One of the best places around. The food is always fresh and made with quality ingredients. Pad Thai, drunken noodles, and fried rice are amazing. The ramen is phenomenal. The only thing I've had issues with is the water - that usually tastes kinda awful read more

I love Noodle Shack!!! Broth is to die for....The Japanese pancake was different but good. Service is very good

I gotta tell you guys, this place is amazing! The restaurant has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere and well placed decorations. I myself is a Ramen lover and I'm confident enough to tell you that I have eaten at hundreds of ramen shops/restaurants, and this place can be put around in top 40s on my personal perspective. The foods are amazing too, with very well seasoned broth, the noodles are also good with decent texture and flavor. If I have a chance to come here again, I will bring friends with me instead of just myself. Greatly recommended read more

Noodle Shack - Tonkatsu Ramen - Asian Fusion Near Me - Lititz, Pennsylvania

I've been here twice and made the mistake of ordering the Lemongrass Chicken Pho (I guess I had forgotten about the first time). The lemongrass flavor just doesn't work in this dish and takes away from the usual savory taste you're looking for in a Chicken Pho. read more

Best Pad Thai in Lancaster! I lived in various parts of Thailand for a few months and this tastes JUST like the ones you could find on the street food carts in all the cities. The chicken is tender and not too dry, it's just the right amount of saucy, and the flavors are spot on! read more

Great vegetarian pokebowl! Fast service too. The atmosphere was nice and the ingredients were fresh read more

Nope, nope, nope. Stopped here for dinner before going to a movie. Watery Thai iced tea and ramen that left me feeling- yuk. If this were my first experience with these dishes, I'd likely never try them again. Fortunately I am a fan of both- just not here. My wife had the scallion pancake and only choked down half before we decided to cut our losses and leave. We both had upset stomachs for the rest of the evening. read more

I was really impressed with this place! I ordered a ramen dish and it was so tasty!! I can't wait to go back and try the pho. The service was also good. No complaints! read more

Great food! I've been to ramen spots in Philadelphia and Washington DC, and honestly, this place tops both. Will be making the 40-minute drive to come again. Currently eating the microwaved warmed up of this & it is still bussin. read more

If you are looking for premier Asian Cuisine taste at an affordable price , Noodle Shack will have you falling in love as soon as you walk in. The restaurant is spacious and open with beautiful decor. Even the chopsticks have intricate designs which show the owner's attention to detail. The ambiance of the restaurant is extremely elegant but very comfortable at the same time. Before I forget , the food is ... AH... MAZE... ZING! Each dish is perfectly seasoned and flavored. There is definitely love in every dish that comes out the kitchen. My mouth was watering the moment the food came out. The server Henry is mighty FINEEEE!!! He had me extremely thirsty but his attentiveness meant my drink was always refilled. Noodle Shack is definitely SHAKING things up in Lancaster. I ordered the drunken noodles my first time, and I've been ordering it twice a weekend ever since. This place is awesome

We ate here about a month ago and everything we had was delicious. I had Ramen and my husband had the chicken Katsu. I also had a Boba tea, and it's the only thing I didn't really like. They have contactless ordering, which I found to be very impersonal. read more

Super good Pho and the tan tan ramen was amazing! Great value as well! Totally recommended.

Not really impressed. The black noodle garlic ramen was overly salty. Not very enjoyable, I actually didn't finish it. The buns were bland. I had to choke them down. I just wasn't impressed. read more

Wife and I ordered Shumai as an appetizer and chicken and beef teriyaki as a main course it was great. Dinner came with miso soup which is also good. For a 1st time here I would recommend this place highly price good place very clean and service fast read more

Great Japanese Udon soup; and a nice atmosphere. Great stop for a warm cup of satisfaction. -Larry

I love drunken noodles and ramen. Could possibly live on it for years. So when I saw that drunken noodle was one of the featured dishes at Noodle Shack I decided to give them a try. They are in a shopping plaza that I've been to several times but I never knew they were there. Placed the order and paid online (a very handy feature) but was told my order would take 45 minutes to an hour. I think because the site was sponsored by GrubHub that was the delivery time. Anyway, I only had to wait about 15 minutes and I was out the door. Drunken noodle was very good. Also picked up an order of Thai red curry noodle soup. Pretty spicy and hot but very flavorful. All in all I give them an 8.5/10 and would go there again. read more

Excellent customer service and amazing roman noddles the broth is so rich of flavor i highly recommend on going this place

I've been wanting to try this place forever just because I'm a big Takoyaki fan and this was the closest place to me that had them. They were so delicious ! I also ordered there Unagi Don dish and I fell in love with it. The first bite was literally everything. It was so good I couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Everyone definitely needs to try this dish. I'm definitely coming back for more ! read more

Tonkatsu ramen is awesome! Highly recommend i give this place my asian endorsement. Yeah they're legit...

House special Pho was everything!!!!! Haven't had pho in a while and this didn't disappoint one bit.

The Phó was average, nothing special. It was packaged very nicely for take out. Everything was fresh. The phó broth lacked very much in the flavor department. The pork and shrimp spring rolls were excellent. Peanut sauce was good. Seafood Ramen had an excellent flavor and was the best of what we ordered. read more

Ordered pad thai which i eat frequently all over the country and even at home. The rice noodles where terrible. I've had fresher 3 day old pad thai. The only reason I didnt return it was it was my first hot meal in 2 days due to being on the road and still didn't eat most of it. I dont know if all their food is that bad or if its just a fluck but I will not be eating here again. read more

Honestly did not expect to find a bowl of ramen this good in Lancaster PA. Would post a pic but I ate it too fast; I had the spicy pork ramen bowl. read more

I had the vegetarian Raman and my husband had the dynamite shrimp buns. Both were DELICIOUS.

It was fine, but underwhelming for ramen. Egg was fully cooked inside. Quality of the meat abs texture could be better. Proportions of ingredients were off: way too much corn for example. I'll come back if I can't find better ramen elsewhere, but I think they could improve! read more

It is surprisingly nice inside. Great place for a date. The ordering system isn't my favorite especially if you have multiple people and want to pay together; however, they gave us the option of ordering with our server if that's a dealbreaker. The food was really good. We'll be back for sure! read more

I found NS to be a great asian-fusian. Many Japanese dishes. Their fantastic appetizers alone would be a great meal. The calamari was cut very thick. Trying to eat them was... Well, like chewing on a truck tire. Also, this dish should be eaten immediately, off the heat or it gets even more rubber-like. The six spring rolls are good but too greasy as are some other rolls. The pho is great, best in Lititz. They have several different kinds- beef, seafood, chicken w/Lemon Grass. I've never had Japanese food, however, I do enjoy their different Japanese dishes. There is too much vinegar in the dipping sauce there should be a nice balance. NS should make Nuoc Mam sauce. It's easy to make and versatile as it can serve as a vinaigrette and dipping sauce. Refer to: https://cookingwithlane.com/authentic-vietnamese-dipping-sauce-nuoc-mam-recipe/.com I usually get mine delivered. They package everything tightly. It's packaged very neat and tidy. Enjoy! read more

A recommendation from a friend. Tip was expected before you have any service, service was pathetic. Thank God we had our water bottles in the car, because we never saw our food servers again. Food was subpar. Pad Thai was greasy with a weird flavor, menu said it had peanuts, never came across one. Paid extra for extra veggies, never got. Seafood Ramen said crab, but got a krab stick, GROSS! Thai iced tea was milky and tasted like a weird chocolate milk. Pancake was bland, calamari tough, octopus balls tasteless. First and last time! read more

Ramen was terrific. Seriously will be back for it. Pork buns were not to my taste, but also not bad (I consider myself a connoisseur of fine pork buns, so I'm pickier than most). The restaurant was clean and very well appointed. Service was weird, but acceptable. I'll be back to check in on the place soon. I'd give it 3.5 stars. read more

Hi so I USUALLY don't give restaurants a low score simply to me loving FOOD and I try to give more places the benefit of the doubt. We all simply can not be perfect. My mother lives in the Lititz area so I try to eat around the area when I make the trip to visit her. I do want to point out the prices for a very small portion is very high, and within that small portion is dare I say, LOADS of rubbery chicken. I did enjoy the rice though!! and I do appreciate the generosity of the chicken itself because TOOOOO many places love to pile on the rice and act stingy on the chicken!! So I did appreciate the amount given to me but rubbery chicken is a little too beyond me to give any restaurant higher than a 1 Star, along with the prices!! read more

The food and atmosphere are both wonderful. The interior is comfortable and subdued. They have tasteful decor, comfortable, open seating, amd a gorgeous chandelier in the center of the dining area. I have been there three times, for lunch, and am always pleased. The service is curteous and quick. I always have the Chicken Pad Thai and I love it! Today I went for the Calamari as well and it was delicious! read more

Was here on Sunday and was initially impressed with how the place looked. I ordered the shack buns and the pork katsudon while my mom ordered the seafood pho. Waitress was nice, but it was so hard to understand her since she mumbled everything. She came back 2 minutes later and asked my mom if what kind of rice she wanted and if she wanted miso soup or salad. I thought it was odd since her meal didn't say it came with these things. About 20 minutes later we get the buns and miso soup. The shack buns themselves were nice and fluffy, but the pork belly was so dry and disappointing. We wait another 10 minutes and out comes the pho and what's supposed to be my katsudon. What I actually get is a pork katsu plate. Suddenly the miso soup and rice question makes sense because those DO come with the katsu plate. I tell the waitress that the order is wrong and she says that I have to tell the manager about it instead of just correcting it herself. I explain it to the manager and she then has my meal brought out. The katsudon itself was pretty mediocre. The pork itself while nicely fried was super dry and there wasn't much flavor to the rice at all. The menu also listed that the katsudon was supposed to come with mushrooms but there were none to be found, but a bunch of shredded carrots instead. Honestly there are better local Japanese/Vietnamese restaurants that I don't thing I'll be coming back. It should also be of note that before we got any of our food, there was a table behind us that also had to send their food back because it was also wrong. It was nice to see a new place like this open so close to home and I hope they get better in the coming months, but I don't think I'm going to take the chance and try again. read more

Came here on a Saturday night to a pretty empty dining room. We brought bring your own bottle which was a plus because my friend and I like to drink. Got takoyaki for an app and it was good but not as authentic but still good. We both got ramen and it was super good. Seafood ramen was amazing, shrimp and scallops where spot on, and not too spicy, really enjoyable. My friend got a pork ramen which was also really good and the pork was tender. Mochi was enjoyable. I will say issei noodle is just a smidge better but unfortunately downtown where parking is super difficult, so I will most likely frequent this place, so glad to have come here read more

We would call Noodle Shack Pan-Asian, but they just say it's a blend of Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese cuisines. The dishes are like nothing we had had before, but they were wonderfully prepared and very tasty. The word Shack in the name is misleading. It's really a lovely restaurant. What is really weird, though, is that they intend that you order and pay via a QR code on your phone. Easier said than done. The app seems not to work on all phones. If you ask, they will politely take your order and accept payment at the counter. Clientele tend to be millennial, but they are very nice to us older folks. BTW, the bubble tea is delicious. read more

Honestly stay away from the ramen. You'll be better off saving your money. The broth tasted like an instant mix. The noodles were just okay. And the pork was tuff instead of falling apart like it should. If you want actual ramen then this isn't for you. The other food look good but we didn't try anything else. We just came for ramen and were not impressed. read more
