This location was newest and we have there a few times. The service has been good to almost bad, the food ca be hit or miss from hot, to warm or some portion is cold, like it's been sitting on the counter. Also seems there short staffed, maybe one the reason. The was really busy when first open, seems to have died down. Prices also increased, could have a effect. read more

First time going to this location. It looked like a nice restaurant environment with a friendly staff. I ordered simple Three pancakes for $9.99 at lunch time - to go. Couldn't wait to eat them. I hadn't eaten pancakes in a long time. I was so disappointed...there wasn't that pancake taste that we all know from eating at home or eating them at other restaurants. My mom tasted them and agreed that the cook didn't know how to make pancakes. She said I should have gone to McDonalds. I won't be going back. read more

Waiting for a table to be available is a long wait. You know it's a long wait when people ask at the counter if their name is going to be called. It's a small place for you to wait too, it feels pretty crowded. I really enjoyed we were seated at a table meant for 6-8 people. So much space for all your plates. Our server was nice, she kept refilling coffee mugs and bringing extra napkins. There is only thing for her to improve on and that's simply to be aware of how she serves the food at the table. The food overall in my opinion was not as good as I expected. For starters the hot chocolate tasted more like water. I barely tasted any chocolate and neither was it really hot. The hash browns were a tiny bit burnt. This doesn't mean the food overall isn't good, it's good and you should go for some food sometime, I just thought it would taste really good. read more

I have been here a few times and would give them a 3 stars. But this time, they get 1. I made an order at the counter, and waited for my food. The server was on his phone and I eventually asked for my drink. Then the waiter left the area. I saw my food come up on the counter, and waited. And waited. I then checked my phone and did a countdown. After another 3 minutes, so perhaps 8 minutes of my food getting cold, I got up and looked around. He was on his phone. So I left. read more

Always love a good stack of buttermilk pancakes! It did not disappoint. For protein, I had a side of bacon. It was the perfect portion for me. It's great they have breakfast for dinner! The place has a lot if seating and a nice layout. Service was fast. My boyfriend got the Classic Bigger Better Breakfast. My guest order the club sandwich along with a baked potato. I went with an old school hamburger with an extra Patty on top with extra thousand Island sauce. Now that's what I'm talking about! Both my guest and I had coffee to drink. Jackie & Alexa both served us with a smile throughout the experience. I absolutely love the side salad at Norms with the Thousand Island dressing. In fact, I love it so much that sometimes I end up ordering three. On May 14, 2026, myself and a few friends went to NORMS around 11:00 AM or so. I ordered the sandwich and soup combination (chicken gumbo soup). Atlease 5 - 10 minutes after eating some of the soup, I was felt nauseous and not feeling well. I went immediately to the restroom. I came back and tried to continue eating my lunch, and about 15 minutes later, I am feeling sick all over again. After leaving the restaurant, myself and friends went to visit a friend in the hospital. While in the hospital I was feeling nauseous and not feeling well and went to restroom. For the next 2-3 days, I am feeling uneasy off and on and using the restroom. I contacted NORMS thru their website and the manager called a me a few days later, she stated that her boss would be contacting me the next day. No one ever contact me. I waited a day or so and called the manager back and informed her that no one has contacted me back, she informed me that someone would call me immediately. Today's date is May 28, 2026. STILL NO PHONE CALL. I finally spoke to 2 of my friends that had lunch, and they informed me that after they went home, they fell ill also, and they had the same chicken gumbo soup, just like I had. It was totally unfair and it shows how the higher ups take their customers corncerns, by not reaching back out. read more
