I came in and was seated , I had 3 cups of coffee. There was a party of three. It was about 15 minutes from when I sat down to when my other two guests came. We ordered their our food. And as I see the woman walking by again with a pot of coffee, I asked her for another cup. And she says hold on. I'll be right back. Holding a half full pot of coffee. I know that they had a table of 10. But that doesn't mean you have to ignore other guests in your restaurant. Because I'm not sure why maybe you think you're gonna be at a bigger tip! I would like to know for how many cups of coffee was I charged for! I did not look at the receipt, but I would like to know how many cups of coffee was I charged for. Because usually they'll fill your cup up, they would bring me separate cups every time I asked for more coffee! Very pleased with the customer service that we received everything took a long time. Because their priority was the table of 10 behind us! I felt that table of 10 was more important than the table of three. And that is very rude and disrespectful. It is disrespectful to be ignored when you're at a restaurant. I'm not only paying for the food that I eat, but I am paying for the customer service. To be served for my dishes to be cleaned up and washed. Just simple respect, when going into a restaurant. Because I take care of myself at home better than they took care of me.! read more

My review..My opinion..IJS....Omg was really looking for a good sandwich & salad after a great massage. Stop by my mom's favorite spot since 2017..I don't know what I was served but it was not real. The waitress said she thinks the cook was ready to go home. The sandwich looked like it fell on the floor 7times, the lettuce was wilted and the pickle had been sitting. I should have taken a photo. N.Y steak was nothing like a thick steak was super thin. Would not help me substitute broccoli for another mashed potatoes like chili restaurant gladly does it apparently the employee at norms said they changed the rules and could not be changed to nothing it's as it you buy it the place. After 50 years of being a loyal customer and three generations of going my family I am done with Norms the gumbo soup also tasted differently I understand they have to cut corners but this is wrong when a customer wants something they're going to pay more for the substitute I am not seeking any freebies . Sadly we as a family will no longer want to eat at norms ever again.
