He caught several issues that our previous inspection company completely missed. At the end of the inspection, Brian walked us through all of his findings in detail. He patiently answered our questions, explained which issues were minor and which ones (like a foundation concern) were more serious, and even gave advice on how to communicate these findings with our builder. His insight helped us understand not just what was wrong, but how our home compared to what's typical for new builds. Upon his recommendation, we thought the inspector had scheduled a sewer line scope for us for Monday at 8 am thru TexInspec. Buyer has not received a confirmation of that. Inspector was detailed and finished on time. Inspector noted 9 window screens with hail damage, yet when realtor tried to identify which windows (for purposes of an amendment for repairs to seller), the realtor identified 12 window screens. 2nd inspection 2nd day on different home, the inspector took a long time for the inspection (slow-about 4 hours) but was courteous and detailed.
