Greek Salad

This pizza joint is located across Discovery Place-Kids which is so convenient. You literally just cross the street and it's there. It has a clean and inviting environment. My girls and I were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. There were a lot of pizzas to choose from, they also have pastas and salad. I opted for salad since I wasn't really hungry. Their PIZAAA though! I ordered 2 slices of pizza for my toddlers ($4.50/ea) and they were GINORMOUS! Bigger than the Costco pizza. My kids finished each of their slices. We will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed our pleasant stay. We also loved the food

First time coming to this pretty good pizza place in Huntersville called Slice. The food was good, fast service and welcoming ambiance with larger tables and booths. They have plenty of pizza combinations on display and you choose one or more slices and they heat it up for you and deliver to your table. The slices are large and tasty. I would have preferred to have crust to be a little More crispy but it was New York style and I think that is how it comes. Pricing is definitely reasonable with slices about $4 each. I definitely think this is a place to o try when in the area.

Cook your pizza!!! 70% of the time the pizza is completely raw, PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR 5 MIN LONGER!! When it's cooked it's actually 4 of 5 stars!

Not sure. Came in at 8. Only wanted 2 slices. (Per their name). Only pizza was a white pizza. The chef was nice and said he'd make pepperoni. Got a drink and was told they are out of ice. ...."but the drinks are cold". Really ? How about go to the local grocery store and buy a few bags of ice so patrons have ice. Not sure I'll be back. Place is sort of dirty too. Pizza was OK. Is what it is. Just don't look up!

The customer service is amazing they are very welcoming and serve quickly the food is good but not great.

WTF???

WTF??? How does something like this leave the store. It's ruined! It looks like the toppings were placed with their eyes closed. Completely inedible.

I've been meaning to try out Slice House for a while & finally did. They did not disappoint! The large slices of cheesy, yummy toppings topped pizza slices really made me happy! Decent priced slices. Quaint inside. Has a bit of an industrial feel to it. Not much to say about service. You place your order, have a seat, someone brings it out to you. That's it. The crust is NY style, which is perfect for me. The toppings were fresh (after being warmed back up in the oven in the back). I'll definitely return here & next time will indulge in getting a whole pizza pie to bring home.

Called to order pizza ahead, it only took about 15 minutes they said and it was ready when I got there in 20 minutes so their timing was perfect and the lady I spoke with on the phone was prompt and polite. We ordered one medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and green bell pepper. The first thing I noticed was the sauce, it was delicious! They put a good amount of toppings on the pizza but the only thing I would have done is kept it in the oven slightly longer, it was very floppy and a little soggy. Overall I will go back because I really enjoyed the service and timeliness of this pizza place!

I enjoy the food here as long as I eat it there. I don't feel like it reheats well or is good cold. I recommend it for quickly bite in the restaurant. However it is usually busy and I know a lot of people who do do take out and enjoy it.

It was good but the pizza sauce could be alot more better. I liked the silician pie and the meat lovers pie but will try the pasta dishes next time.

White pizza (was hungry before I remembered my phone needed to eat too)

Stopped in here after playing at discover place kids and enjoyed some pizza in the sunshine. Love that this spot has a wide variety of pizza by the slice, but also other food offerings if you're not feeling pizza. They have traditional slices like pepperoni and veggie, but also more fun slices like Buffalo chicken and chicken parm. Service and ordering was easy and quick. Great place to stop for lunch if you want to switch it up from fast food to fast casual.

From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, we couldn't complain. We ordered Calamari, Mussels in the white sauce and Eggplant alla Mezzaluna- melt in your mouth and so much more to devour than you think. Thank you for giving my mom a great Italian experience!

We were told there was a large party in the back that had already paid and finished eating but was still sitting at the table. I completely understand that asking a paying customer to leave can be an uncomfortable situation, but when a large group has finished their meal and remained for another 30+ minutes, it ultimately meant more than 10 other parties were waiting to be seated. It feels like a lose-lose situation for the restaurant either way, but I do think management needs to have a plan for situations like this. The wait was especially frustrating because we were given a much shorter estimate initially. I'd also love to see them start accepting reservations -- it would make the experience much easier to plan around. Now, for the important part: the food! Once we were seated, everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. We all started with the Caesar salad, which was well-dressed, flavorful, and a great classic way to start the meal. We each ordered a different entrée, and everyone loved what they got -- always a good sign when you're dining with a group! We finished with the cannoli, which was the perfect ending to a really nice meal. We will definitely return because the food was that good. I just hope management can address some of the front-of-house issues, particularly the long waits, enforcing reasonable table turnover when needed, and adding reservations. The food is worth coming back for -- hopefully the overall experience improves to match it!

It was super busy, so I believe that a reservation is needed for the weekend, especially for larger groups. The vibe is a bit darker and moodier but with natural lighting- perfect for a date night but not limited to that. The espresso martinis, cocktails, beer, and mocktails were all delicious. They have amazing espresso martinis and aperol spritzes. The only dishes that I tried included the white truffle garlic bread, Sunday night lasagna, and the hot honey prosciutto pizza. Everything was delicious. A special shoutout to the Sunday night lasagna - WOW it was perfect. I'm usually not a huge lasagna person, but this changed that. I would 100% recommend this. Since we were celebrating my birthday with our parents, they were kind enough to give me a free dessert. I chose the salted caramel budino, and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this as a dessert. Overall, we had a great experience! I would definitely come back.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Lack of Management Accountability…read more We visited North Italia last night with a party of eight, including my wife and six friends. We had a 6:00 PM reservation but weren't seated until approximately 6:15 PM. While our initial interaction with the staff was friendly and welcoming, unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. Once seated, the service was unbelievably slow. It took far too long for our drinks and food to arrive. To make matters worse, three members of our party ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and all three meals arrived at the table barely warm, essentially room temperature. When we tried to get someone's attention to address the issue, it took another 10 minutes before anyone returned to our table. We explained to our server that the food was not hot and was clearly not acceptable. We were told multiple times that the manager would come over to speak with us. Unfortunately, that never happened. What was perhaps most disappointing was the complete lack of ownership from management. Nobody came to the table to acknowledge the problem, apologize, or offer any assistance in making things right. Despite the delays, the food temperature issues, and the overall poor service experience, we were charged full price for everything. Not even a small accommodation was offered. Restaurants have an off night. That happens. But how a restaurant responds when things go wrong says everything about its commitment to customer service. For a party of eight spending an evening dining together, we expected a much better experience. The lack of attention, accountability, and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would have a difficult time recommending North Italia. Management missed a very simple opportunity to turn a bad dining experience around, and instead left eight customers feeling that their business simply didn't matter.

The Campanella just didn't have any flavor . The Casarecce which was their take on bolognese was too dry and again no real flavor. None of the dishes had any Parmesan on them freshly grated.
