Whenever I'm in Buena Park, I make it a point to stop by for their Dalgona Coffee. I usually order it hot, but the iced version is just as good. And if you've had it before, you know they're incredibly generous with the dalgona chunks. What makes this place even more special is their mission. They provide training for adults with developmental disabilities to become baristas, creating meaningful opportunities while serving exceptional coffee. Supporting local businesses that are making a real difference in the community is something I'll always get behind. Great coffee with an even greater purpose that's a place worth coming back to.

I was happy to pay whatever the price was. I just wanted my coffee made the way I asked for it. It felt like they were more concerned that I might be trying to get away with something than simply making a customer happy. A simple, "No problem, we'll ring it up as an Americano," would have been perfectly fine. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative. If you bought a bag of the coffee bean, you will have one complimentary drink. I visited in the next day and had the pullover. Although they have the machine but the barista still hand craft the coffee( they have the pull over machine). That's something customers deserve to know upfront so they can decide whether they're willing to wait. We were also there with a baby who needed to go down for a nap, which made the long, unexpected delay even more difficult. On top of that, they had already run out of matcha and the menu was extremely limited, which was disappointing considering that's one of the main draws of a place like this. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference. Extremely disappointed. We went to this place a long time ago when they first opened and remembered them having a more extensive menu and it being far better.
