This was a fun place to eat. I had the beef pho and it was super good. I like that the food cane out in just a couple minutes. This is a unique spot in Bismarck and worth trying. read more

Was just looking for noodles, plain and simple. They had a varied and interesting menu, attentive staff, my dry pho entree was very tasty and served piping hot. Although it was busy, I was seated right away, I ordered almost immediately, and was served relatively quickly. read more

Awesome food, awesome prices, awesome restaurant. Awesome value. We ordered the Ribs, Ramen and Pho. All the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back. read more

Food is always wonderful. Dan Dan would be my number one suggestion. While I understand the smaller dining area, I do wish there wasn't so much of yelling orders back and forth between wait staff. It gets to be very loud. Otherwise, we really do enjoy this restaurant. read more

It was really good but the price was a little high. I feel like I could eat that anywhere else and would be cheaper

Food is always great but carry out times leave much to be desired. Can take upwards of an hour for food to be ready from time of order placed to pickup. read more

Very gross and I was not impressed with the cold food and no where to sit. Never going back.

I almost cried tears of joy. I'm just two years in Bismarck after about 20 split between California and DC, and probably the thing I mourn most is the food situation here. But Noodlezip is the remedy I needed. We had a snafu right off the bat getting a table. Were in line in the back but no one noticed us and another group came in after us and got a table first, which was frustrating and led to about ten more minutes of wait time for us, but, still, that was not enough to subtract a star from this incredible place. (The one note I'd give staff would be to maybe have a sign up sheet or something beyond just trusting everyone is standing in order in the back...it is just too chaotic to control otherwise.) Anyway, they handled it will a lot of grace once they realized their mistake and apologized profusely and a number of times. All good. Back to the food. It was stellar. I wish the space was bigger, yes. I wish they did take-out, yes. But beggars can't be choosers so I will be happy with them existing and churning out perfect ribs, dumplings, the SPICY EGGPLANT was to die for, singapore curry noodles, and thai iced tea. The portions are perfect. Overjoyed to have finally had the pleasure of dining at Noodlezip and will be back many, many times. read more

My FAVORITE restaurant in Bismarck! Have always had awesome service and amazing food and keeps me day dreaming about it. Thankful we have a place like this in Bismarck! Love that they don't allow you to do takeout, because the experience should be had inside! read more

The pad Thai is very weird. Definitely not an American version of pad Thai. I'm not sure what is it actually but I don't like it. It is more like a soup than a noodle dish. The vegetarian noodle dish with wild mushrooms also is very weird. It was good but it had a sweet, cinnamon aftertaste. Not sure what that was. The ramen is good for Bismarck. read more

Small place but definitely popular. I arrived at lunch rush, Lot of people already waiting for be seated. While I was waiting, people were still pouring in. About 30mins wait, we were seated. I ordered Japanese ramen noodles. It only took about 5-8mins to get ur order. The noodles was really good, it was definitely worth the wait. So I will absolutely recommend it and will come again whenever I have the chance. But don't go at perk hours if you are in hurry or you are very hungry. Love the food. And I am so glad finally we have some authentic Asian noodle place in Bismarck. read more

I didn't think I'd get to have good ramen in the North. And I mean technically I was right. Thanks to NoodleZip I've had GREAT ramen up here. And what's more, they offer many types of dishes. Cold noodle dishes included. My banh mi was a little wanting. However I ordered the classic ramen and the broth was super flavorful (for up here at least). I will be going again however due to the one true negative of noodlezip I'll have to save a bit as the cost is a bit high for ramen and other noodle dishes. Again, this is the only real negative. Not enough to sway me away as it is still ÜBER GOOD!!! read more

My husband and I love this place! Friendly service and great food. My husband was a lil nervous to try the different food but was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. read more

I was so excited to try this place! Bismarck's food scene just keeps getting better, and Noodle Zip fits right in - I was not disappointed! My aunt and I are vegetarian, so we tried the vegetable dumplings and they were delicious. Big flavor, so tasty! I also got a Vietnamese iced coffee - I've missed that drink ever since I moved away from Seattle so I was glad to find it in Bismarck made so, SO well. We also got to talk to the chef, and he explained that everything vegetarian was also vegan! Which is amazing because I'm trying to go vegan. We did have to wait 10+ minutes even though we went in after 2 pm, but it was totally worth it. The service was great too! I can't wait to go back! read more

The food is authentic, unique to the Bismarck ND restaurant scene and you do sense a lot of time, care, attention to detail, and a little bit of love in every dish. The prices are reasonable, and the menu changes periodically so each visit can be a fresh new experience. The servers will take the time to explain dishes to you, and much of the food is cooked right in front of you by the chefs. read more

So I had Vegan Pho. Yes, I'm doing it for better health. I've asked for spicy and I was simply offered chili oil to add. It was not spicy enough. However, Pho are typically not spicy soup so I can't blame them for that. The next day, I tried their Tom Yam (misspelled should've been a give-away. Its Tom Yum). This is a Thai soup and is optionally spicy. So I asked for ut to be spicy. They added the same chili oil which is not even close to spicy. Tom Yam taste more like a Curry soup. Since its Bismarck ND. You really have very limited option in the area. I can only suggest to not Claim to be "authentic" as posted above the entrance. BTW, They can make Pho to-go but not Tom Yam! You have to pour it into the to-go container yourself It's an ok option. read more

Food is good but we won't be going back. "Chef" (maybe the owner) was so rude to the staff it ruined the experience. He only has one volume/tone and it's yelling. He ended most every sentence with "NOW." One unlucky waitress made a drink wrong and he made her leave the drink on the counter and told her she was going to be paying for it. He wasn't our waiter but he brought us our bill even though we weren't even close to being done with our meal, and he came back 3 times to see if we'd paid yet. Tacky and mean...might be best to close off the kitchen and keep that business model private so we can enjoy the noodles. read more

I do love this place. I love the food, the drinks, the ambiance, and everything is nice and clean. I come here every time I am back home. Unfortunately, I am giving this place 3 stars because I just wish the service was more friendly and especially more patient. We feel rushed to order, eat, and pay every time when all we want to do is relax and enjoy. Just recently I had my bowl taken away from me before I could comment and say that I wasn't done. The service makes or breaks the restaurant experience in my opinion. I hope they can improve this. read more

Beautiful. Sincerely the best food in bismarck. A blessing to the town. Great service every single time. Korean mom Approved.

On our trip from Minneapolis to Seattle. We stopped in Bismarck for the night. Decided to give noodle zip a try.. definitely something we will never regret! In fact, being back home I'm craving it again! From the atmosphere, to the food everything was great! Best.Pho. Ever! Which is hard to do bc we have great places in Seattle. The chef is very talented, keep it up and thank you for a great experience! read more

The food was great. Upbeat vibe and diverse Asian menu. Food had fresh vegetables and the service was friendly.

One of everything please! Best restaurant in Bismarck! Literally order different dishes each visit and love everything. Great job Chef!

Favorite place in the Bisbang right now. Service is fantastic and friendly. Feel right at home when you sit at the bar. Im in love with the summer menu (items change with the seasons). Fresh and real food served at this joint. Try the Sichuan dan dan or the new seafood curry dish. You will NOT be disappointed after a visit here. The wings are a must try as well, look out! Enjoy. read more

I live in Minneapolis and work in the restaurant industry, I was in town to visit my family for the first time in years. My mother and I first tried to go here in the afternoon, we thought we could pop in and get something to go because the name sounds like some kind of fast casual restaurant chain. Like zippy noodles? Like fast noodles? See where I'm going with this? We were told we couldn't order to go so we left, went home and got my boyfriend and my mothers husband and went back. When we returned we were harshly told that they were closed for lunch.. what a bummer. So... I then made plans to go with my father, brother, and our respective partners on a Saturday night. There was 5 of us total, tried to call and make reservations and they wouldn't take it. Showed up around 6 and we were surprised, because the place is tiny, that we were seated probably in 30 minutes. However, we still received the very rude welcome, everyone there is very obviously stressed out. I went to the bar to order us drinks while we waited and was again very aggressively told to go sit down, like I'm a child, and they would come take our drink orders. Table was ready and the older woman who had been untactful the whole time (she was the same woman working when we tried to go for lunch) was suddenly really nice, but that didn't last long as soon as we were done eating they were hovering over our table pressuring us to leave because there was another party of 5 waiting. It was so bad that there was a young girl, the older woman, and some random guy we hadn't seen the whole night just standing there asking if we had paid. If trying to flip tables is more important to you than your guest experiences than maybe you should get a bigger location. The food was good, portions were largeish. Ramen my brother got was huge but the noodle dishes my boyfriend and I shared he could have ate by himself. Pad Thai had too much fish sauce for my taste. Sichuan dan dan was my favorite, very spicy! TL;DR The experience was disappointing since I haven't seen my father in 2.5 years and we felt hurried the entire time. My dad also tripped on the weight they have in front of the door to prop it open. Food was good and the place has a lot of potential but the service was terrible and made the whole experience unpleasant. read more

Noodlezip is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G / the food is extremely delicious and the servers are very knowledgable about vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dining / definitely try the thai milk tea! read more

Don't get me wrong the food is normally not bad, but the staff needs to take a chill pill. We were shouted at by 3 different people telling us to sit in 3 different spots, before finally being shoo-ed back to our original spot. Not sure why they think they can charge almost $20/dish when you are rushed around like you're at a fast food restaurant. The food came quickly, but the "dry pho" was lacking in flavor and tasted like plain noodles. The Singapore curry deeply disappointed with the noodles completely burnt on the bottom and had a thick layer of oil. read more

My buddy and I felt the need for noodles as we were passing through town. There are 20 seats in the main dinning room split between tables and counter service. We had a short wait at 7pm. The server was very helpful with recommendations. The customers were happy and enthusiastic too! I had the chicken noodle dan dan with spicy ground chicken and wonderful thick noodles and my friend had the curry noodles. We shared the sesame ribs and crab wantons for appetizers. This was a lot of food but we finished it with grins and kudos for the staff and chef. This place is great and I will return again when I pass through town again. read more

This has become one of our favorites. Chef Marty and his crew are building a phenomenal experience here in Bismarck. We attended the Valentine's Day special event and the food was phenomenal. The scallops were to die for and melted in your mouth on top of a bed of vegetable celery puree. Small high-quality menu and reasonably priced. Expect a wait but the turnover is usually pretty quick. Well worth the wait. Peking ribs is one of my favorites and the creme brulee is the best. Pay attention to the peppers on the menu as some of the soups and noodle bowls are on the spicy side. But just ask for them to tone it down and they're very accommodating. If you love clams you must have the a asari clams. Try a Thai tea and if you're feeling creative mix it with some Pellegrino sparkling mineral water. Tell Chef Marty Paul and Patti sent you and that'll put a smile on his face and he'll take good care of you. read more
