When I chose the least expensive option, they still treated me like a valued customer. They completed the job on time, and within budget. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel their customer service and quality of work was so exceptional, I wanted to make sure to let others know about them. I will absolutely use them again if needed, in fact I won't go anywhere else now, and will refer all my family and friends to them as well. These two sons eventually branched off and opened up Pacific Driveline. Pacific driveline is a transmission shop that you can easily rely upon. They are honest, fair and they stand behind their work with integrity. When we first were looking to have our transmission rebuilt we were recommended by our mechanic to goto these guys as they supported various warranty groups and our coast-to-coast warranty would be validated with them. We did the rebuild and unfortunately it failed while we did a trip up to Kamloops (but not so bad). They stood behind their work and not only did they honor their own warranty; they also had the vehicle towed from Kamloops to their shop and helped us make alternative vehicle arrangements. It turned out that the part that was involved in the update (yes they do the updates during rebuilds) was defective. About a half year later we noticed that the transmission was starting to "gear hunt"; so I brought it over to John to inspect. We found also that the rear-differential was squealing during the test-drive. John replaced all of the solenoids and also preformed a rear-differential flush at NO COST. We could not be happier with the service that these two perform. They remained professional throughout our entire ordeal, were completely transparent with honesty and left us with a warm feeling of knowing that we have found a drivetrain shop that we could rely upon. When my car started making unsettling noises on the highway, I was referred to Nevco since it was…read moremost likely a problem with my Jetta's transmission. When my tow truck pulled up at 6:05 (they close at 6:00) they stayed behind to talk to me about what happened and were genuinely interested about the problem and getting to know the situation. The next day they provided a free diagnostic to be sure what was wrong and were very informative when they called to tell me the problem. When they diagnosed the problem (an almost destroyed timing belt) they ordered and replaced it the same day so that I was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. My car works perfectly now and I can be assured that the rest of my car is fine due to their thorough job. Pricing was as fair as it gets and more than reasonable for the job. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanics shop and they took great care of my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Over the past 50 years I've brought every vehicle I've owned and have referred dozens of friends to them and everyone has been delighted. I took…read moreit to AALL Tech Transmission at Dawson street Burnaby and was quoted around $1500 to get clutch replaced. I wasn't fully convinced why it's directly caused by my clutch so I looked for a second opinion at Coast Auto Transmission. Tom came out right away when I got to his shop, checked a bit, did a road testing and told me "2 seconds". Then he said you should be good to go, one screw was loose on the shift and I tightend it up. Your clutch wasn't perfect but ok to drive. And he did not charge me a penny. I'll definitely recommend this shop and Tom is the one that you can trust.

Lady answering very pleasant and professional - excellent phone manner! When I arrived for my appointment it turned out there was a delay with a previous vehicle. They were apologetic but not a problem for me. The mechanics did an excellent job and took the time to explain what they believed the problem was and the steps to fix the issue.

I was so impressed, I had them put my car up on the lift and quoted me some repairs and problems I never even seen myself. I ended up walking out of there with a new exhaust and muffler for $200 because I wanted one. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs because they are real and show the customer up close and personal, unlike some garages that won't even let you look underneath your own car.
