This is probably my 3rd or 4th time coming here. It's a super convenient location so it doesn't take me long to grab lunch and get back to work. Every time I come here the staff is always really nice and they're pretty fast too. I love this spot, I used to go out of my way to come here and grab a sandwich and go to the park down the street when the weather was good. It's a little deli in an office complex and it seems like all their customers are people on their lunch breaks. Their prices were always great but I came here the other day and all their prices jumped up by several dollars over the course of what seems like a few months. The sandwiches are just as delicious as always but I think the prices are just a little too high for the size of sandwiches they are serving. The staff are always super friendly and service is very quick but I don't know if I will be back unless I'm in the area due to the price increase. read more

My work has ordered from here a few times and I finally got a chance to come by with my family. So good! This breakfast was loaded and kept me full until almost dinner time lol. It was full of meats like sausage, bacon, ham and then eggs and hash browns. They also serve it with a nice mild salsa that you can get inside or on the side for dipping. SO GOOD. I've also tried a breakfast bagel sandwich they serve that has chive cream cheese, tomato, and bacon. Also really good. Overall so satisfied and will be returning! read more

DO NOT TRUST MENU PRICES, OR don't be like me and ASK why are they up charging!! I ordered the Californian sandwich, which says 9.95 on the menu, I added bacon, which says 2.45 on the menu- when the owner rang me up, he put in 12.45 for the sandwich, and 3.50 for the bacon (which was 2 super small thin pieces by the way). This is not including tax. For a sandwich I expected to pay ~$13 for, ended up paying almost $17. I didn't say anything but I regret not saying something. read more

Food is ok for price I guess. Menu says $10.95 + tax obviously, but was charged $12 and tax was added on top of that even after I asked. Ambiance is cool and old school and they obviously seem to keep it clean. Just don't think a sandwich with that little meat should be $12. Maybe better off going to subway? read more

I've worked walking distance to this deli for almost 9 years if I had to run errands during my lunch hour I would run in and grab a couple of the pasta salads that were premade in the fridge I use to pay just over $5.00 for 2 i would hand the old owner $6.00 and run out since I was in a rush usually, i ran in after the new owners took over and paid almost $10 for the same 2 little pasta salads. I understand prices need to go up but not by almost double. When I had more time I liked getting a tuna melt a bag of chips and a bottle of soda I paid just over $13 I went in today and paid $22.+ change for the same meal. and to top off the price gouge they forgot the cheese. read more

A solid 3.5. Working in this area recently there are very little places to eat that are close by and this spot is literally across the street. Friendly staff and they have a solid selection of sandwiches and specials. I've had their breakfast burrito, cheeseburger with onion rings and the Ensenada sandwich. The breakfast burrito was solid and tasty although I wish it was just a bit bigger for the price, the cheeseburger was probably the item I wouldn't get again as it was a bit too plain and the onions rings weren't anything special. The Ensenada sandwich though was delicious and had a good spice to it. As I know I'll be out here a bit I definitely will try out more things down the line. read more

This is your hole in the wall American restaurant. You never hear hole in the wall with the word American in it but this is it! It's located in your typical business building. They had a special, had to try it. Was not disappointed! It was a Korean burger with some nuts! The nuts definitely took the cake. Got some soup, it was OK. Was tempted to get more fried stuff like fries! Portion looked big! You'll definitely see a bunch of tech and construction workers eating here. An outstanding option when looking for a good delicatessen in the heart of a Concord Business Park. It's a little hard to see from the street as there isn't a lot of signage that says "hey great deli over here!" But not taking the time to stop in and order a custom sandwich or a made to order breakfast item would definitely be a lost opportunity to enjoy a great meal. They have a huge menu, fresh meats, and crisp vegetables, which makes for an excellent sandwich. I had a BLT, but we also ordered a Rueban, the Monterey, and a ham sandwich. They have fries or onion rings, but also chips , freshly made salads, a huge beverage selection, cookies, you name it. Prices are fair, and people are super friendly. If ever in the area, I'll make a point to stop in. I may even drive over just because I want a great meal. If you haven't tried North Park Deli, I'd definitely recommend a visit! read more

How did I not k pw about this place? They have been in business for 30 years. Well now that I know about the place, I'll be going back often. Loved it. Food is as great and fresh. They had homemade potato salad in the refrigerator which was delicious. Fresh chopped fruit all super sweet and delicious. Hidden Gem Alert! This place is in the middle of nowhere in an industrial part of North Concord. However, it is relatively busy during lunch hours because they all know this is the place to go. Delish! I had called in my order and picked it up ten minutes later. Friendly service. For a can of Dr Pepper, sammy and bag of chips my total was $8.98. Great deal IMO. Absolutely love and highly recommend North Park Deli. Our office is close by so I frequent this restaurant. Friendly staff welcomes you when you come in. A large selection of sandwiches, salads and breakfast foods. We regularly buy 10-15 "BB's" (breakfast burritos) per week for the office. The best, fullest BB's with a great meat to potato ratio. The salsa is spicy and fresh. I get the "Turkey-cado" every week at least. Full of meat and avocado I highly recommend it. I've heard the breakfast sandwiches are great but I have yet to try it. Good basic deli. Their daily special is usually the way to go. Reminds me of any number of office building deli places. Everything is pretty good with fair prices. Most reasonable place to grab breakfast or lunch in the area. We have been coming here for years, when out in the area picking up supplies. Staff is always friendly. I work nearby so I've been going to Pot Belly (sorry, that's what it'll always be to me) for well over a decade now. I love their affordable prices, their breakfasts are always good as are their sandwiches and daily specials. We moved into a new corporate office almost two years ago now, so this is one of the few places that's close by and quick. I usually get the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with fries, which never disappoints. The staff in the food prep area is always friendly, but the cashier (I'm not sure if he's the owner) is hit or miss. There have been times where he's friendly, and some days where he's confused about orders and rung up my food incorrectly. Today, in particular, he must've been having a bad day, because he was quite rude to me when I asked about my total being correct, replying, "Yeah! You have to pay taxes!" No, really? I did not knoooow I had to pay taxes dude, seriously?... I felt that I wasn't being rude by asking or the tone which I asked (given that he's rung up some of my things incorrectly in the past). I also have a right to question what I'm spending MY money on, right? When my order was ready, he asked me if I would like ketchup, which I said, "Yes, a couple extra please." He then said, "Well I'm not gonna give you a handful of ketchup, but here, you can have this because it can fit up to 8 ketchups." and handed me a 2oz. portion cup and lid so I could fill it with the ketchup bottle. First of all, I'm not asking for "a handful of ketchup," and secondly, why are you being an asshole? Usually, I would say something about someone's attitude, but there were so many people around, and I just didn't want to succumb to that level today. I won't be coming back for awhile, and when co-workers ask where we should go for lunch, we'll pass on this place. If we do go back, I'll give some better stars if customer service is better, then.
