I let him use my garden hose and when I came back with the hose he bypass the water supply but I did not notice that he also disconnected the gas line. Then he took pictures and sent it to the warranty company for approval and left and said that he will come back after they ( First American Home Warranty) will approve the replacement.request. After few hours I check the hose if it's still dripping water and saw it already stop. I called the warranty company if the request was already approved but the lady on the other end said 24 business hours ( 3 days ) the approval is still under review. Then I disconnected the hose from the water heater and notice that the gas line was also disconnected from water heater exposing the gas line. I called back Firat American Home Warranty about the gas line expose because it was disconnected by Cris of Blue Diamond plumbing. He suppose to ask first the water heater replacement approval before touching the water ( disconnecting the gas line and bypassing the water supply to the water heater). Now I will be stuck with disconnected water heater and no hot water for another at least 3 to ? Days. Really bad customer service. This is not done yet. And the house is in Las Vegas area.
