The expensive thing is of course a hotel casino, so I understand. There are so many servers, but I don't place an order. Not only us, but everyone who comes to order doesn't answer the order and doesn't come even if they shout and call. And it's the first time I've seen a server fighting with customers. Apart from the taste and price, the people who work here don't want to work.

    Deep fried flounder
    Sary O.

Anytime I dine in KJ Chinese restaurant, Id always order the deep fried flounder. Its one of the best thing they served. The fried chicken is little on the plain side but it had a nice crunch. The white rice is little on the hard side. I feel like its not cooked all the way or it needs more water in it during the cooking process. I feel like I would have to bring my own white rice to enjoy it with my fried flounder. I would enjoy it more if the rice was cooked right. I can't complain much since the food is always free for me because I get to use my rewards credit I've been earning from Caesars.

12/01/2024. Potstickers ($10.95): extra crispy, 4/5 stars. Wor wonton soup ($25.95): tasted like top ramen but had tons of filling, 3/5.

We were surprised with the overall weak Yelp ratings here, as the food was delectable and the service was top-notch. 12/01/2024. Potstickers ($10.95): extra crispy with a burst of savory and herb flabors, 4/5 stars. Wor wonton soup ($25.95): this was the only letdown, as it tasted like top ramen but had tons of filling, 3/5 stars. Pork siu mei ($10.95): tender and juicy, 4/5 stars. Steamed bbq pork bun ($8.95): soft dough and tons of savory bbq pork, 4/5 stars. Pork chops with spicy salt ($23.95): not spicy, but tender pork with a slightly crispy batter, 4/5 stars. Bbq pork fried rice ($24.95): well-seasoned rice and we almost finished this dish despite the mountain of rice they served, 4.5/5 stars. Chicken in orange peel sauce ($23.95): slightly tangy and sweet that went well with the crispy batter, 4/5 stars. Our server seated us immediately upon arriving, took our order shortly after, and the food came out quickly. Our server inadvertently dropped one small piece of the pork chop; therefore, she apologized and stated that she will have it replaced, despite that we said there was no need to. She had returned with four pieces so I couldn't help but think that if she dropped the entire plate earlier, then she'd maybe replace it with a party tray =)

Great food and service. Traditional Chinese cuisine similar to Chinatown restaurants.

    Hearty serving of pho!

Came here to try out their pho after a very alcohol filled weekend. Lol. I was a bit skeptical about pho being offered at a Chinese restaurant so I actually wasn't in high hopes. I was sure proved wrong though! The pho was actually good, it had a hint of Chinese flare to it though. The 5spices really was prominent in the broth and they're not stingey with the meats. The special had everything per usual. Beef, tripe, tendons& a little bonus of meatballs. The meat was a little different though. More of the stir-fry type of meat, but still good. Because it's there, I'd go again to try actual Chinese food though. Not all restaurants can pull off fusion cuisine& especially to the spoiled tastbuds. The service was a bit off due to language barriers.. all in all, we figured out everything in the end. Kinda. Not really. Lol.

I've been wanting to try this place because my cousin raved about the honey walnut creamy shrimp. One night I decided to dine here while staying at Harrahs. I ordered the egg rolls, fried dumplings and honey walnut creamy shrimp. The entree comes with rice. The food was just okay, nothing to rave about. I would give the honey walnut shrimp a 5 out of 10; decent portion. The flavor was not there. Customer service was just okay as well. It was not busy the night I went. Everything is just okay overall.

    Kung Pao chicken
    Ari R.

The restaurant is located inside Harrah's Hotel and Casino, offering both indoor seating and outdoor tables where you can enjoy views of the gaming action. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Crispy Sweet and Sour dish--both were flavorful, but the portion sizes felt small for the price. Our total for two dinners, with no drinks, including tax and gratuity, came to about $70. The Kung Pao Chicken had an overwhelming amount of onions compared to the chicken itself, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I'd rate the restaurant 3.5 stars.

Mediocre at best. Long lines, ordered for take out took an hour. Each item around $25. Just not good enough for the money or wait.

I got the ribeye and a blood orange margarita, and both were great. The ribeye was probably one of the best I've had, cooked perfectly medium rare. The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were also really good, and the broccolini was fine. Only downside was the wait. It took around 1.5 to 2 hours for our mains to come out, which felt too long. Luckily we had good company, so it didn't ruin the night.

I loved this place so much that I suggested this restaurant despite no one staying after to enjoy the casino. We didn't have our normal server but figured no big deal. It was an early dinner and packed. But died down significantly after an hour. Our meal too almost 3 hours for a pre set 3 course meal. The service was so slow and forgotten yet felt so quick for us to place next order when prompted. The soup of the day took forever to come out and tasted as if it sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. The pork chop was requested medium but came out almost rare+. I couldn't find anyone to ask if they could place it under broiler for a bit longer so I didn't eat much of it. The busboy was wonderful. He offered to package the leftovers (but didn't add the uneaten veggies or sauce with the to go container). We had to ask if we could have coffee with our desserts which would have probably been forgotten about had we not mentioned. There was a nice Happy Birthday written on a dessert plate but the guest's name was left off the plate (we had reminded the hostess and even written the name on the reservation notes). So the finesse and general touches were just gone. I would personally not recommend this place for future celebrations as the drive is too long for the quality/service now.

The service, the staff, the drinks and of course the food. The place itself isn't overly big. Patio area is bigger and more open versus inside. There's the main kitchen bar counter seating with about 10 seats the most. All which looks out to the kitchen. A fun dining experience where you can mingle with the chefs. A chefs table experience I would say. Then there's a couple of hi tops tables along the window. I think there's also some seating at the actual bar counter. Bigger group tends to be on the patio as that's where they can accommodate everyone together. We like the bar counter that looks out to the kitchen as it's nice to mingle with the chefs and see how the food is prepared. Plus it's great to chat with the other guest. And you get to see each plates go out. Of course food, started off this time with the ahi tuna but was recommended the blackened version. The fish was cooked perfectly and didn't needed any of the condiments which wasabi, ginger and soy sauce was also part of it. Of course my favorite, the Rubens special. Shrimp, scallops, mussels, crab and clams tossed with garlic, basil, tomatoes, and green onions in white wine sauce and served with linguine. It's a must if it's your first time. Plenty of seafood and the flavors of the sauce is alway delicious. Plus portions is pretty plentiful. And we also had the Ozzys special. Sautéed shrimp and mushrooms in chef Ozzys special sweet and spicy sauce with onions. That too was excellent. The flavors were amazing with the seafood. You don't need to add anything else to it, perfect as is. Every meal has alway been amazing and delicious. Drinks has alway been good. We either get a bottle or one of their cocktails creation. The service is alway great and the staffs are alway outstanding. I highly recommend this place. It's not too big so it can get pretty busy during the rush hour. Plus they closed during August for holiday break.

I do miss that part of a buffet of visually seeing all the food offerings and taking a small portion for you to bring back to your table and seeing if it is good or not. The Buffet is a sit down affair. You get to the your table and are greeting with a bag of tostitos, guac and salsa. They take your drink order and then you order off the placemat menu at your seat. While the menu is extensive, food is such a visual experience in the sense of seeing what it looks like and knowing how big the portion is. When you order from the server, you get to choose from 4 items that will be all on one plate if it fits. The lobster tail is the star attraction and you are allowed one per order but you can eat as many as you want. Food quality was not that great and the lobster tails were really salty. I wish I was able to try other menu items but I was already full from the first order as you do not get a good sense of how big each portion they serve you. I believe the value is great for AYCE lobster tails and prime rib. I just wish it would return to a true buffet where you serve yourself.
