They no longer sell gas... Just a used car lot now. Unfortunate - used to sell 93 octane Ethanol-free!

I brought my 2008 Porsche Boxster in because the car would not crank, even after a brand new…read morebattery replacement. I discussed the situation with Mike prior and I did some research to narrow it down to what was likely. Mike was able to fit me in and although I had to wait a few hours, due to the shop being unable to replicate the problem, the clutch switch was cleaned which was one of the areas suspected. Cost out the door was $232 which was mostly the $175 diagnostic fee, followed by shop fees and tax. Waiting room was fine with coffee available and a vending machine for snacks. On the final bill, there should have been an explanation of all charges, e.g. shop fees but more importantly, a full description of what was investigated and done. Those two items need improvement.

I drive over 45 minutes for this shop, living 2 cities away. This is the best mechanic I have been…read moreand I've been to MANY mechanics. Triangle European has worked on my 2015 Range Rover Sport and my 2021 Range Rover Sport. I always receive a fair and transparent price, they explain to me why certain things are needed and even show me where issues are when there are issues. Mike has worked with me through just about every situation I've had with the vehicle and I love that they are a one stop shop that does everything. I have replaced all my tires there as well. I will bring every vehicle we have to this shop! I've recommended my parents and friends.

============== Update Review ==================== The owner…read morecontacted me immediately to offer a leak check and an OBD diagnosis. While they provided a printout of the manufacturer's oil pressure specifications and OBD results, they confirmed they do not have the mechanical gauging equipment required to perform the actual pressure test and tell me the exact PSI. I am now seeking a formal diagnostic elsewhere to verify engine safety. =============== Original Review ================== Total lack of professional accountability. Although I explicitly requested full synthetic oil, the shop used a synthetic blend instead. Within 24 hours, my red oil pressure light began flickering. When I returned, the owner (the guy in the front desk) refused a standard mechanical pressure test to rule out engine damage and became hostile when I asked for a written record. The owner told me, "You can stand there and be mad if you want, I won't do anything unless you are willing to pay for a full diagnosis" and--most dangerously--claimed, "you can continue drive if you have that oil light on." That is catastrophic advice that would lead to total engine failure. They are happy to take your money but refuse to stand behind their work or verify basic safety. Proceed with extreme caution.

Abusive treatment. I called about bringing in my 5 year old car for an engine problem. My last…read morecontact with F&F was when they serviced a different van 4 years ago. He looked up my record, and said, angrily, "I remember you. You bring me in all these vehicles that shouldn't even be on the road".... "I'm just being honest with you, you shouldn't be driving those vehicles. They aren't roadworthy. Is this another one of these vehicles that shouldn't be on the road?" Then he wanted to schedule me for an appointment. I just ended the conversation.
