A couple times I've noticed treads pulled or makeup on collars from other people trying the clothes on. Other than that, is location is very well stocked in a variety of sizes and designs. Parking: Covered parking and open parking lots are close by and usually a quick walk to the store front. Honestly, I was fully expecting to arrive to a full Nordstrom department store but as I was getting closer and closer, I realized that couldn't be the case. Alas, Norstrorm Local - a storefront where you can pick up and return Nordstrom orders as well as get alterations. As long as you know going into it that this is what it is - it's fantastic and super convenient. My lower-than-normal three star rating stems from the less than friendly staff. Sure, I was absolutely grateful they accepted my return but wish the customer service was a little bit better, especially because I had already started the return and had a barcode for the employee to scan (they were not interested). Oh well. I'm sure I'll find myself here again in the future, hopefully next time the employees will join me in having a smile on their faces.

He seemed so inconvenienced when all he had to do was re-scan the item and delete it! My girlfriend had to talk me out of countless other 8+ items, but I might spin the block and buy them for myself. The advancement in nerf gun technology is fascinating. In total I spent $300 on toys and filled a life-sized stocking with toys for him, as my personal theme for his party was "Christmas in July." Best $300 I've ever spent.
