I used the quote tool in Yelp for the first time while looking for a carpet cleaning service. BC's great service started with the initial estimate. Even though I included sq. footage in my quote request (along with the fact that we don't have carpeted stairs) - a lot of the other companies responded with vague/useless estimates and questions that indicated they did not read the quote request. Amber responded with clear information and appointment availability. Their pricing was extremely competitive and I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days. They did a great job! I wasn't there so I didn't catch the technicians name, but my wife said he was extremely friendly, courteous and funny :) Our new go to for carpet cleaning :) read more

I tried this guy because the people I normally use (5 star yelp), kept raising their prices and the quality kept dropping. At any rate this guy did a good job. He was on time, fast and got the job done. I have 1 item for which I would have otherwise given a 5 star. He did not cover my wood floors when dragging his hoses and water equipment over them. That said, the other 3 companies I have used on Yelp, (all rated 5 stars) also did not cover the wood floors with anything. I'm puzzled why guys whose business is taking care of flooring cannot figure this out. How hard is it to bring some canvas and throw it down over any surface before you do the carpet cleaning? Other than that per the other reviews he did a great job on the carpet and was personable for sure. Highly recommend. read more

Amber and Micah were both wonderful to work with. Amber was incredibly responsive and detailed in the information she gave me. Micah was prompt, efficient and thorough. We are very happy with how our carpets turned out and will certainly use BC Steamer again in the future. read more

Friendly, accommodating and prices are more than fair. So happy we chose this company to come steam clean our couch!

Highly recommend BC steamer!!! On time and efficient left our condo immaculate!!! Very pleased with the service! Thank you

These guys are great! Recently we had a disaster in our kitchen. A wine rack fell on our liqour cabinet and shot glass and a mix of whisky and red wine all over the tile floor. We were afraid the alcohol would stain the grout and the tile. BC came out the next day and steam cleaned the kitchen and it looks better than new. I am very happy with the work. Highly recomended. read more

Friendly service attendants. Easy to schedule. The only reason for the 3 stars is that the edges of the rug were not cleaned and after the rug was dry, it did not look as if it had been cleaned. read more

Amber was able to get me scheduled so quickly and at a time that best suited my schedule. She was so kind and answered all my questions. The customer service was amazing with both Amber and Micah! The job was done so quickly and looks amazing!! Micah was even able to come earlier than expected!! We had normal foot traffic stains, random dirty spots and pet stains and Micah got them all!! We will DEFINITELY be using BC steamer in the future for any other problem areas in our house! Thank you so much for your amazing service! read more

amazing job, with a one of a kind miracle machine! micah is also one of nicest guys you will ever meet! i am not one to "yelp" but, bc steamer is worth every second of time it takes to draft this yelp review. i have been a licensed realtor for over 22 years, so i have seen a lot of homes! this dream cleaning machine gets your home literally spotless! the best part of the floor cleaning process is the special tile machine. my almost 20 year old grout and tile looks brand new and it is powdery soft. i just had my carpets, tile, furniture, widow treatments and my car cleaned for the third year in a row with the dream machines! 100% recommend, personally and professionally. read more

I called them originally for a quote but (Amber - I think) the wife, who answered the phone was so kind and accommodating, I figured why look any where else. They cleaned 2 rooms and 2 floor rugs for a reasonable price and I love it. Micah (husband)came to my home today (8am appt.) while I was at work (major plus) and by the time I made it home it was perfect and dry. My daughters room and family room where a mess, they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again........ read more

I'd never heard of BC Steamer until I found them on Thumbtack, then saw their stellar reviews. To say they are 5 stars is almost not enough! From the initial phone contact, to scheduling a time, to the promptness, high level of professionalism, then to the end result, which was nothing but awesome, I loved the whole experience! read more

Excellent service all around! Micah is extremely professional and he did a very thorough and detailed job cleaning our carpet. I asked him to also clean a microfiber rocking chair at the last minute. Edit: I never got a chance to jump back on and report that Micah came back 2 days later and treated the more badly stained areas, cleaning the entire room again and it looked like new! We are very happy with their work and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Very satisfied customer. We have never had our carpets cleaned before and after 2 years of living here the kids had caused some stains. There was a lot of food and drink stains from the kids snacks as well as a few spots of washable marker. Pros: We had found another company that ended up changing the time of arrival the night before and then showed up 2 hours late at which point I had to tell them sorry we already scheduled someone else. BC Steamer called me back and fit me in their schedule next day (could have been same day if I chose). Husband and wife team with very reasonable prices, on time, hard working and accommodating to what you need. Cons: I was excited to have the room cleaned and it looked amazing after he left. It took longer to dry then expected so we didn't put the furniture back until the next day. When we were doing that, unfortunately I saw that all the marker stains came right back (which I can get over) as well as most of the darker spots throughout the carpet. So if a guest were to come in and see the area, it still looks "dirty". We had our stairs done and they look great. But the playroom was the only room we really needed cleaned up. So while I do feel better that the carpet is "clean," a little bummed that it doesn't look as nice as I was hoping. (After he cleaned it looked great, once it dried a lot of spots came right back). This may be to no fault of their since there is no guarantee for all markings to disappear, we were just hoping for better results. Again, their service and flexibility were amazing from beginning to end and I think they do an overall good job. Micah is a super friendly and nice guy. Just hoped the process would have worked better on a main living area for friends and family. I should add that I asked Micah before he left about stains coming back as I have heard this can happen and he did say to let them know within 3 or 5 days (can't remember the amount) and he would come back and go over them again. Unfortunately since there is many areas where they came back I am just assuming this is not something they are going to volunteer to come back and do and I don't know if that will really help. read more

These people work with integrity. Very humble and nice people. They did our couch one week. My husband also said, the man that visited and cleaned for us was very pleasant. I'm very satisfied with the work. We weren't home when they cleaned our carpets the following week and they did a great job as if we were there and watching every spot they cleaned. I highly recommend BC Steamer. Amber was very good as well. read more

Micah did an outstanding job! We were moving out of a very large house that had 6 kids, 5 dogs and 2 cats. You can image the stains! They were terrible. BC Steamers came in and in only 3 hours (how did he get it done so fast?!?!?! its over 6,000sqft) it looked like brand new carpet!!! I still am in shock. The company was very easy to contact and schedule an appointment. They worked around our time schedule and even called me when another appointment moved in order to help accomodate us even more. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. He was even able to get out grease stains on our stairs. AMAZING! It is also extremely reasonably priced. Overall, wonderful! read more

I called several different places and Beierle Carpet Care had the best prices. They were prompt, very friendly and did an AWESOME job! Best carpet cleaning service I've ever had, hands down. Micah is super friendly, always on time and very professional. He always gives a heads up when he's coming, which I really appreciate bc of potentially napping kids and my dog (AND he has NEVER woken them up while he's worked -so, super, extra thumbs up for that!) I've never had a stain he hasn't been able to get out, which includes pet stains, various toddler induced stains, and a wine spill/stain. Our carpets look spectacular, despite being rather old. Also, extremely happy with his upholstery cleaning, which I just had done for the first time! He was super thorough, covering every inch of the couch, even though I only pointed out and expected that he'd do the problem areas. We have used BC Steamer twice now, and I plan to continue using them regularly. Micah works very hard, and quickly, has great pricing and always leaves you happy with the result! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! read more

Exactly! Made my Spring carpet cleaning an enjoyable day! Friendly, efficient, excellent results, super customer service, family owned and local. I have used other steam cleaning services, but these folks I feel do a better job and their prices are super competitive. Holiday Party Red wine stains...Gone! read more

Micah and his wife are phenomenal! Received a quote within 30 minutes and arranged for service early the next week. Micah was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. I was referred to BC Steamer by a different company and I am glad I was. They squeezed me in within a day and only took 45 minutes to clean the carpets of my large master bedroom and guest room. Micah was very professional and personable. My carpets look awesome even after my dog had multiple accidents (I didn't think the stains would come out and they did). I highly recommend BC Steamer and will bring them back when it's time for another cleaning! read more
