    Muu Shu pork

First off we ordered on Thanksgiving eve, not wanting to cook we decided on Chinese . We did Doordash and our order came in a reusable cute red bag. What a nice surprise! The other surprise was they gave us a complimentary dish,,with a note that said Happy Thanksgiving. We ordered three dishes. Beijing beef, combo egg foo youg, and muu shu pork. The beef was my favorite dish, then the egg fu youg Great night for some good comfort food. Our order was pretty quick arriving before the stated time. Great customer service!

I like how the orange chicken came out with a few pieces of broccoli!

The service is amazing. Very attentive staffs. My pork chow mein came out before my orange chicken. That was not an issue as it was piping hot. I should of asked if they had barbecue pork, but the pork pieces were kind of clump together making it difficult with the pork and noodle ratio- overall, it was OK. I probably won't get that again. The orange chicken was good and the chicken was crispy. I took it up a notch and added some of the chili oil on top- it wasn't that hot. It was just the right amount of flavor that I needed. The white rice, well, you can't complain it was cooked to perfection! If I'm in the area, I might come back, but otherwise it was a good experience and I have lots of leftovers!

    Happy Family

A Friday night Cruise Escondido brought us to the area on our San Diego vacation. On our way back to the highway we decided to find dinner and China Fun was nearby. It gets good ratings because of the chefs, but the restaurant itself was a bit austere. Seated immediately and greeted by a server who was literally RUNNING hot food out to tables. Hard working and no time to chat, our server brought water and took our orders briskly. I had to ask my usual "what vegetables are in this dish" several times before I could order and I settled on the Happy Family, with beef chicken fish and shrimp but no pork. Husband had a spicy Szechuan Beef. The dishes came out super fast with our individual bowls of steamed rice, so we dug in. I am used to using chopsticks but they were not in evidence, so I forked it up. My dish was lightly seasoned and had big chunks of white fish which were likely battered and fried before being added to the sauce. I tried not to think about how much batter as I try to be mostly gluten free. Otherwise it was a solid preparation of a classic dish. Tender chicken, beef and shrimp. The spicy Szechuan Beef had visible red chili and jalapeno slices stir fried with the veggies. Husband really enjoyed it. We had some leftovers of both dishes, and the prices were very reasonable. You pay at the counter when done, a thing I see more in CA than AZ. But it frees up the busy servers to RUN some more delicious hot meals to tables. Just don't expect ambiance here!

I've been wanting to visit China Fun since I moved to Escondido, and we finally did. We ordered the Teriyaki chicken, pepper chicken wings, fried rice and a vegetable plate and it was delicious! The food was fresh, sauces light and the wings were crispy but not overly fried as it is in other places .The ambiance is very casual with a chill vibe and the servers are very attentive and fast. Although my favorite Chinese spot is still the bamboo house restaurant, we'll be coming here whenever we are in a rush and wanting some light delicious Chinese food.

Orange Chicken, fried rice and dumplings

I placed an order through DoorDash for the second time. This has become my go to for Chinese food. I ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice and an order of fried dumplings. Everything was fresh and delicious, not greasy at all. Their pricing is comparable to most Chinese restaurants, but what separates them is their consistency and quality. IMO a do over when you're craving Chinese food.

That's just a personal preference.

Chicken with String Beans Lunch A lot of liquid.

I took out a lunch special. $12. The ambience inside was nice and bright. Many window seats and half or full booths. I wouldn't mind eating in next time if I had the time. Welcoming ambience for dining-in alone customers. The ladies at the counter were all nice. The food came out pretty quickly. I was impressed with the way everything was packed: food, condiments, silverware and napkins were all nicely sitting in the plastic bag. They were packed with care. The food was delicious in general, but a little bland for my taste. Plus, the main dish was supposed to be sautéed or pan fried, I thought, but it was swimming in liquid sauce. The amount of liquid threw me off. Other than that, the price is competitive, and it is a nice Chinese place for eat-in or takeout. I just have to try a few more times to find out what my favorites are at this place.

    Vegetable Egg Rolls Dinner

I'm on vacation which means that ordering food, especially Chinese food can be a crapshoot. I followed the ratings on Uber and chose this one. The egg rolls were what on the east coast we call spring rolls. Loaded with veg and heavy on the black pepper which made them delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the beef chow gun, it looked a little pale but had a great flavor. As for the Singapore noodles, mild in heat but with a really curry forward flavor. Good choice overall.

The food is so good, I've been here twice for lunch. I get seated instantly and the food comes out so fast. I love how quiet and chill the space is. When you walk in there's also a beautiful wall with waterfalls and moss/plants.

    Sole fish with veggies

Service is outstanding, spot on, quick and servers are very personable and professional. Food is excellent, I've sampled about half of the entire menu and have never said, "not again". The portions are big, we always have leftovers. Prices are great, you'll be hard pressed to beat these anywhere else. Most Asian food places have a standard set of food cooked, i.e. chicken, veggies, etc.. where they just combine to make the disk; not here. Everything is freshly made including soups.

Was greeted by a very pretty and cheerful server as I entered for a weekday lunch. Restaurant is spacious and very clean. Menu options have lots of nice variety. Food is tasty and almost tastes home-cooked. Definitely the best Chinese food in this part of town.

Our server was very friendly and explained a few menu items for us as he dropped off our water. We ordered: The Smashed Cucumber Salad, Eggdrop Soup, Pork and Scallion dumplings, and Kung Pao chicken. First out the cucumber salad. It was so good, I could have eaten my own weight in it. It was amazing. The egg drop soup my husband ordered, he said was very delicious, but as I personally dislike egg drop soup, so I'm taking his word for it. The pork and scallion dumplings and kung pao chicken were so good! I can highly recommend these dishes. We loved the food so much we revisited today (4/26/26). We ordered the hot & sour soup, dan-dan noodles, and the 3 delight fried rice. Once again everything was amazing! The Dan Dan noodles were the best I've ever had! The dining room is a bit lackluster and plain, but I'm willing to overlook that since the food was amazing. I will be visiting Dumplings N More again and often! There were many dining options on site, and ultimately we decided on One More Bite after seeing a cook making dumplings behind a glass wall, assuring us they were authentic and the dumplings were not from stores. The restaurant, with its modern Asian décor, was clean and quite spacious, with seating for 70+ guests. The friendly staff guided us to our table and brough water and menu right away. After browsing its extensive menu, we ordered the following dishes: Popcorn Fried Chicken: The chicken pieces were lightly battered, tasty, crispy, and mildly spicy. Pork Xiao Long Bao: This is the quintessential dish of any dumpling house and theirs was spot on. The delicate outer wrap was flawlessly steamed without any tearing, perfectly trapping the juicy broth inside. The filling was well seasoned and with very nice texture. Boiled Shrimp and Pork Dumplings: The outer layers were not soggy or overly boiled, retaining its firm but delicate texture. The filling was savory and a tad sweet. Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup with Udon: The broth was light but flavorful, with a hint of pleasant white pepper aroma. The thick udon noodles were nicely al dente. The wontons, with savory filling, had slightly thick wraps. Rainbow Vegetable Pan Fried Dumplings: The colorful wraps really accentuated these dumplings. The outer layer had a nice firmness on top and a beautifully crispy bottom. The well minced filling was lightly seasoned and soft. Brown Sugar Rice Cakes: The rice cakes were quickly fried, creating a golden outer layer and pleasantly chewy inside. The drizzled brown sugar provided the sweet kick. Coconut Cream Balls: The fried outer layer was crunchy, and the runny coconut cream inside was not overly sweet. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch experience.
