Good decor, speedy service, and good for fast casual. Portion sizes are huge, so I definitely recommend sharing! But nothing out of the ordinary. One thing to note is that the dan dan noodles here were better than other places that I have tried. That one caught me off by a surprise and I would come back here for it!

B-17 Lotus Leaf Wrapped Sticky Rice with Chicken ()

Really cute and cheap Asian eats spot! The milk teas are only $4-5 and the Honeydew Flavor with the Jelly is so refreshing (but very sweet). The Taiwanese Salt & Pepper Chicken was crunchy and well-seasoned, though I wish it had come with a sauce. The Lotus Leaf Wrapped Sticky Rice was super authentic and aromatic. We also got the Signature Beef Noodle Soup with no spice and the broth was still super flavorful, the beef cuts tender, and the noodles cooked well. The interior design is interesting- it's designed to look like a food hall, with the kitchen as the food stall. There is plenty of seating for a large group. Our food came out quickly.

Braised Beef Noodle Soup

We were walking in the Long Island City neighborhood. One could easily miss this tucked away noodle place. Unfortunately, the chef for hand pulled noodle was gone for the day so we were not able to order that. we chose round noodles. The service was quick. Braised beef soup was delicious and the chucks of meat was very tender. Having carrots and boy choy was visually appealing. I could not finish the soup and asked for a to go box. They gave me two containers. One for noodles and another for soup so that noodles do not absorb all the soup! We also ordered Classic Lan Zhou noodles which was delicious. As this was our first time, we did not know that we could seat and order from a long table. It is good to know that one could stay in Long Island City and enjoy Chinese noodle soup! I hope we can try the hand pulled noodles next time.

The place is nice and clean and spacious to come with a crowd My new recent favorite is the braised beef soup Flavorful and fresh with bok choy and carrots and juicy chunks of beef Also the salt and pepper Taiwanese chicken Nice to pair with a soup I usually order and pick up and it's always ready in about 10 min tops no long wait

Decor is lovely indoor outdoor aesthetic. Spacious food hall setting with 3 bathrooms. Only had one soup but tasty, fairly priced - knife cut noodles were good.

Ambiance (5/5): There's plenty of seating inside with a window to watch the staff make their noodles from scratch! The décor reminds me of the classic street food in Asia. Service (5/5): Their chopsticks are unique with disposable front ends for sanitary reasons! The service was prompt and staff was courteous. Wonton in Chili Oil (5/5): Very flavorful and the chili oil was a nice addition. It's not super spicy! Braised Beef Noodle Soup (4/5): The beef chunks were generous in portion but I wished that they had more flavor infused in them. The broth was flavorful and rich with meat flavors--it tasted very authentic to Taiwanese flavors. I liked the thickness and chewiness of their noodles. The table chili sauce was a must-have to elevate the bowl.

They certainly craft noodles well at Noodlecraft! One of the better noodle bowls I've had in NYC. The noodles were fresh and hand made. The service was quick and efficient. And the price was fair. Best of all, there were lots of tables and seats, which is a rarity at most noodle shops! Recommend coming here for a quick and satisfying noodle fix.

Scallion pancake and shiu mai were SO good (not pictured)! The shiu mai was a small portion but it has a quality taste to it in my opinion. I would definitely recommend getting these two dishes for your visit. The Shanghai Cold Noodle was also delicious! I got it with the egg noodle and it hit the spot! Ambiance was nice and staff were attentive and friendly!

Soup flavor is bland, but stir fry noodle is delicious. The wontons in chili oil gives soup canto wonton style and I didnt enjoy it. But friendly staff and cool decor. Spacious interior and interesting bathroom design from the outside. I didnt get to use the bathroom tho, so I cant say what it look like inside. The chopstick is cool.

Walking into Noodlecraft, I was reminded of a food court with the long tables. I loved the neon lights, lanterns, and the umbrellas on the ceiling. I was greeted upon entering and led to a table. My order was taken shortly after, and I didn't have to wait long for the food. The chopsticks they use are so interesting. I like how there are disposable tips to insert into reusable handles. The Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup was spicy, and the noodles were chewy. There was also a generous portion of meat. The Strawberry Bubble Milk Tea didn't have much flavor. I didn't taste much of the strawberry flavor or tea. The bubbles were flavorless and while they weren't soggy just yet, they weren't chewy.

Food is still solid, price is reasonable and there's plenty of seating. Casual vibe with average service. I was a little sad to see them become table service style as last time I was here, I really like how we were able to order ourselves and pay at counter.

Yummmmmmmm a friend of mine introduced this place to us. First time here. I actually enjoyed this place and the food. It was walking distance from my hotel too. We ordered the following... Wonton in Chili Oil 8pcs Steamed Shrimp Dumplings 4pcs Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup Sliced with Beef & Bok Choy Dan Dan Noodle Spicy only. Minced pork, peanut, cucumber & sesame paste Pan-Fried Noodle Cabbage , carrot & green onion ADDED shrimp and fried egg My personal favorite was the Pan fried noodles. I loved the shrimp dumplings and the wonton in chili oil had lots of flavor and a nice kick ! Everything was delicious, flavorful and tasty. Overall experience was great. I would definitely come back.

Pumpkin bun with egg yolk filling
Mei C.

This noodle shop has some yummy Beef shank noodle soup; Meat was really tendered and very well seasoned- broth was also rich, but not too salty; the Knife cut noodles was not as bouncy as I would liked though. Aside from my bowl of noods- I also enjoyed the Pumpkin buns with Egg yolk filling (comes out piping hot). The dish that really missed the mark was the Popcorn Chicken- it was over-fried, dark and dry; the salt and pepper seasoning tasted a bit off. This shop has an open space concept with bright tall ceilings and hanging lights- and bench seatings. Overall, would like to come back for that bowl of noodle again

Can I request a little less spicy for Dan Dan noodle for delivery or it is already set spiciness?

It wouldn't hurt to ask. For the most part places make things one way and I have to ask to add the spiciness level. Good luck!

This location is always packed during busy hours, so plan ahead if you are trying to secure seating! This particular location is very cozy and warm, so a date night here is perfect. The menu is quite extensive, but the clear choice here are the mango options. Both the mango drinks and desserts are super fresh, as it is evident that the mangos are sliced to order. Personally, my favorite is an Asian classic, the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice Cream. It is also good with sago if you do not prefer the rice. The staff is friendly, and they will help you with deciding on your order, so do not stress if you take too long. I am glad to see the diverse accommodations here in LIC and even more glad that it is a Mango Mango that exists here.

The staff were super friendly and provided recommendations. I had to have the mango coconut sticky rice with ice cream. This was so amazing, I could have another one. The mango strawberry smoothie-o was full of yummy slushyness. My least favorite was the crème brûlée earl grey cheesecake. I wanted to try this since it was new in the menu. I thought it was ok, I would have preferred to try another mango dessert like the mango mousse cake or the mango mille crepe cake. I would also love to try the coconut mango smoothie-o on my next visit. I can't wait to go back. My new favorite dessert spot!

The staff was very rude and basically said "what do you want?". Asked her a question about what something on the menu was and instead of answering it, she just said "don't matter. No more". Food: got some dessert thing (Joyful treat bowl) that sounded really good but was a whole big glob of mess and did not taste good. Drink: got a watermelon jasmine tea that was basically filled with watermelon pulp Definitely would not be returning!

Master Panda, thanks for participating in the Yelp Lunar New year Boba Crawl and being the first…read moreand last stop. The jasmine milk tea I sampled in the store first was a bit high in the milk to tea ratio, though I appreciated the chance to try this. The oolong tea flavor (can't recall if it was a citrus or passionfruit flavor) at the end was good--refreshing and light. The bubbles were a little on the sweeter side, with decent chewiness. I purchased a plum Americano first time and it was an innovative take on Asian flavors mixed with coffee. The fusion of traditional tart plum "soup" with coffee worked in an herbally way, kinda like a kombucha coffee. Based on this I think some of the other coffee items with citrus may be good to try here. The following comments are in the spirit of constructive feedback so I hope this will help you guys! I read online that the focus of the store is to provide fresh milk with their teas, specifically regular dairy milk. Though I think this is a stronger selling point probably in Asia, the interesting fact is that a fair number of people are lactose intolerant, (or will become so later in life). And with the trend away from cow's milk to more plant-based milks, I think it's a miss not to offer milk substitutes. The second point to work on is consistency in the menu, I'm not sure why the menu placed by the ordering counter contains a few different items than the menu on the screen on the wall, which is also slightly different from the menu shown in the digital kiosks (I didn't order from the kiosk but took a look at it). Maybe it's because this store is still tweaking the menu, though in this case it would be helpful to explain to customers. Yesterday I came by to redeem a coupon for a free drink, it was a generous offer and thanks for giving me another opportunity to try a drink! Choosing the Jasmine coconut tea with water chestnut bubbles, the flavor combo sounded interesting though didn't mesh that successfully in reality. The water chestnut bubbles provided a pop and little crunch which was unlike anything I've had before, with a light, almost imperceptible sweetness. Overall I felt the staff was kind--thanks for the rose with the drink and the panda takeaway bag during the initial boba crawl!

Although a pro tip is to firstly order from the app (for the discounts and rewards) and then if there IS a wait, just walk a block over and kill sometime in the LIC food hall (maybe grab a snack to go with your tea drink). You could also hit up naisnow and get egg tarts (my personal fave egg tarts in the city right now) and have a little food crawl of sorts. The boba had a good chew, and the sweetness level was on point. Not the absolute best I've ever had, but definitely solid and worth coming back for. Overall, a great addition to the neighborhood. They also have an ice cream shop here (Taku Parlour) that is available (but unfortunately, sold out when we went). We got their soy garlic wings and their ramen. Their wings were good but a lot of the pieces were really small. And, although the pork chashu in the ramen (I got their wantan men) was super soft and tender, I felt that the ramen was way too salty for me. Moreover, it doesn't come with an egg and if you do decide to get an egg add-on for $3, it comes in an egg cup and hard-boiled (as opposed to in the ramen and jammy/soft-boiled). Overall, I thought it was an alright spot, a bit pricer, and I'm not sure I would come back for their food.
