My friends and I do a ladies lunch once a month and try new spots in town. HAVE YOU BEEN HERE YET…read more?????!?!??!! we all plan on going back with our husbands it wad that good . I had the number 4 at the recommendation of our server who by the way was delightful. The broth with the black garlic had me tipping my bowl to get every drop. I also ordered the pork bun and wish I would have ordered 4 of them. I cant remember the name of the dish my friend had but I did include a picture in my review she was delighted with it. My other friend ordered the won ton soup it was our least favorite of the 3 dishes we ordered but still so dang good. Do your self a favor and try this place DONT LET THE OUTSIDE of this place keep you from going INSIDE. They have some dated food pictures hanging in the window they make it seem slightly run down but inside is LOVELY and smells delicious. I will be back!!! Its Definitely a must try.

It was very quiet in this restaurant. In a strip mall I never noticed even though I've driven by it…read moreat least 100 times. I was thrilled that they have gluten free ramen even though it's nowhere to be found on their website or on this Yelp page. Now you all know!! I will say the texture of the noodles was odd. Not like it was undercooked, but they kinda snapped when you bit through them. I guess it was a gf noodle I'd never had. And the only type that's gf is the vegetarian- their pork and egg are both cooked in soy sauce and their pork broth has soy sauce in it. So I added chicken for an additional $5. Not my fave but it's so rare to find gf ramen at all so if your friends invite you here, you know you'll be able to get something!

Food (7/10): I got the Miyagi Don Rice bowl with Chasu Pork and it was good. I liked how the…read moreflavors were balanced well, the pork was pretty crispy and juicy, and the sauce was savory and citrusy (I think I got yuzu and ginger sauce). Service (7/10): you order at the cashier and then the server would bring your food to the table. You also grab your own utensils and waters so it was a lot of self service, which worked out for the better for this place because the staff seemed pretty busy. Overall the service was OK to me. Vibes (8/10): the inside looked pretty cool since they had a big wall with graffiti art and they had good music playing in the background so overall a good vibe. However, the place is kinda small so I wouldn't recommend for groups bigger than 6 imo. Parking: we came on a Tuesday afternoon and there was plenty of parking in the plaza to the right of the restaurant. My only concern for this place was that I saw one of the servers switching between taking orders at the register and preparing food with her bare hands without washing her hands in between nor wearing gloves during food preparation so that was a bit concerning for me.

We were staying at the Marriott across the street and glad we got a chance to dine at Miyagi Ramen…read more Order at the counter and have a seat. Service was ok. Nothing really to comment about. Food: Tonkotsu Ramen Tempura Green Beans Chicken Karage The Ramens' broth was flavorful. I was disappointed with the noodles. It was overcooked. I prefer al dente noodles. Also, the meat was hard and not soft and tender. The green beans was a hit. I loved the seasoning and the chicken karage was also delicious. Overall, great spot and I'd return again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Bop Culture is a 'ghost' restaurant operating out of the 5 Fusion kitchen serving Korean fare, also…read morefusion. Bi-bim-bops mostly but also some other goodies such as Korean spiced tots and a Korean corn dog. First impressions: when the menu says spicy, the food will be. Not blisteringly so but for those with a low tolerance, take heed. Five dishes ordered and promptly delivered by Door Dash - all good. - Tots: very nice, comes with two dipping sauces, both tasty. - Vegan chicken bi-bim-bop (#3): I've never had fake chicken until now and it works about as well as fake beef (Beyond, Impossible). Which is to say, quite passable. Beyond the fake chicken, the dish itself is very good. Bop sauce (in a separate tub) is tasty if a touch sweet. - Chinese cabbage salad: Excellent. I could eat this all day. - Bop dog: a Korean-inspired corn dog. The epitome of fusion, I guess. Pretty good with a nice panko coating. If you like corn dogs, you'll probably like it. - Beef bi-bim-bop (#1): Excellent. Well seasoned beef with very well done veggies and soft-boiled egg, including kim chi. Overall, I'd say Bop Culture has hit it out of the park in a town somewhat lacking in Asian-inspired cuisine (although it's getting better). Highly recommended.

I'm just so excited about having any kind of Korean food in town. I get tired of eating my own food…read moresometimes. I like the fact that they offer modern style Korean food as well like Corn Cheese, Hot Dog and Vegan Bibimbap! I've ordered different things from them a couple of times. Our favorites so far are Hot dog, pork belly Bossam, ZZ bop (vegan Bibimbap with fake chicken), and kimchi dumplings!! The Bop miso sauce is amazing too!! I know some of you wouldn't like their food because it's not traditional Korean food to you. Also some of you wouldn't like their food because it's way too authentic and traditional like their banchan. I know because I'm in the food business! Give it a try yourself and see what they are all about!
