I needed my panel reviewed and reworked because the plumber had told me my water heater was not on its own circuit and that concerned me. Brian came over for a consultation and I showed him around and all my concerns and how it would be nice to have more lighting in the kitchen since the condo is so dark and the kitchen is in the middle of the unit not near any windows. Brian and his apprentice were punctual, and they only took 2 days to do all the work that was needed. Brian is a gem of a human being, kind, patient, and very well educated. You can tell he knows his stuff and that he enjoys the work. Much to the chagrin of the spiders under the crawl space. Our crawl space is not the easiest to get to but instead of complaining both Brian and Wes treated it like an adventure and I appreciated that that attitude because I felt really bad anytime one of them had to go down there. Brian is our forever electrician now, anything we need in future we will be calling him/Unity first. The work is solid, my kitchen is the brightest it has ever been and I have so much real-estate on my counters now because I can see it's crazy! We won't live in this condo forever but I'm so happy it will be all set for the next owner to enjoy a kitchen they can see in, and an electric panel that won't harm them or their appliances. They were very thorough in their investigation of the problem and, ultimately, discovered that the wiring running between the fans and their respective switches was still a knob-and-tube solution that was NOT carrying the expected 120 volts but more like 110 volts. With the mystery of my dying fans resolved (the under-voltage caused the motors to burn out), Aviator got to work replacing the old, inefficient, wiring with newer solutions. I found their work to be very much worth the cost and I will be recommending them to any friends or family that need electrical work done.

We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Their technicians have always been polite, respectful and informative when explaining the issues they have discovered and how they conducted the repairs. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights.
