The place is a gem! We went on Sunday evening so, not crowded, relatively quiet (great for conversation), and no rush through service which means the full experience and it was lovely. We started with the shrimp rolls and scallion pancakes, which melted in my mouth. The scallions were bright and fresh while the pastry was rich and flaky. I didn't eat the shrimp rolls, but the were perfectly cooked and very well received. We also had the Xiao Long Bao. They were well made in structure as each one retained the soup inside. The flavour pop of the simple and delicate broth made up for the slightly gummy texture of the bao itself. We then had the Champignon and Sesame Chicken. The chicken was deliciously well received, but it was the crisp texture of the lotus root and multi-dimensional broth of the Champignon that won the evening. King mushrooms, pea shoots, Shanghai bok choy and crisp lotus root slices with a generous bowl of rice! I plan to go back and try more, but this will remain my go-to, feel-good going forward. Yummy!

My ultimate go to spot for quick, delicious and most importantly fairly priced Chinese cuisine in the area. I highly recommend catching their lunch special if you can.

Everything was excellent. Pad Thai and more. It was a birthday celebration but now this is in our monthly agenda.

This is not your average Chinese restaurant. The menu is different from others with some exotic choices such as the crab meat asparagus soup which was delicious. The Dan Tze Mein Noodles were delightful as well. The prices reflect the quality and the portions are commensurate for what you pay. The next time I am in the Springfield area I will definitely be back to try the rest of the impressive looking menu.

It was the only one with wide noodles. Sooooo good. My friends enjoyed their food too. One got crab & shrimp fried rice, the other got the dish w the cellophane noodles and mushrooms. All the dishes had enough to take home for a second meal. It is all made from scratch and to your desired temperature, regarding spice. The actual restaurant is...quaint. it's small and clean. I don't think it would hold more than 30 ppl. The bathroom is a single and the door didn't lock for me. I just peed and prayed. Lol. Service was OK. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant, the server seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Food came out quickly tho. The lemon marscapone cake looked delicious, so I got one to go. Since then, I've been too many times. Food is consistently fresh, quick and delicious! Service is always mid. Try the Thai tea and mango rice... oh and the basil rice. Listen, I could go on, everything is good.

It also helps that pho is one of the most savory and customizable meals that I have had, and consistently at that. I have had pho from all over the Philadelphia area and obviously have my favorite locations and also get mine with everything in it, tripe and tendon being the highlights when I can find them. The most traditional and, in my opinion, best spots will always have these as ingredient selections. I have been to Pho Philly twice now. Once to sit down with my friend Collin and another time to bring soup home for dinner for one evening when everyone couldn't decide on one place to order from, so I simply went and got what I wanted. In Delco, there is a lack of good Vietnamese. This IS changing, albeit slowly, and Pho Philly is close to home and is good enough. It's not what I would call spectacular and it is by no means bad in any way. Their broth is delicious and the noodles are long, and have just enough chew to them. Ingredients are very fresh and everything comes out fairly quickly and piping hot. Taking it home wasn't as great, but that's to be expected when taking a meal home that really should be eaten at the establishment. All in all, Pho Philly is a great place that is nearby for when I really want pho. They don't have tripe which is a let down, but will never keep me from ordering there. Their broth is tasty and seems to be made daily and the staff is nice and attentive in a neat space that looks like it was once an old diner. Give them a try if you're in Tinicum, and I will be coming here I'm sure for years as long as they're still here!

From the moment you walk in the door, the wait staff take great care of you. They make sure you are happy with your table, your order, and experience overall. So helpful and friendly. That makes all the difference. The food is delicious. In the past we've had hot tea to drink and it is always a great choice. Over the years we've had many appetizers, but the pork and chive dumplings and all the soup dumplings are our favorite. We love crafting our own dipping sauces using the 4 different options on the table (dumpling sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce). Yum! We've also had many meals over the year, but our favorite is the lunch meal deal. This includes a smaller meal portion over rice for a lunch price. It keeps us coming back for lunch year after year! The chicken with garlic sauce is my absolute favorite. My husband mixes it up a lot, but he really enjoyed his orange chicken this time. One time we came for dinner with a large group and the servers took such good care of us. They even provided a chop-stick tool and guided demonstration for the kids with us. It was so sweet! The decor is warm, inviting, and appropriate for the dim sum menu. The dinning area and bathrooms are always clean. We love Tom's Dim Sum, and we know you will, too! See you next time!
