This place is so legitimate. I buy all of my super fly clothes here, and this shit is pretty cheap. The workers are helpful, chill as fuck with returns, quick to check you out, and they even measure you if you don't know your size! The digital receipts are also pretty neat. 5/5 would shop again. read more

Longest waits in line ever! Been standing in line for over 15 minutes with 5 more people at least in front of me and only 2 checkers! If I didn't 100% need my things, I would walk out. Got to do a better job scheduling so waits are so horrible! read more

Looooooooooveeee this place!! Its just minutes away from home and ALWAYS do serious damage here! The selection in the Men's, Womens and Baby departments is always great with plenty of variety in sizes and colors. The bf never fails to snag up some sharp looking suits, shirts and ties for work. I loove their jean selection (its my weakness) and my new favorite has to be the baby section! The boys shirts and jeans are tooo stinking cute! Easy parking and paying is a breeze. The entire shopping center is very convenient too as you can hit up many stores all with in walking distance! Must check out. read more

I love this Nordstrom Rack. Super clean, lots of sales associates on the floor to help, and they you through checkout fast! Definitely one of the nicest Nordstrom Racks I've been to. Just not as big as some of the other ones. read more

I'm thrilled to have them here. Selection is okay, not as good as other locations. I never have a problem finding shoes at other locations. As soon as I walked in, I received a dirty look from the saleswoman putting clothes away. Growing up in the Upland/Rancho area, I usually brush it off but this time I decided not to bother with this particular store. I briefly looked around at their underwhelming makeup section (which isn't great btw) and decided to leave. Why shop somewhere you feel discriminated the second you walk in? If that's the case they shouldn't even work in the inland empire. It was my first time going and I will never ever go back again. read more

Are usually love this Norstrom's rack. It's close to my home and most of the employees that I have had interactions with have been very kind and helpful. Today, at the cash register I was helped by a woman named Stephanie. I can feel in the vibe that she was not having a good day. She didn't say hello may I help you nothing. I didn't understand the term of Nordstrom's notes and I asked her about it and she became very impatient. As well as rude. I at this point asked to speak to a manager. She got even more frustrated and stormed off. Leaving me wondering what was going on. I spoke with the manager was very kind her name is Erica. She listen to my concerns and she gave me the phone number to the general manager where in which I will be calling on Wednesday. There's a lot of people in this world that would love to have a job. And if Stephanie are is not happy working for Nordstrom's I was suggest she makes room for someone else would love to take this job. read more

Although I liked the store and all their items, there was one particular employee who wasn't very nice. Her name is Dee. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but she didn't come off happy. I had some clothes that I wanted but my mother was in the car and told me to call her when I was done shopping so she could go buy it. Anyways, I walk up to Dee and nicely ask "Is it okay if I leave my clothes right here? My mom is going to come in and I was wondering if I can because she's going to come in right now and buy it." She looked at me as if I was wasting her time and as if she didn't want to be talked to. She rudely said, "You can't leave it here, you need to hold you clothes and stand in line." I was shocked at how she came off so I said nicely, "Oh okay, sorry." I waited in line and when I was about to leave I asked for her name. I was planning on calling the manager and complaining but I gave Dee the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she was having a bad day. Overall I will not go back to this store. read more

I shop at Nordstrom/Nordstrom rack all the time. I bought a dress for an event that ended up not working out. I came in to return or even exchange it and I was immediately told no by the not so friendly cashier Leslie. I asked to speak to a manager as it was Unworn and within the 90 days but the tag was detached. Tiffany (I'm sure the same one that has a negative review below) was called on the phone and she stated she would return one item but not the other. I asked if I could speak to her and she came over and refused both items and went back on her word. When I said that is not what she stated before she said she would "never take back an item with the tags detached". She was so cold and rude and continually called me sweetie. She did not even greet me when she came over nor did she when she left. She just walked away. I thought Nordstrom would have way better customer service. It is supposed to be what they are known for. Good luck to further shoppers I would steer clear! read more

I wasn't impressed with the lack of service at this store. I wasn't asked by anyone if I needed help with anything then I stood in line while one employee rang up all of the customers while two other employees were remarking merchandise at the counter. It wasn't as if the other employees couldn't see there was a line. And it wasn't as if they couldn't re-mark merchandise when it wasn't as busy. Sign of poor management I think. read more

Nordstrom has gone down. Customer Service is why people shop here! I am surprised to see only 1 cashier with a line of 6 people waiting to check out. I was hear last week doing a return and they said the item must have the tags on the item to return. I asked when this went into effect and I was told May1st. My item I was returning was from Haute look so I was ok without tags. I asked why was only 1 person working the register and the other employee said this is normal and gave me a glare. read more

I love the rack, and this store in particular is my favorite one. I'm lucky it's also the closest, but I find it the easiest to shop. It's not the biggest rack, but it's well organized and well maintained. The jewelry section is maintained so you can actually see the merchandise and the racks aren't so full you can't move the hangers. read more

I love this Nordstrom Rack store. It is very well managed and organized. The employees make the store, they are so helpful. As I browse, several salespeople always come up to ask if I need any assistance. I didn't realize how good this store really is until I went to the Rack in Brea. What a difference! The "greeter" at that store was so unfriendly, one worker looked upset that I was "in her way" as I was shopping, and when I asked salespeople for help, they seemed annoyed. The Brea store may be bigger, but I'll stick to my local Rack in Upland- I've had nothing but positive experiences. read more

Last night I went to nordstrom Rack in upland Ca around 7:30pm and it was such an amazing experience. The minute I walked in I got the feeling that it was to busy to even go in their and try to shop. But the minute I seen all the workers greeting and helping others I felt relieved. I shopped for myself as well as for my mother I got some great service. The fitting rooms were hectic but I got great service from Erika that was super attentive on the customers that she was helping out she let me know that her name was Erika and if I needed any assistance on looking for a different size that she would definitely help me out. I left this store with some great deals and I will definitely come back for the great service that I received. And I loved the easy check out. read more
