumber who came out said I didn't really need a new hot water heater, that the old one still had some life to it. I was impressed with his honesty; he wasn't trying to sell me a hot water heater. I was so impressed, I bought a new one anyway. That..and it helped with the sale of the house. Our tenant heard water running and thought we had a leak. ClearWater Plumbers informed us that he had determined that there was a leak underground beneath the house foundation and that a re-pipe of the house was needed. I asked him if he had gone into the crawl space to see if the ground was wet and he said that he knew it was a leak and didn't need to go under the house. This seemed strange to me so I told him I needed to get a 2nd opinion. I called another plumber who went out and determined that the backyard hose bib was on and turned it off. No leak. Reported this to management at ClearWater Plumbers who told me this didnt seem like the plumber they sent but would talk to him and call me. They never did despite multiple calls. read more

After having an AC company come out to inspect our system and determine that the inside unit was not the culprit, they advised that we contact a plumber. My wife and I have received service from ClearWater Plumbers several times in recent years and have been well pleased each time, so we reached out and had Chris and Shane come to do our work. Chris had an excellent way of LISTENING to me share about the situation and what our goals were in finding a lasting solution, and he explained his recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner that instilled confidence in our end. He and Shane did a bang up job to provide a much better foundation for our water heater to rest on, and in turn, ensures that gravity will work in our favor to keep water draining from the AC condensate where it should go, and not back up to the water heater.
