Upgraded version of Panda Express. Waited an hour on line just to be able to get seated for some fast food. There isn't a lot of options anymore at Pala as they got rid of the Choice Buffet. Food was ok, price was about $12-15 a plate which makes it pretty affordable and probably the best choice for your buck with the limited options. We ordered the Seafood Delight, Seafood Tom Yum Soup, and Seafood udon noodles. Most of the vegetables are the same besides the seasoning for each dish. read more

Everything here was laughably bad. I thought about leaving many times as the cashier at the register took my order. Their curt tone dissuaded my cravings with every verbal exchange. After letting me know my food would be ready in about 40 minutes, it came out from the kitchen in ~15. Back in my hotel room, I realized the same thing was in both of my takeout containers, and Noodles got my order wrong. Moreover, the dish was oversalted, overcooked, and did not taste like Pad Thai, so I ate very little before tossing it out. You look at the menu while in line and order at the register then they give you a number stand and you find your own seating. The waitresses who served us were very nice and polite. The food was good considering it was Asian food at an Indian reservation casino. Prices are a lil steeped compared to Asian restaurants in San Diego. We had the pork buns, shrimp har gow, shui Mai and stuffed crab claws. Each order was approximately $8.50. I would come back if ever I'm at this casino again and wanted a quick bite. I love noodles. This restaurant is kind of an eclectic mix of Asian foods i.e. Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese. Everything looked delicious as we were waiting in line. There was a line going out of the restaurant. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. We ordered the Spicy chicken Tom Kah soup, pad thai, and pot stickers. I wasnt too fond of my soup. I was looking for a spicy, clearer broth. This soup had a milky flavor and hardly any spice. I asked to return it, which they were quick to oblige and allow me to order something else. For some reason, there were knats flying around our table. My fiance's food tasted better. Atmosphere was average at best. But, I guess, it's good to have a different option at the casino. Most entrees start around $12. At least the portions can easily be shared by 2 people. Beef bulgogi- Served on a bed of bean sprouts & accompanied by steamed white rice, the tender bulgogi had just a hint of sweetness. Not so much to become cloyingly sugary. The bulgogi isn't grilled, so doesn't have the nice char which I like. Nevertheless, this entrée was pleasing to the tastebuds. Pad Thai- Noodle dishes give the option of choice of noodles. For the pad Thai, I went with vermicelli. It just worked! The vermicelli was al dente chewy, but less messy to eat than flat noodles. A heaping amount, with chicken & shrimp, the pad Thai proved quite filling. Service was good. The wait time wasn't too long before our food was in our possession. Plenty of seating within Noodles, with handsome wooden décor & some couches which were more comfy to sit on, and at the food court. Burgers, pizza, sandwiches don't really appeal to me. Plus, the high end steakhouse & other hoity toity options are out of my price range. Which makes Noodles the veritable oasis in the dessert. My family swears by this place, so I just had to see for myself. The menu included various Asian persuasion dishes to include Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. I was bummed not to see any Filipino dishes however. Despite my disappointment, I tried a few dishes on the menu, to include Har Gow, Beef Pho and Shrimp Crispy Noodles/Cantonese style. To my surprise, the three dishes I tried were actually pretty tasty! I would have never expected to have a local casino with descent Asian food. This is definitely a less expensive alternative than the buffet. Portions were generous and each entree is enough to share between two people. We had lunch here on 12/31/20. I've been here several times while staying in the hotel. We had the shrimp & vegetable eggrolls, sui mai , and seafood udon. Enough for all three of us. The food is always tasty and filling. Eggrolls come with a sweet & sour sauce. Sui mai comes with a dipping sauce, too. The seafood udon has plenty of shrimp, scallops and other seafood with veggies. This is THE WORST restaurant at the Pala. I got Pad Thai to take back to my hotel room and immediately after finishing my meal I got so unbearably nauseous. I knew there was something off about it I kept picking at my food and only ate the noodles I could barely eat the rubbery chicken and had some shrimp. Plus the bottom of my to go container had almost an inch thick of oil and greasy red liquid. I've spent the past couple hours in the bathroom vomiting and more wishing it would stop. Once I finally got everything I just ate out and had an empty stomach, I felt soooo much better. Thanks for making me start off my vacation here with unbearable food poisoning when it's supposed to be our romantic getaway. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Worst casino food on the planet! Paid $20 for a plate of lo mein and it was so bad I couldn't eat it (and this place has the nerve to call itself "Noodles"). This is exactly why I do not tip until after I've tried the food and received good service SO stop shoving that tip screen in our face and suggesting tip amounts when we pay before we eat. We did experience a situation where we placed our order and went to the restroom to wash our hands only to return to find our order on the table already. I know I shouldn't expect too much from a restaurant inside a casino resort that caters to tourists, but man the tom kha gai noodle soup I ordered was so bad... Don't let the color fool you! The soup was so lacking, it just seemed like they added some dry ingredients to hot water, dumped in some noodles, and served it. No hint of coconut milk, which is why I love tom kha in the first place. I also tried my friend's Pala Signature noodle soup, and while it was slightly better than what I ordered, it also suffered from soup that was bland and lacking depth. If you must come here, I strongly recommend avoiding the tom kha gai noodle soup (or just avoid noodle soups altogether)! Food was ok! I ordered the lo mein noodles with seafood, and it was my fault for not asking what the "seafood" consisted of. As I'm eating my noodles and start to stir it around, I notice something with legs on it, and lord behold, its a baby octopus in my noodles. I started to mix around more and saw even more baby octopuses. I picked out about 7 octopuses and some other things I was unable to identify. The stars are for the taste of the food or else there will no star. Warning! NO to-go SOUP CONTAINERS! unless you are staying at the hotel. It is discriminatory but it true. I do not understand the business decision behind it and all staff including the manager told me "it's the upper management's order". I experience this problem at this restaurant during the pandemic; so prior to me ordering, I asked the cashier if they have container for soup if I do not finish it. and he replied, yes. So we proceed with multiple items including soup. After meal, I asked for a soup container for my unfinished soup; the cashier/staff had the nerve to hand me the regular food container and the pathetic thing was he was serious about it. The food is always amazing here! Never fails! I ordered the teriyaki beef plate. The beef was so tender and just melted in my mouth. Definitely a flavorful dish to say the least. The onion was cooked to my liking as well which added an extra savory taste to each bite. The rice was a little wet this time around so that was pretty much the only downside. I'm Asian so I'm always picky when it comes to rice haha. My friend got the orange chicken plate. I was a little jealous I might add because it was Perfection!!! That didn't sound right though, but you know what, this stuff is legit. I've tried the Kung Pao, Pad Thai. Orange Chicken and fried tofu. Everything is excellent. The Kung Pao in particular. It's on the crunchy side, but I'm all about crunchy. They have a variety of Asian foods on the menu, but I have only tried the items above. High quality and fresh, but not extremely flavourful. I tried chicken fried rice and Terriaki beef. Both were very good. The chicken fried rice was nice but needed some more flavor. The rice texture was perfect not undercooked. The beef was actually sear beef steak cubes and were very tender. I went after a concert do the line was long and the wait was about 30 minutes. The line died down to normal an hour after the concert was over. This information might be helpful for someone who is staying at the hotel and wants to eat here after a concert ends. read more

I feel it is just a bit better than the $2.99 wonton noodles at ABC Cafe. The pad thai I got was not that great, it was overly sticky and bland. It was nothing like thai style pad thai. The only reason this place was A-Ok in my opinion is that the french style beef rice was actually very good. The beef was high quality and not just some random cuts. After a long night of losing your money in the casino, you can at least be comforted by the hot, deliciousness of authentic tasting Asian food. My most recent visit consisted of me losing all night on the slots, then deciding we were hungry on top of everything else, at 11pm. Luckily, Noodles is there! We stood in line for about 10 minutes, ordered at the register. Be sure to show your Pala player card even if you just got the card that day (like I did) and you'll get a discount if anywhere between 5% to 30%. I got a 5% discount (like $1 off, still better than nothing). We ordered the shrimp dumpling and BBQ pork Chinese noodles and the steamed Sui Mai. The goal was about $23 or so. We took a seat inside where it's nice and quiet (to avoid the heavy smoke and noise out in the casino) and our food came out in a huge plastic bowl and plate just like how they do at Chinese restaurants I frequent. The portions are large (great for 2 people) and very delicious. Both dishes tasted just like home and my childhood. I'm also 100% Chinese so at least I can speak with certainty as to the authenticity. We'll definitely be back, not so much for the gambling, but maybe just for the food! read more
