Great customer service worked outside of our business hours. Did a great job and was competitive with pricing

Francisco is outstanding in his business! I've been with him for over 15 plus years and could not ask for better service! His attention to detail is amazing and his work is impeccable! Carpets, tile, he does everything! Thx Francisco Lima!! read more

If I could give Francisco 10 stars, I would! He was very professional, on time, responsive, and gave us honest feedback on the condition of our carpets. He worked quickly and efficiently and our carpets look SO much better! Highly recommend!! read more

I had Francisco come and clean the carpets and tile in my parents' rental home. He did a fantastic job, the carpets had some pretty ugly stains but he got them all out. The tile in the family/kitchen area looks terrific now and the grout is back to white. Highly recommend North County Carpet Cleaning, they have been my go-to carpet/tile cleaner for years. read more

Have been in communication with Francisco for months regarding a carpet repair for my client. He gave me his word he would follow up with her and install. Months have gone by and no response to my calls or texts. Could not recommend this business. read more

Fernando is very detailed and hard working. He's honest and will let you know what needs to be done for your specific carpet cleaning needs.

All I can say is wow! I called on Wednesday and Francisco was able to fit me in on Saturday on such short notice. He was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable - he did an amazing job and brought the life and colors back into my beloved favorite Persian area rug. He also cleaned another rug I got at a garage sale and now it looks gorgeous. I am extremely pleased with my service and would use these guys again and recommend them to anyone in Escondido needing their carpets cleaned! Thank you! read more

Had my house carpets done today as I do every year and I have to say it's the best that I've seen my carpets look in the last few years. Chris was my tech and he was seriously conscientious with making sure he got every spot and that every area was evenly cleaned and color matched. Fairly priced with a per room charge and if you need your carpets or floors cleaned I highly recommend this company and chris. read more

My mom has used this company for four (4) years now. I am writing this review on her behalf due to how tech savvy she is :) Each time the gentleman completes the service, she calls me and sings his praises. The person that cleans my moms apartment is named Francisco. He is always extremely thorough with the service as well as the explanation post service. For example, he explains to my mom where the dirtiest spots were which is extremely helpful to know so the resident can be aware of those areas. The price is very fair and consistent. If you live in north county and need carpet cleaning, give Francisco a call. read more

We've had lots of dogs of varying ages - and over 15 years, the expensive beige carpet in our condo turned mostly black. We had used a local carpet cleaning company for years and their steam cleaning methods failed to remove the stains. The owner of our old carpet company told us that the "stains are permanent and impossible to get out." When we put our condo on the market, our realtor told us if we couldn't get the stains out and repair a ripped spot in the carpet we would have to replace it prior to listing. He recommended Francisco, who promptly came out to give us a free estimate. I asked Francisco for a quote to replace the carpet and with admirable honesty, he told me that our carpet was superior in quality than any basic carpet he would replace it with for marketing purposes and that he could get the stains out and patch the ripped spot (for far less than our previous steam carpet guys charged). To our amazement - Francisco was true to his word and the carpet came out looking brand new! His patch of the ripped spot was undetectable, despite the raised geometric patterns in our carpet. He also moved our fridge to clean the tile underneath, something our previous carpet guys would not do, despite charging far more for tile cleaning. There was just one stain (of hundreds) that didn't come out so we called Francisco back and he promptly returned again to cut out and patch the last stubborn stain. Francisco and his crew are ethical and they did a fantastic job. Plus, they saved us thousands of dollars on new flooring. Thanks Francisco! read more

Highly recommend this company. Fair pricing (I've been putting off getting our carpets cleaned for a couple of years because I was worried about the cost! So I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability) Our carpets were very dirty (years and two little kids) and Francisco took the time to clean them well. He was such a hard worker! We honestly need our carpets replaced but since we are renting that's not up to us. So the fact he got such old carpet looking so good made me so happy. I'm no longer embarrassed to have people look at my floors! Yay! Really wish I had taken a before and after picture. I will now regularly get my carpets cleaned now that I know a good reliable company. Thank you!!!! read more

We had just sold our house, having the carpets cleaned by a "discount carpet cleaner". The old saying, you get what you pay for! We had to call Francisco to see if he could make them look better for the new buyer. a "miracle" later, they looked almost brand new. I was so proud to turn the house over and so pleased to have found our "forever" carpet cleaner. He is very professional, polite, experienced and dependable. Came exactly when we needed him. I can't recommend him enough!!! Good job, Francisco! Thanks. read more

5 starz. Had a pretty serious spillage that needed immediate cleaning. Francisco got me scheduled in next day and Chris came out ready to get the job done. It wasn't a typical clean. We had the carpet pulled up, removed the pad and had baking soda soaking up the oil. Chris got it all cleaned up as best the situation would allow. Multiple passes and deodorizer etc. Over and under the carpet. Very pleased with them and their great service. I highly recommend and will be using them again without question when we do the entire house. read more

Love this company! Francisco showed up on time. Got all the traffics patterns cleaned up for my seller client and the home is not ready for my open house. Francisco is professional and experienced. He did over saturate the carpet. He used a pretreatment to get the stains out. Covered the corners of the walls with protectors and even mopped up the wood floors afterward. Great service and fair price! read more

We called a few companies and this one offered the best rates so we chose them based on value and Yelp reviews. All I can say is, WOW!!!! The carpet looks brand new!!! They did an outstanding job and were very punctual; which I value very much! I will definitely use them again and will recommend their services to anyone in need of a good carpet cleaning!!! read more

North County Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Escondido, California

I've had this company come out to clean my carpets several times over the last couple years and they always do an amazing job. I have 4 small children so our carpets get dingy pretty quickly but they always look brand new once these guys are finished. And their prices are very reasonable, I usually have them do my living room, dining room, the hallway and 1 bedroom for $140 with heavily soiled carpets. Not bad if you ask me. read more

Last time I got my townhome cleaned I paid AVC Cleaners? Around $130 for the whole place. These guys did only the top floor and charged the same. I asked how long it would take, they said 2 hours and we scheduled 1p the following day.. they didn't arrive until 2:55p. They did a less medium job. I actually took spot shot and cleaned up spots they missed. SAD. AVOID! read more

Francisco and his Son are an AWESOME team. I called him yesterday and they came out to clean our carpets the next day! Not only are they quick to respond, their service is second to none. We've had our carpets cleaned no less than 10 times since we bought the house and I always feel like I'm being overcharged. There always seems to be some hocus pocus up-sell and even when they do a good job, I never seem to get a good vibe. Francisco is totally different. He's very reasonable and goes the extra mile to make sure the job gets done right! We have an obnoxious frayed corner on the stairs where the previous owners cat clawed the carpet and he offered to fix it for $25. That dang spot has been driving me nuts for years and he's the first person to even offer to fix it. Now it looks like it wasn't even there. To top it off, he even re-stretched out downstairs carpet. I can't recommend Francisco highly enough. Great guy and an awesome business person. A rare breed in the carpet cleaning business!!! read more

I used this company again today. I paid a fair price for a great service. I had to leave before Fransisco was done, so I showed him how to lock up and left him to work alone. When I came home a few hours later, my carpets were much cleaner than I expected them to be (they are 13 years old and were disgustingly dirty). As a bonus, my kitchen floor had been cleaned too! That was unexpected and done well. I have used this company a few times now, and will continue to do so in the future. read more

Fransico and his helper were great! My carpet looks wonderful, my tile floor looks as good as the day it was installed! They worked steadily and were very considerate about protecting corners with plastic barriers, haven't seen that before! Very professional, took his time to walk the house with me, settled on the cost, then when I saw how great the tile in the kitchen looked I asked him to do the family room too. No problem! Francisco was super helpful on the shower floor in the master bath too. He could have charged me (but generously didn't), I was not looking forward to scrubbing the shower floor because I knew it was going to be tough. Francisco cleaned it with his tile tool, what a difference!! I definitely recommend NCCC!! Do yourself a favor and call Fransisco! read more

Thank you Francisco for a job well done! I didn't have to wait weeks to get my floors cleaned unlike other places. You were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend for carpet and grout cleaning. I moved in recently and floors were dirty especially the grout lines. My floors look amazing now!No more dirty black feet!! Thank you again. read more

Francisco cleaned my carpet today, it was the first time I had used him. He did an excellent job, was very professional and did not try to up sale everything, like a lot of other companies do. He will be my go to carpet cleaner from now on! read more

Francisco did a wonderful job. He was referred by a neighbor and I needed almost. 1500 feet of tile cleaned. He was on time, professional and did a remarkable job cleaning both the tiles and the grout...which were filthy. My flooring looks brand new. Francisco also cleaned several of our area rugs. I was very pleased with all of his work and will be hiring him again after the holidays for my wood flooring. He told me what products to use to clean the tile better in the future as well. Stellar service. read more

North County Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job on our carpets today, not to mention they are very affordable! We have had a lot of foot traffic in our home the past couple of years and the carpets were in pretty bad shape. When he got to the house he even agreed that it would be a tough job. I have to say I am AMAZED at how great they look. Even the spots I was sure would be stained look so clean! Thanks guys! I highly recommend! read more

North County Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Escondido, California

Worst service ever, first thing the strange creepy looking owner did when entering my apartment is try to raise the prices. He claimed that my stairs were an extra 35 dollars. When I disagreed with the man in my home, who proclaimed himself as owner of the company, he got loud and I was very uncomfortable. Please, if your reading this I warn you, this is not a reputable company. You can find much more honest vendors and prices. read more

Called NCCC at the last minute before we moved in and they made a nice evening call out - MUCH appreciated! Francisco came by himself, which surprised me, but he did a great job all alone. He gave me a great estimate on everything and even moved the washer and dryer out of the way to clean the grout in the laundry room. We didn't have sealing done because we were low on time (moving in the next day!). Later, when we moved our washer and dryer in, there was still dirt back there though. I appreciated his efforts though. I didn't have any deep or spot cleaning done since we are planning on ripping the old carpet out anyway, but wanted a quick clean before we had to live on it for a month. Spots that were already there did come back and even felt dry and hard like they were recently put there, but again, didn't have any spot cleaning done. I still expected them not to feel like that, but maybe that is normal. They gave us a great price for 4 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms with tile. I would try them again, but definitely get the deep clean and spot treatment to see how good they really are. I would give three stars on the overall cleaning just because the old spots did come back dry and hard, but that may have been because I literally just asked for a basic cleaning, so not necessarily their fault. We also really appreciated that the brother came out the next day to give us an estimate on the tile cleaning in the bathroom. He was very honest, helpful, and hard workers. Good guys, will call on them next time we need a cleaning. read more

He is very professional and knowledgeable and thorough and efficient. His prices are very competitive, and the results are impeccable. We used this company after they came highly recommended from numerous people in our community. We were so pleased with the great job they did, our carpets were in terrible shape. I've been using this company for the past 5 years. They are always reasonably priced, thorough, punctual and professional. They're always available within a few days, for small or large jobs. They do carpet, furniture and tile. I have dogs and have had a few pet accident emergencies and this company has always come to the rescue. I'm so thankful to have found a trustworthy reputable company to keep my floors clean! I highly recommend! read more

One of my best friends recommended them. They were very polite, respectful and hard working. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. The price was also very competitive. They didn't charge extra for stains and we had many! They had provided a quote on the phone and went over it again in person before starting the job. It was exactly the same as what we had discussed on the phone. Also there were no "up charging" attempts which are common with many carpet cleaners. It was refreshing to deal with honest business men who care about customer service. I would highly recommend them! read more

Great job! Carpet was really bad due to an old sick cat. Francisco arrived as scheduled and made it look like new! Thankful!

I have been working with Francisco and the periodic cleaning of two rental properties in North County San Diego. He has always done a very fine job on the carpets in both properties and the tenants are always very happy with the results. I live on the East Coast and have to rely on Francisco's professionalism and honesty to make sure the job is done well. I trust him to always do a fine job and will continue to use his services for years to come. He is a good, family man and he runs his business as a true Family Business. read more

This company has restored my trust in carpet cleaners!!!We needed our carpets cleaned...been putting it off till my two year old grandson spilled blueberry yogurt in the middle of the front room carpet. I cleaned it up pretty well but said lets call someone to freshen things up. I had a coupon from another company that said $99.00 for the whole house. I figured it would be a little more for some high traffic spots. Their final estimate was $327.00 plus a $7.00 fuel charge. I told them to hit the road. When I called North County Carpets they told me it would be about $180.00 total. They came out...and their final estimate was $175.00. They were nice and did a fantastic job!! He even offered to clean my bathroom floor for a little bit more. It looked great too! Fair, honest thorough! It's been a week...still looks fantastic! I would definitely call them out again! read more
