tofu laksa soup

Tofu laksa soup was The Best soup I've ever had in my life. I could drink the broth like tea. Sour-spicy-savory deliciousness.

Extraordinarily friendly service, good prices, great ramen. Also loved the papaya salad and spicy crispy seaweed rolls. The adorable buns we had for dessert were the icing on the cake -- tasted as good as they looked.

Such a nice stop for lunch. Really enjoyed the flavors and the service was lovely. Inside is cute and cozy. Looking forward to trying their soups next time! The cold noodle salad was perfectly sour and tangy, hit the spot

Consistently excellent! Love their curry and buns. Haven't tried their drinks, but they have a great variety. High quality and delicious. Reasonable prices. Friendly and quick service once you get a table. It's worth waiting if there's a line! Cozy and clean dining- highly recommended!

Karee curry soup with tofu

Always delightful! We come from out of state to enjoy Noodles! Often, we get take-away but we ate in yesterday and it was wonderful! The clearly labeled vegan and gluten-free options are deeply appreciated. I know I can always get karee curry just as I desire! My husband loves the vegan buns!

Vegetarian Rice Porridge
Teresa C.

I was craving rice porridge. The owner was kind enough to make it for me even though it was not on the menu. I enjoyed every bite of the rice porridge. I could taste all the flavors of the vegetables in the light garlic vegetarian broth. I will be back again next time I am in Northampton.

The animal buns.

We were passing through Northampton and stopped here to have dinner. It was a great pick. The food was very tasty . We had two animal shaped bun appetizers which were adorable to look at and yummy too. The potato curry one was marked spicy but not to fear, it is not very spicy at all. I had the shoyu ramen, my son had the Pink Lady soup and my partner had a shrimp salad. All were delicious. The Pink Lady soup was unique to me and I would definitely recommend- a lightly spicy seafood noodle soup, colored bright salmon/coral pink.(from spices, I think- not artificially.) We also had dessert- the mango sticky rice and the triple. The triple was probably microwaved; it was a little too hot, but good nonetheless. A very sweet older gentleman served us- he was perfectly attentive and a quick server. I'm guessing his wife was the older lady at the counter. This is definitely no chain restaurant but a family place. Two thumbs up!

Nava Noodle Soup & sweet bean bun

Very authentic noodle soup with excellent spiciness! Friendly & helpful owner who gave recommendations. The ambiance was the only thing lacking but I figured I wasn't really there for atmosphere. The decor is pretty minimal and basic. But....you're going there for the amazing noodles!!

Animal shaped stuffed buns, corn and black bean

This place was delicious and the animal buns are so cute and fun! I want to go back and try the other flavors The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! My hubby got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl and ate it all up!

Steamed buns in animal shapes

What a lovely lunch! I was totally drawn in by the photos of the animal buns, and they did not disappoint! They were both adorable and delicious! We had chicken basil and black bean coconut, in almost too cute to eat hedgehog, chicken, panda, and puppy shape. Also some shrimp summer rolls and Laarb (spicy, but yum!) as well as fruit juice boba to round out the meal. The space is simple, the service is attentive and friendly, what more do you need?!

Vegetable Dumpling Noodle Soup

Noodles is a favorite of my wife & I- ever since we moved to Northampton it has been a frequent NEED to dine here. Any menu item you go with, you can't go wrong, and trust me, we have tried a bunch. The owners are so sweet, and the food comes out pretty fast. We are big fans of their noodle soups, especially the Curry Noodle Soup and the Tiny Dumpling Soup. If you are lucky enough, they will have $3 adorable filled buns shaped like animals and they are delightful- definitely a must (our favorites are the Curry Potato bun and the Taro bun). The Sweetened Thai Tea with Boba is perfection, and converted my wife into a boba lover. Overall, for date night, our option is usually Noodles.

A wonderful treasure of specialty Asian soups and meals. I suggest the seafood soup with egg noodles and a mango juice!

Their ramen is only good if you've never tried real ramen before. It tasted fine...it just wasn't ramen.

It has a traditional looking interior with wooden plaques around. I would have to recommend getting wontons no matter what dish you get, the sauce is so good and we were picking at the peanuts. I got my favorite Hot n Spicy noodles, this was a little more sour than I remembered so if you don't like sour soups I wouldn't recommend. The Dan Dan Noodles were great although could use a little more sauce. The cucumber dish was good, a little small but was refreshing to eat.

I was given a small table near the entrance and I asked for a larger table, since I planned on ordering quite a few dishes to try. The maître d' said "No", that they reserve those seats for four people. I completely understand if the restaurant was busy or expecting more people. I said, no, I would be leaving. I was allowed to leave. After all, he had no stake in the revenue. But I hope the owners will take notice of this. You have lost a customer, and likely a repeat customer. In addition, whatever happened to service and accommodating customers, especially when it costs nothing in this situation.

I got the seafood curry in the red coconut curry sauce with a side of white rice, and it was absolutely amazing. So good, I was so full but couldn't stop eating it!! Every bite just got better and better. I got my daughter the chicken noodle soup, and the broth was so delicious, it made you feel warm and cozy, and as if you were eating at someone's grandmas house.
