Stopped by here on my way to the airport. I'm from the Bay Area, CA so I have good pho where I'm from like in San Jose. I came here with no expectations and this place is legit. The pho was solid and broth had the right notes. Generous with the bamboo shoots, jalapeno, and limes, which I appreciated. When everybody in the restaurant, patrons and staff, are Vietnamese you know this place is immigrant approved. Definitely coming back.

On my way to Alaska for my 2nd annual fishing trip there, staying at a La Quinta park/sleep/fly, luckily just down Rt. 291 in Ridley Park(suburb of Philly) so I could eat here at Pho Philly again this year. Just a 10 minute walk away. As last year, it was simple but complex, incredible depth of flavor. Delicious protein, crisp and fresh veggies, perfectly done vermicelli noodles, scrumptious sauce and perfect chili heat. My belly is very happy. I'll do this trip every year until I can't, and will always look forward to eating here. If it wasn't 2 hours away I would be here every week. Very fast service, reasonably priced, everyone is attentive and pleasant. I highly recommend. (The Pho bowls are huge and look great!)

Fast service and delicious generous portions! Shout out to our waiter, Hao, for making us feel welcomed. Only complaint is that they don't have beef tripe. Would definitely be back :)! 4% credit card transactions fee Includes an included parking lot.

We just landed in Philly and left the airport. It was lunch time and so my husband wanted pho. This place got 4.7/5 stars on Google search and it was the closest to where we headed so we came here. Super friendly and accommodating staff. They have moon cakes made locally for sale which was cool. They also have various Vietnamese candied fruits available for sale as well. Not a lot of desserts available. They had spicy beef noodles soup, cream noodles soup and another type of noodles soup as their special for the day. My husband and oldest daughter shared a large rare beef pho. I shared the spicy beef noodles soup with my youngest daughter. The pho must have been good because my oldest said that was the best pho in the world she's had. The spicy beef noodles soup was flavorful and allowed for added spiciness if needed for individual preferences. The restaurant dining sounds was clean and service was nice. The place is decorated nicely with Vietnamese theme lamp shades and artwork on the walls. Reasonable pricing and portions. If we are near Philly airport again, we will definitely come back.

Pho Philly. This is my new favorite spot!!

The food was amazing just like the seasoning in the broth. The service was fast and prompt. The inside was spacious and clean.

Came back and it was even better!! The broth needed zero doctoring. So fresh, hot, and delicious!

Summer tofu rolls, white meat chicken pho, and great service! Love the location- easy to get to- and the parking is convenient and free. The chicken meat is real breast meat- fresh, and not frozen. If you have ever had that bagged white meat you know what I mean. I got us small bowls, which were ample in portion size. There's hoisin, oyster, and Maggi sauces at the table as well. The boys watched their 60" tv- there was a soccer game on- and enjoyed their bowls. This is the perfect antidote to allergies- both my boys left with clear nostrils and full tummies. I'm a huge pho fan- so given the location, price, and quality- we will be here often, especially as the weather turns cold. Glad I stopped in!

Best pho I've had in years. Broth taste clean and delicious and tons of spice options. Plenty of toppings included and huge portion! Wish I lived closer. Nice large dining space with comfy booths. Perfect on a cold day! Staff was also very nice!

Tried the bum bo hue this time. Very good, but was expecting the tomato base broth. Overall good experience.

Always great. Best food in Essington. Had a Vermicelli bowl here tonight. The pork chop rice plate is fantastic as well.

Delco Deli Honey Hot…read moreChicken Sandwich Hot Honey chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese, pickles and side of coleslaw. Price: $8.99 Rating: 5/5 When I first opened the box I was disappointed by the look of this sandwich however it was sneaky good. So many bursts of flavor and a nice punch. Ordered Cheesesteak Hoagie Premium Ribeye steak with American and provolone cheese, fried onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Price: $11.99 Rating: 3/5 They didn't put provolone and the tomatoes were not ripe at all still green. Ordered Italian Sandwich - Salami, ham, honey maple turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, sweet peppers. olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper. Price: $13.97 Rating: 2/5 The salami was missing on the hoagie and was replaced with something that tasted like bologna. The roll was good and large portions. The one meat on the hoagie ruined it. Cheese fries Price: $5.30 Rating: 3/5 Very fresh however I don't care for crinkle cut fries. Overall rating 2.5 stars out of 5. Location use to be a Wawa and now a deli on steroids with ample parking. Service was excellent. The food was all freshly made, Delco Deli uses Liscio's roll and lunch meat is dietz and watson. Pricing I thought was high but possibly because I ordered on the slice app. I would try Delco Deli again as I believe I tried on a bad day compared to other reviews. #delcoeats #delco #delcofoodie #delcopa #visitdelco #visitdelcopa #pennsylvaniafoodie #pennsylvania #impossibletraveler #50before50 #50statesbyage50 #50countriesbyage50 #visitpennsylvania #pennsylvaniabeautiful #pennsylvania

I know it's weird to start a review like this, but I can't get over Delco Deli's bagged ice…read more I don't make my own ice, I think it tastes "like freezer." So, I buy a lot of bagged ice. I know what type of ice Wawa, CVS, Sunoco, and the grocery store have. Each retailer has a specific ice (shape, size, price, etc.). While grabbing food here, I figured I'd stock up on ice. Little did I know that I stumbled upon the most perfect bag of ice that exists. The cubes are all perfectly square, and there is not one melted chunk of ice in the bag. The entire bag of ice is beautiful little cubes, all detatched from each other. It's spectacular. There is zero "ice waste" in this bag. It's all going straight into a beverage cup! I will only be getting my ice from here from now on. Moving on from the ice: their food ain't bad! Their cheesesteak was VERY good, their Italian hoagie was decent but there could have been more onion on it, their wings are just OK, their broccoli soup was good and not as thick as you get at Wawa (made me feel a little less guilty about eating it). Plus, who doesn't love a non-chain place. The employees that work there are great, too. Very nice.

Went in for dinner on a Saturday night. Ordered chicken marsala and Reuben sandwich. Had two drinks…read morethey were okay. The Reuben had burnt homemade chips and wasn't very warm. We asked to replace the chips. By the time they brought it the sandwich was already finished. And then they charged us for the fries even though they burnt the homemade chips. My chicken marsala was warm but not hot. Not even so much as a roll. Overall I would say go to the one in Newtown square stay away from the one in Drexel Hill. They're expensive for what you get and I think the McDonald's would be better deal across the street. That's not saying much good on Casey's restaurant Drexel Hill. But if you're angry at someone good place to recommend they'll have a miserable dinner.

I recently visited Casey's three times for lunch and came away with good experiences on each trip…read more I found parking was easiest in the rear parking lot. It was not crowded at all. I sat at the upstairs bar my first two times. The staff was friendly and there were only a few other people there. The inside was clean and it looked like the staff kept busy cleaning and organizing the place. On my last visit I sat in the downstairs area called the dugout. It had a similar bar to the upstairs with TV's showing sports highlights, but they had music playing. I really liked the old baseball gloves bordering the room. There were way more people coming into the dugout for lunch, so I suppose the upstairs is a quieter choice (for lunch anyway). They had some PA skills games and a PA lottery machine tucked away in a room next to the bar. I had three different servers and they were all super friendly. I loved that they recommended menu items instead of giving the generic "everything's good here", or the dreaded "idk I don't eat anything from here." Top recommendations were any of the burgers, most of the wraps, roast beef sandwich, reuben, crab cake and the turkey sandwiches. The homemade kettle chips were suggested over fries with a side of ranch dip. I had the bacon cheddar burger the first time. It was sizeable and good, but not great. The chips were delicious and although I hate ranch in any form, the girl was right, dipping the chips in it was a good idea. Second go around I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap - crispy chicken, bleu cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and red onion. I added fries instead of chips for $3 and regretted it. The fries were soggy, bleh and certainly not worth the extra charge. Stick with the chips! The wrap was ok, little loose, not as full as most places. The chicken was chopped up and had kick, bleu cheese was complimentary and not overpowering, red onion provided some extra zing. It was an ok to good meal. Third time I went with The Turkey Grill - carved turkey, crispy bacon, roasted red peppers and provolone cheese on grilled sourdough bread. The bread was somewhat toasted and saturated with butter and turkey gravy. The turkey itself was a little dry, the portion size of the sandwich was fine, but it lacked flavor. Chips and pickle spears were appreciated. Looking at the menu for a future visit, I'd probably try the ribs, a cheesesteak or wings. The upper floors have outside seating during the warmer months and that looks like an absolute win for a return trip. Overall, I wasn't blown away by any of the food. Similar/better options can be found not too far, but I can see the appeal of Casey's as a regular neighborhood bar. The various dining options plus full bar - tables, bar seating with TV's, upstairs, downstairs, outside makes it extremely versatile for any occasion. Thanks guys!
