Wow, this made my day . . . Where every girl wishes to be with a good girlfriend to go shopping. You'll find all sorts of goodies here for a reasonable Price ($18 & Up). Brands from BCBG, Betsy Johnson, Marc Jacobs, Max Studio, Dior, Coach, etc. Their shoe collection was incredible. This isn't like your every other Nordstrom Rack, various selection, very organized and clean, and did I mention it's a two story. Down side from the store location is the parking, roughly 5-8 minutes to find a parking space. But its very worth it. I know were I'll be coming back to soon . . . Very Soon! read more

The employee's attitude is so rude to customers. Especially the girl is called Kim, She has race discrimination against Asian people. When I asked for the new sunglass, she just pretend not to understand what I was saying. I repeat my words five times and spell the vocabularies to her, she just ignored me. She is so rude. i love this store!!! it's the only rack i've been to so i can't compare with other locations, but the selection here is really good and most items are about 30-50% off regular nordstrom prices. i always make a stop here whenever i come to satisfy my chipotle cravings haha The handbags, accessories, and beauty sections are awesome! I've bought Michael Kors and Kate Spade bags here for more than half off retail. Seriously, going through that section is like Cloud 9 for me. If you are looking for Juicy Couture, NEVER pay those crazy prices at Nordstroms and Bloomingdales because this store has a huge selection of Juicy bags in all styles at a fraction of the cost. Michael Kors bags also seem to be a regular here, though the styles/colors are somewhat limited. Definitely check out the clearance rack kind of hidden in the back! They also have a decent selection of designer sunglasses (mostly Kate Spade, Coach, and some Michael Kors) at about half off retail, and they have jewelry very similar to what I've seen in the actual Nordstroms, some may even be the same item in a different color. If you like Betsey Johnson and Juicy Couture jewelry you're in luck because they always stock tons of those. You can also find lots of discounted designer makeup from brands like Urban Decay and Stila, but don't expect to find the most popular items (ie. naked palettes). I've purchased a few NYX glosses and Too Faced bronzer and I love them to death. This is also where I purchase pretty much ALL my neutrogena products because they carry everything from makeup removing wipes to eye cream to face wash. Prices are about $2-3 off retail which isn't too much but hey, it's better than paying full price at drugstores. Haven't had much luck with clothing since there just isn't anything that really catches my eye. The shoe section on the second floor seems to be the most popular area of the store, but it's really crowded and the aisles are tiny so I never spend more than 5 minutes there for a quick look. highly recommended! read more

This store reminded me of a Ross store . Very disorganized, a long line and really bad customer service. The girl in the dressing room was super unprofessional. She seemed overwhelmed and was rude when I asked her a question. She told me to "wait a minute" with an annoyed tone as she lifted her index finger for me to wait! She tried to fix it by saying "please" . The baby area was super disorganized and everything was everywhere. I had a shirt to returned that I received for my birthday with no receipt. The cashier gave me a hard time for not having the receipt . I told her it was a gift . She said " well for future reference you need to ask for a gift receipt". I told her that was tacky and I don't do that! Then again she said "I'm just saying for future reference". She didn't let it go. Anyway, I'll just go back to the Nordstrom Rack I always go to. read more

This place is heaven! It's not as big as the one in Chino Hills but a lot closer to where I live. The entire bottom floor is the womens department. Upstairs the men get a tiny corner to shop in. They always have great deals here. And I never leave empty handed! If you're a shop-a-holic like me, this place is worth a visit. read more

Is a great place for shopping prices a good but they have really slow cashiers and customer service. The place is always busy and is very messy their is stuff everywhere. The shoe department the shoes are missing their is no complete pairs. Is really hard to find your size and it makes it difficult to shop. On the weekends the fitting rooms are ridiculous the line us really big . I recommend you go on a week day. read more

When I first heard that there was going to be a Nordstrom Rack in Pasadena, I was ecstatic. I love Nordstrom but since I'm cheap I love the Nordstrom Rack a little bit more. I figure I don't need anymore clothes/shoes/accessories, but if it's cheap then why not! That's my rationalization for 95% of my purchases. Anywhoo, I love this Rack. It's always clean and organized. I love the Rack. This location is fairly large, and two stories which I didn't even realize until I'd come a few times. Staff are knowledgeable and generally friendly. Great clearance sections. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because you can buy clothes from most of the people and stations throughout the store, but you can only make returns at the front counter and it often has a 15-20 minute long line- like in the middle of the day, any day of the week. But if you never make returns, then this place would be a five out of five star for you. read more

I rarely ever write reviews and rarely shop at Nordstrom Rack and now I know why. Purchased about $800 worth of merchandise. Wanted to return one unused jacket worth about $250 but because it was the highest ticketed item there they refused it. Justin C helped us check out when I made the initial purchase. There was no tag and the label wasn't on there when we initially made the purchase and now they won't make the return. We asked to speak to Justin but they said that won't make a difference? The person at the checkout asked the manager (shorter lady forgot her name) to come down but she didn't do anything or offer any help just said no and walked away. What's the point for you to come down then? I shop a lot at Nordstrom and my girlfriend shops here a lot but we'll cancel the Nordstrom card and I won't need to go to either store anymore. No wonder Nordstrom's stock was down over 13%. It's not the same store anymore and the values have definitely changed. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I tried doing price adjustments bought a shoe at the store. Same night saw it on Nordstrom rack website and it's $10 less than the store price. Came in to the store and won't do it for me because the cashier told me the shoe should be available online in order for them to do price adjustment. It's freaking same shoe!!!! I came here only a few times with my sister because she likes shopping here. The women's clothing is on the 1st floor while the men's clothing, baby clothing and shoes share the 2nd floor so there isn't as much choices of men's clothing. Because most of their inventory are brand name items, it can still be pricey even after discounted. read more

Decided to stop by here with the GF, when traveleing through Pasadena. Its one of the nicer and more organized Racks that I've been to. They have the womens, and kids on the 1st floor and Mens and shoes on the Second. Overall nice set-up, although it can get crowded here on the weekends. read more

Whenever I need some new boots or jeans I can always count on finding a pair at Nordstrom Rack. They always have my favorite designers and in my size!! My favorite is their shoe section upstairs. To say that I'm a Nordstrom Rack connoisseur and expert would be a gross understatement. This is in part due to my bargain-hunting prowess and in part because I get an adrenaline high knowing I paid a fraction of the cost for a quality item. I know the SF-Bay Area Nordstrom Racks like the back of my hand, but this was my first trek to a non-bay area Rack store... and it was AWESOME (in fact, far superior to the NR bay area stores). The Pasadena store is well organized and stocked full of nice labels. It's spacious and just plain delectable. Great deals with a good selection of sizes- a shopper's paradise for sure. Came back and bought some shirts, the staff was very helpful and nice about my returns. They also got in some converse ankle crew socks for guys which were the most comfortable and thick crew I have ever had. My flat wide feet felt so pampered. So they may have missed the mark the last time, but this time it was better. read more

I visited this Nordstrom Rack store on Tuesday August 28th 2018. They had a purse I wanted on hold I had asked the bag/accessories employee that was working in the department their hold policy and she said they only hold things for a hour. I expressed to her my interest in a bag they had on hold in the front counter. The employee told me that the bag has been there since 3pm and it would go up in the rack again at 4pm, when I asked her it was around 3:20pm so I decided to wait the 40 Minutes in case they didn't buy it. While I was waiting I was looking around the store and the employee comes up to me letting me know that she told the manager Melanie about me also being interested in the purse and that it was going to be available as the customer who left it on hold had left the building. I was very excited at that moment. So I continued waiting .. minutes later that same employee comes up to me confirming my interest in the bag still I told her of course! Then she goes up to the cash registers and let's two other employees know that I will be getting the bag. I over hear them talking about it being on hold and one of the employees saying "yea the customer who put it on hold only had until 4pm and her time is over and she isn't in line so we can give it to her (me). I end up getting in line and getting to the cash register when the other customer who had it on hold walks into the store and starts yelling saying it has her name on it and that it still belongs to her.....the cashier calls over the manager Melanie 5'4 tall girl with dark brown hair and light skin to the register. She hears the other customer yelling about her bag and immediately tells her she will let her buy it and not me!!!!!! As if she is under pressure and scared of the yelling. She doesn't even make eye contact with me or apologizes ! All she says is "I can take your phone number down and name and call you if she returns it." And she didn't even have the nerve to look me in the eye while saying it instead she was putting a security pin on a shirt. I have a feeling the manager might of been racist as well the other customer was a Asian and yelling at her, while I'm Mexican she probably thought I wouldn't do nothing about it. I told the manager what her employees had told me about buying the bag and she would just say that she had it on hold first. I found this situation VERY VERY unfair!!!!!! Why do they say they only have a hour hold limit and then let customers slide with it? It's no fair at ALL! I stood at the store 40 Minutes for nothing!!! Not even an apology or a good explanation!!! Just because the other customer was yelling at the manager and I wasn't? I am a very unhappy customer and am very un satisfied with my visit to this Pasadena store.
