Nice Mom n Pops owned business. We chose this place for the gluten free pizza offered. Plenty of Italian style food choices on the menu as well. Cozy atmosphere. Seating inside and out. Good for small groups. Service was great. Owner stopped to check on us, ensuring we were satisfied. Overall a great experience.

Everything we had was good. Portions and price were on par. Service was good. I have no complaints. I would come back and willuld recommend. There's plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside as well.

Nona's Pizza is a local Italian restaurant located less than 10 minutes from my home and I used to absolutely love everything about this restaurant, but after the pandemic the prices went up and the portion sizes decreased. Also the recipes on certain dishes like the chicken franchise has changes, this dish used to be my favorite dish from this restaurant but has now lost some flavor and uniqueness about it. The staff has changed and even though the owner has not changed and is still the same stand up guy as before, the restaurant doesn't have that "At Home" feeling to it anymore. Where's Mama Annette??

I feel like this place should be called Nonna's Kitchen or Nonna's house, because they're serving authentic Italian foods that you can tell are made with love. I've only been twice, but both times I was really satisfied. I have only had the chicken Parmesean on both visits (over a year apart), but it's been so good both times, which shows consistency and I love consistency! I ordered an amaretto sour, which was strong and garlic knots as an appetizer, they were soft and hot and fresh. My little big man ordered a pizza off the kids menu, which in my opinion is a good size for like $7. He absolutely loved the pizza, again it was a nice size and was piping hot, with a decent about of toppings. He loved it! All our food arrived hot and I loved that! I ordered their bread pudding for dessert, and I was not ready for how massive it was. My son and I tried our best to finish it, because it was so good! It was absolutely scrumptious! A must try if you stop by for sure! Seating is limited, but they do have outdoor seating. The decor is very homey. I love that the owner came around and checked on us, he even gave my son a glow ring, I can tell this is a family ran business, because they make you feel like family. If they were closer to me, I'm sure we would visit more often. If in the area, give them a try!

Decent Italian restaurant in concord. The place is really small and it was pretty busy on a Tuesday night. Service was great. Everyone was very kind and friendly! I ordered a personal cheese pizza and the special st Joseph day pastries to go. The pizza was really good. It was pretty big too. I liked how it was really cheesy and the crust was thin but not too crunchy. The pastries were huge! They had a lot of cream filling too. My family all really loved them but I thought they could be a little sweeter.

Reconstituted pizza with little restaurant value.

I wish that I could say there was only one thing that I'd improve here. Food: The pizza was clearly a 'remake' of an older forgotten pizza with uncooked toppings added. No good. Service: It took over two drinks to even get this kind of leftover delivered. Sadly, I could have made it myself at home for less. Ambiance: Had to wear a scarf and fleece all the while waiting for this kind of restaurant service, since the pick-up line cuts straight across the dining room floor & the door is consistently opened/closed. Forget ambiance. In fact, forget this 'restaurant' experience.

Had a meat calzone today, one of the worst calzones I ever had. It was more meat than cheese, No rigotta cheese and very little mozzarella.

On this visit, I had the tagliatelle with chicken -- comforting, rich, and full of flavor. The slight sweetness of the sauce and WHITE CHOCOLATE topping (I know, sounds odd but trust) paired really well with the mushrooms and pancetta. The atmosphere is very family-oriented, and the staff is always welcoming. Our server, Jane, was only on her second day, but she went above and beyond to make our one-year anniversary feel special, even bringing us a complimentary cannoli. The ciabatta bread was also fantastic -- crunchy on the outside, soft inside -- and the olive oil and balsamic tasted fresh and light. We finished with the chocolate cake, which was rich and satisfying. This is a great spot for date nights, celebrations, or just a really good Italian dinner. Exceptional experience every time.

This small, intimate Italian restaurant in Huntersville is truly a hidden gem! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell this is a neighborhood favorite because it seemed like so many of the guests were regulars, which is always a great sign! What really made our experience special was the incredible hospitality. The staff and management were so welcoming, attentive, and friendly. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests and the dining experience. Sometimes the unexpected finds turn out to be the best ones, and Antico was definitely one of those experiences. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!

We were told there was a large party in the back that had already paid and finished eating but was still sitting at the table. I completely understand that asking a paying customer to leave can be an uncomfortable situation, but when a large group has finished their meal and remained for another 30+ minutes, it ultimately meant more than 10 other parties were waiting to be seated. It feels like a lose-lose situation for the restaurant either way, but I do think management needs to have a plan for situations like this. The wait was especially frustrating because we were given a much shorter estimate initially. I'd also love to see them start accepting reservations -- it would make the experience much easier to plan around. Now, for the important part: the food! Once we were seated, everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. We all started with the Caesar salad, which was well-dressed, flavorful, and a great classic way to start the meal. We each ordered a different entrée, and everyone loved what they got -- always a good sign when you're dining with a group! We finished with the cannoli, which was the perfect ending to a really nice meal. We will definitely return because the food was that good. I just hope management can address some of the front-of-house issues, particularly the long waits, enforcing reasonable table turnover when needed, and adding reservations. The food is worth coming back for -- hopefully the overall experience improves to match it!
