The worst EVER! Have had them over the past few years and it's been OK, not great but palatable. The last time we ordered the calamari it was tough (overcooked) and the crab fried rice smelled and tasted off, like it was old. This last time we ordered Pad See Ew and Beef Yakisoba. The Pad See Ew tasted of nothing but oil, lacked very little sauce and noodles were way overcooked. The Beef Yakisoba was similar but also would add that the vegetables were old...the broccoli was turning color (yellow) and the mushrooms were slightly slimy and mushy. The noodles tasted like basic ramen, not Yakisoba that were just blanched in hot water and quickly stir fried. They still had that starchy texture and chewy much like the beef. We contacted DoorDash and all they offered was a $5 refund on a $55 bill plus an $11 tip for shitty food. We're all about supporting local food establishments before chain restaurants but don't waste your hard earned money on this place. We never will again. read more

My 6 person family came here after UO 2023 graduation since all the restaurants close to campus were super busy. We've never been but we love thai food and found this place on Yelp. I ordered the massaman curry with tofu, which I requested vegan, and it came with rice. I ordered medium spice level and it was pretty spicy but still so delicious! It came with tofu, peanuts, carrots and potatoes in the curry and I loved the flavor of the dish. They also had lots of options they could make vegan for me! My sister got the tom kha soup, made vegetarian with tofu, and that was my favorite dish we ordered. The soup was so savory and creamy and delicious! My other family members loved their food as well, and we all had lots of leftovers. Our server was super friendly and quick. I called about availability for 6 and he set aside a table for us. When we arrived 10 minutes after the phone call, a table was already set up waiting for us with silverware and menus which we really appreciated! The ambiance is pretty casual and relaxed, with friendly staff, a large menu, and delicious food. They have a cute old-timey feeling with barstool seating and fun colors on the walls. There's lots of street parking around and it's located in downtown Springfield. The prices were cheater than other Thai restaurants I've been to in Eugene, with very comparable food. Delicious! Very kind and friendly service. The restaurant is lined with spacious booths and lots of bar seating. Huge vegan and vegetarian selection. Our absolute favorite place! My husband and I visited for the first time one weeknight evening. The lady who took our order remembered us on just our second visit (maybe because we went back two days later) and brings hot sauce to our table every visit since without us having to ask. We usually get 2 main dishes to share and an appetizer or two. Portions are great we often come home with leftovers. We love the daily specials. There is also an extensive lunch special menu available weekdays from 11-2pm. Haven't been able to pick a favorite dish because we can't help but try something new every time. I'm glad I came here to try the golden sacks but I have to say it was just mediocre Thai food. The yellow curry was very thin and watery and felt like it didn't have many things inside. The golden sacks are like egg rolls so I would recommend getting one of them, not both as they are a bit oily. I wish the peanut sauce was a peanut sauce... it was some oil based sauce with crushed peanuts on top only. Overall okay food, if you like spicy make sure to let them know! One bite of the Spicy Chicken Fried Rice was all it took for me to fall thoroughly and completely in love. The Spicy Basil Chicken was tender and flavorful and the white rice that comes with it was great as well--it was not clumpy or overcooked in the slightest. We got mild for everything which was perfect--although I can handle heat, Thai food always seems to be on a whole other level. Every time I've gotten food from here it's been excellent! Full of flavor, good ingredients and nice presentation. Great prices too. I have tried the Panang curry, a stir fry, and pad Thai and all so so delicious! I look forward to trying more dishes there. Hands down best Thai food I've had in Eugene or Springfield since moving here a year ago! I saw it awhile ago and I knew since it was a hole in wall looking restaurant it would be so good. You walk in and the smell makes you just want to eat everything. It's incredible. The worker we talked to was really nice! They have specials each day and my husband got one of the specials the day we went in! He got the Cashew Nut Mango Tofu and it was sooo yummy! I got the Chicken Pad Thai and it was the best Pad Thai I've had (that's what I've always gotten). It's equally sweet and savory. My husband always get Thai Coffee with no milk because he is dairy free and this is the first Thai place we've been to with a dairy free milk option! It was yummy too! I was in Vegas (working) years ago. At Lotus of Siam, a gold standard of Thai food in America, I asked the server what his favorite dish was: without hesitation, Khao Soi. It was absolutely amazing. Fast forward a couple of decades, and I STILL haven't found another Thai restaurant that serves it! Til I found Noodle N Thai, that is. I happened into it, looking for takeout a couple of months ago, and there it was! It's not quite Lotus, but it was delicious and addicting. Since then, I've also tried Drunken Noodles, garden rolls (with shrimp substituted for chicken), and pumpkin curry, all wonderful. What I love: the friendliest service ever. Someone here said the opposite, but I don't really believe it. Every person I have dealt with and N&T has been smiling, friendly, fast and attentive. No exceptions. The funky diner atmosphere is just great. I'm an interior designer, and--maybe perversely--I love that these owners made the most of what they had. No fakery, no frippery, just comfortable, CLEAN and smiling, responsive service. Medium heat means pretty hot--just right for me--but my husband can't tolerate it, and they will actually make him a dish without spice. It's not big, it's not fancy, but it sure is good. Noodle N Thai is my go-to Thai joint. Eat in, take out, but GO. read more

The food here is solid, and the service is AMAZING. I placed an order for a lunch meeting through Grubhub hours in advance, and at the pickup time Grubhub canceled my order. I was a walking to the restaurant as I received the cancelation, and then owner said she had not seen the order come through at all, but was happy to put in my order then and push it through quickly. They had my order for 5 people ready in 10 minutes and was still on time for the intended work meeting. They also do a low price meal for students (there is a high school next door). Have to say, I try really hard to not nit-pick and point out negatives- but having a hard time finding something I liked. Very clean, parking easy to find and the decor on back wall was attractive. The cute valentine hearts on the mirrors... basically that's where the love stopped. I would imagine the woman who was the server was actually the owner or manager as, in my opinion, no restaurant in their right mind would hire someone that would represent the restaurant that way. It was as if it was an irritation that there were customers. No hello, welcome, good-bye, thank you or even come back soon. I'm not looking for friends or to be coddled but honestly, that was a first for me. Sat at a booth, menus set down and she was gone. Had to wait far to long and basically wave her down. There were two other tables leaving, no other customers. Food was not for me. I should have read the menu closer as the Pad Kee Mao was very surprising at lack of ingredients. The good thing was that hot meant hot! That I liked. Had to wait at counter to pay as she wasn't coming back. Two customers came in for take-out, she barely recognized them either. As we were traveling across Oregon, the family found this restaurant in a quiet town of Springfield. We didn't see many people walking the streets so we were a bit skeptical. There were 12 of us so we decided to try it out. We were surprised how good the food was. All the food were cook to order and very authentic. The best drunken noodles and fried rice we ever had. The orange chicken and chicken curry was good as well. Parking was not a problem. Like I mentioned, it was a quiet town and didn't see much people on the streets. When it comes to pad Thai, there are restaurants that do a good job, and those that do not. At first, only Ta Ra Rin was the only place I knew to scratch my pad Thai itch. However, when my workplace moved to a new location, new doors opened up. On my bus rides back and forth, I discovered Noodle N Thai, and I also bought a smartphone as well. I then discovered Grubhub. I tried noodle N Thai Through Grubhub, and I really enjoyed their pad Thai. I also enjoyed their spring rolls. If you're not able to get to the restaurant, then ordering through Grubhub is the second best thing. Noodle N Thai was the first restaurant that I ordered via Grubhub, and I am glad that I did. read more

The lunch portion was pretty decent for $8.50, large enough that I could split it into two meals supplemented with some more veggies. I have not gone here in years since owners changed, and also since we also live on the other side of town. I really loved this place with the original owner, and came in and wasn't so sure. I think I had an off day or something because today it was great. This evening we decided not to make dinner, and wanted Thai. Our favorite haunts were closed for the day, or getting ready to close soon, or didn't have the option for delivery. I am glad we decided to retry this place. The food was delicious for being across town, and delivered. We ordered Thai iced tea, crispy spring rolls, pad kea mow, and pumpkin curry. We ordered the kea mow mild, and let me tell you what, it is more of a medium spice! The pumpkin curry was medium, and it was spicy, but tolerable compared to the kea mow. Both still delicious. I was thankful for the Thai ice tea to cool the mouth off. The wait time for grub hub wasn't to bad either. I am happy to support local businesses during these trying times we are all going through. Authentic Thai Food! Always hot (as in temperature, they adjust the spice level the customer prefers from no/low spice to hot spicy), fresh, and real Thai food. They are good with making accommodations. Best thing is the Thai owners cook and serve the food. During Covid, they offer takeaway for pick-up or delivery (with various delivery options such as Grub Hub and others, to my knowledge) which is awesome, and parking is free on all surrounding streets as well as the city parking lot immediately across the street. Every time we've ordered it has been great!! After spending time traveling across the beautiful country of Thailand, I feel comfortable saying this Thai food is authentic! Especially love the Mango Sticky Rice, yummy!! A naturally sweet way to savor a tasty meal. Their Thai Ice Tea is always good too. Their curries and noodle dishes have delightful flavors, each a bit different depending upon your selection. Appetizer: delicious salad rolls! Yum! Great prices, and a ton of food. I've only had the red curry, but it is delicious. My second favorite Thai place in the area, the best I've tried in Springfield itself. Good flavor, good heat. Could use a touch more meat, and maybe a little more rice- but perfect if you like your curry a little on the wetter side. Service is fast and friendly, and consistent. Been here a few times and the same quality every time. I appreciate that in a restaurant. It's not fancy or upscale, but it is delicious! I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot. I may try some other dishes at some point, but it will probably be pretty difficult to not order the red curry. Definitely scratches the itch for a good, creamy, spicy, filling bowl of curry! This review is based on takeout only. The customer service has always been good when I went to go pick it up. I've tried a couple things on the menu, and it's kind of a hit or miss. Their portion size is pretty good though and they allow a lot of customization with the food such as levels of spice and different meat/veggie combos. -Thai Iced Tea with Coconut Milk was too milky and did not have a strong tea taste -Thai Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk was actually really good! It reminds me of Vietnamese coffee where the coffee is a balance of strong and sweet. -Yellow Curry decent, but it is a little on the sweet side, like I said I prefer more savory and salty -Pad See Ew was good, but a little too much on the sweet side, I prefer my pad see ew more savory (this is why I don't order pad thai usually) -Pad Kee Mao this one was really good, I love the assortment of veggies it comes with I'm from Cali (thai food in LA is delicious), but overall this place is pretty good compared to the other places I've tried in Eugene, Oregon. The taste was very good and was hotter than expected for medium but I did enjoy the heat. Quality seems good and portion is of a good value for the price. We got there around 3pm and the place looks empty so I got a little scared but decided to go in anyway. Hmmm...old diner feel with old furniture and I'm just waiting for Alice to serve me a piece of pie. Old plastic booth with rips in the couch. We ordered the Pad Thai and the seafood bamboo shoots stir fry. We both really liked out dish. My husbands Pad Thai was just the right amount of sweet with the crunchy vegetables to go along with the noodles. My dish was full of seafood and sweet, spicy, and garlicky. You know the food is good when you just want to scoop the sauce on your rice and eat it just like that. I had a craving for Thai food and so I had it delivered through grubhub. I'm not sure if they were just having an off night or maybe it was because it was take out.....? It was the worst pad see ew I've had sadly. The potstickers were good but not being happy with the main dish is very disappointing. It was lacking flavor and I requested medium spice and it didn't even have a hint of spice. It was very bland and disappointing. I know all restaurants have off nights so maybe it was just that! The food made my girlfriend feel sick after dinning here. Their brown rice was made in the microwave, as we could hear them putting the rice in and out. I asked for more napkins and the server brought one additional napkin, like the place was low on napkins. The bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant had dirt in many places.
