However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. He said keep an eye on it, and if it happens again we might have to tunnel under the house to the spot where the debris was. My fiance is out of town and I knew I only had hours to fix it as she is due back tonight. I called for help in a panic and The Plumber was able to come out and help same day!
