Nothing like a good local spot with oversized pizza slices and pies! The staff were friendly and the slices came out quickly. I enjoyed a traditional slice of pepperoni! The restaurant does have some high too seating and there are a few tables outdoors if you'd like to stay in.

These slices are REALLY big for a GREAT price. They change their menu I think seasonally or monthly. Also have options you can add to your slices. The service was good. I would look up their menu before going if you don't eat pork or beef because then your options might be limited on what to get in your pizza. Have high chairs and look chairs for eating in. Also believe they had outdoor seating but it was too cold to even sit out there.

One slice so big it takes two plates to hold it.

The guys behind the order counter were very friendly. I went to order a whole pizza and luckily they warned me of the size. They sell by the slice so we each got one. The slice was tasty and plenty in size. They have a great choice of drinks in the serve yourself cooler. The shop itself is small and offers only hightop seating options inside. They have plenty of outdoor seating available (it was cold and rainy the day we visited). Its all about location location location and this place is located in a great spot with plenty of parking available.

amazing pizza. some places have big pizzas but the flavor is never there. Definitely recommend the hot honey! also have plenty of locally brewed beers for around $3-7 which isn't bad at all. really clean & cute spot too.

The place is small, but is full of character and large pies. This spot serves pizza by the slice with their toppings listed above the register with their current specialty slices/pies. The employees were friendly and chill. The venue has seating inside with outside seating for their human and furry customers with water bowls available outside. The pizza slices are HUGE, they take two paper plates to hold the slice. The crust was nice and airy, while the slice is filling. I had the specialty pizza, the Wild Bill, which was buffalo chicken and ranch pizza. My wife got the mushroom pizza and was delicious. They offer whole pizza pies for a pretty penny, but they are massive! Will definitely comeback for another slice.

Pizza Friday is a thing in my house so we decided to change it up and try this cute pizzeria in Downtown Concord. What we didn't know is just how massive this pizza would be. (See below picture of my husband trying to fit in the car) Even though the pizza was massive and could feed 20 people, we enjoyed every slice! The crust was crispy yet flavorful. The sauce was slightly sweet but a good balance of sweetness and flavor. Definitely make sure you have your whole backseat cleared to fit this box in your car!

Cute, clean and quaint shop with respectably king size slices of pizza. Perfect place to eat inside or at one of the picnic tables outside. Short list of toppings was a bit of a downfall for me, but since it focused on a short list of ingredients you get your slice quickly. When they say one slice is equivalent to 4, it is not an exaggeration Staff was cordial enough for a fast moving place.

I'm a big big fan of Benny's other locations so it was only a matter of time before I found myself at their new location in Concord. We rode in on a Friday night for a date night and, just like every other location, they were busy! We each got two slices, one of their special of the week and then I got sausage while my boyfriend got pepperoni. The slices are of course HUGE and after a bit of a wait they came out piping HOT. Definitely practice your patience and it will be worth it! I also appreciated for, how small the place was, they have a huge drink selection in their fridges. We will absolutely be back anytime the pizza bug hits!

Fantastic Pizza! Asked for extra crispy. Delicious! Great service and lots to choose from for beverages. Plenty of seating. New, favorite pizza place!

The workers there are absolutely horrible. Just had the worst experience. We walked in and I walked in with my puppy and on the sign it says "service animals welcome" and they have a dog bowl for animals outside. I walk in and we are waiting for them to get ready to order and I go ahead with my order because he just blankly stared at us and he interrupted me and says "give me a second" in the most rudest tone. I walked away to cool down and he told me to get out because I can't have dogs in there. Mind you, I've had my dogs inside this restaurant on several previous occasions with workers petting my pets. I've never seen this specific employee, he might be new. He was absolutely disrespectful and mean. Not welcoming at all!!

If you're looking for a spot to get a New York style slice down town Benny's is the place! We've tried various combinations, specials, basic pepperoni, spinach and ricotta etc. and have yet to be disappointed! The crust is the perfect ny style thickness. The slices are massive and they don't skimp on the toppings. Service is always good and the atmosphere is pretty chill. Summertime is best with the outside seating and a cold beer. We love Bennys!

Our eldest son was visiting from out of town, and it is our yearly tradition to have a nice dinner out all together. We were seated at a table in the back corner, which was very private, but quite dark. There is no lights directly over the table, so it made it difficult to read menus. We had bread and dipping oil brought out and drink orders were taken. We ordered salads and soups, which were all very good and tasty. After our entrees order was taken, we waited a long time for our meals, nearly an hour. While I understand it is a Saturday night, and the dining room was full, orders probably should not take that long. A server brought out more bread, and we munched on more bread for another bit before meals finally arrived. Everything looked great, Katarina's Beef and peppers, Melanzane, chicken franchese, gnocchi travisano, and pepper 1/2 chicken. All delicious. The only complaint was there was not much broccoli rabe on the pepper chicken dish. Mostly the chicken with a few potatoes and a couple pieces of broccoli rabe underneath. The chicken was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again. A few of us at the table only ordered water, and someone only came around once to refill glasses. One of us did order alcohol, but water was not replenished regularly. We had empty glasses most times. Due to the long wait for meals, we skipped dessert. We may decide not to dine here on a Saturday night again. Just my opinion though, some may like the long waits in between courses, but it was a little more than I expected. Gianni's is a hot spot, and they definitely have a great menu and good service. Just a little disappointed with the long wait for entrees.

We decided on the their appetizer sampler just to get a feel for their food, and it wasn't a great feel. The wings were burnt, Maybe that's their "style" but it didn't work. They were so dry. Indeed, if the cold North runs through you veins, you'll find house beer and mead aplenty to wet your whistle in an atmosphere that while housed in a modern shopping center, is still somehow appropos. Unfortunately, I had driving to do, so alcohol wasn't in the cards, but the menu appealed to us. We needed some comfort food, so we ended up with an appetizer sampler that included a baked pretzel, jalapeno poppers (instead of the fried ravioli that I guess they were out of), buffalo wings, and mozz sticks. We also got a pizza from the current specials, the spicy hawaiin. We like pineapple on pizza, and definitely prefer pepperoni to ham, and this also included jalapenos... so it sounded right up our alley. FYI, there are no waiters, you simply order at the bar, and they give you a numbered buzzer to pick up your food when ready. I greatly prefer this way of doing things honestly. For the food, honestly... a mixed bag, hence the one star off. The pretzel was great, probably the best of the bunch. Jalapeno poppers were nice and large, good flavor balance of cream cheese and jalapeno. Mozz sticks were mozz sticks. We didn't care for the wings. For one, they weren't tossed in the buffalo sauce, it was just poured over the top, and they also were a tad dry... maybe fried too long. The pizza was a letdown, especially since other reviews were so complimentary of it. The slices were very floppy, it maybe could have used a couple minutes more. The cheese had a nice flavor, but the sauce was not either of our preference. Could have used more pineapple, less jalapeno to balance the bites. Overall, we didn't finish it, and didn't take the leftovers for later. It could just be our personal tastes, so go and decide for yourself. Outside of food, it was trivia night, and people were having a great time. We would have taken part if we were staying longer. I think if I lived in the area, I would still come here, and just figure out what food items are the ones to get and which ones aren't. Great atmosphere, friendly bartender and people.

After sifting through like 20 options, just picked here and I'm so happy she did! BirriTaco is a cute and fun spot. The decor is of skulls, flower walls, and blackboards where you can write your name or a note. It's a It has a small parking lot in the back and there's also some street parking. We walked in just before 3pm on Saturday and it was fairly empty. A few other tables did come in after us but it was still pretty slow (or maybe I'm just used to the business of NYC restaurants). We were greeted and seated by Angel, who was also our waiter. He was quiet and reserved but very attentive. He checked on us frequently to make sure we had all we needed. Drinks: they have sooo many good options to choose from it was hard! We decided to go with the margarita flights that come with 4 flavors of your choice and there's a lot to choose from! We tried 6 different flavors (see pics) and all of them were REALLY good! I think the guava might've been my favorite but it was a tough choice. Food: they give u chips and salsa on the house. The chips are a little different; it's 4 big circular chips, they don't exactly taste like regular chips but I liked it. My friend had the Caribbean bowl and asked if she could get it with Al pastor instead of the meat options offered and they accommodated her request. She enjoyed her bowl but did say maybe she shouldn't have gotten the al pastor after all lol she thought the pork would've been shredded instead. I went for the tacos. I was so excited that they had chicken birria tacos cuz everywhere usually just sells it with beef which I don't eat. I also had an Al pastor taco. The Al pastor was good but just a bit dry, it was just missing some sauce but the flavors were good. The chicken birria tacos were amazing! The broth was the perfect cherry on top. The chicken was seasoned well and they had just the perfect amount of cheese. They were sooo good I had to order another one and my friend decided to order one of the beef birria tacos as well. While I don't eat beef it looked soo good! My friend loved it and it had an amazing cheese pull (see video). If I lived out here this would def be one of my favorite places! I will definitely go back whenever I come visit. While $5.25 is a bit much for 1 taco, man those birria tacos were worth every bit of it!
