First time at highly rated Isabela's. Smaller dining area to sit about 30 people. 80's pop music playing. Comfortable seating. A couple of TVs with sports on. They have some really nice menu options to try, so we ordered a Sicilian (huge 16x16 square- can feed 2 big guys or 4 normal people) and a NY Style Margherita. If you like a bit of a crunch to hold a heavy pizza, get the Sicilian. Be wary of how done the NY style may be as it may be a bit overcooked? Regardless, great taste, great service and a really good option in Concord. read more

I accidently found this pizza and pasta place when an alternative restaurant was too crowded in Concord. Seats were easily found, ordering was your standard table service, and pasta was theain order along with mozzarella cheese sticks. Food was freshly made, service was terrific, and drinks were refilled without asking. I was very pleased with the total experience at Isabela's. I will make a return trip very soon. read more

Very pleased with our visit today! It was exactly what we were craving--a delicious cheese pizza with some garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the cheese pizza was just right, crust and all! The service was friendly and the prices were very fair. so i just want EVERYONE to know about how BAD my 2nd experience with Isabela's Pizza was. So on Friday 5/22/26 i placed an order for me and my family for pick up. The girl who took the order read back to me my order before hanging up and everything was correct. i called back within 20 seconds to add an additional item. After driving there (25 minutes away from my home) i arrived just before the order was ready. i added 3 pieces of Cheesecake and after paying and tipping $20 on a PHONE ORDER, guess what happened. They forgot to give me additional 10" pizza i ordered and gave us a cheese calzone instead of a Meat Lovers Calzone which we ordered. i spoke with someone over the phone with my disappointment in everything g and was told I would receive a FULL REFUND. I told him i would be up there in just a little bit as i have to drive back to them (another 25 minutes). When i got there I believe it was Isabela who met me at the counter and said that she is only gonna refund me the money for the Calzone because they already refunded me for the pizza they forgot which i brought to their attention BEFORE I left the first time. I was told ONE THING and received something g different, ON TOP of them screwing up my order on two items and her excuse was, "sorry we were really busy"! REALLY? That's NOT AN EXCUSE! This is your business, YOUR LIVELIHOOD, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER! i can tell you this, If you choose to order with Isabela's Pizza MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE so you don't have to spend TIME, GAS (which is very expensive right now) and ENERGY with this company WHICH I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR! I've been to Isabela's Twice and tried regular and Sicilian pizza as well as multiple appetizers and a pasta entree and all the food has been good. We've gone for dine in on weeknights and it's quiet the service is good. It's worth a try if you're in the area! read more

The service was a little slow. Our server was friendly but we kept getting forgotten. It shouldn't be difficult to keep three waters filled. I ordered a pizza. The 10 inch pie was sufficient for one person. The pepperoni pizza was good. My friend ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza that he really liked. Another friend got fettuccine alfredo with garlic bread. I actually tasted it. It wasn't very flavorful but it was edible. They haven't got a whole lot of seating but the dining area is clean. Tonight my wife (of an Irish/Italian heritage) was craving a PIE, so she searched for the best around and found this place. I'm so glad she did! First time in! I was welcomed by everyone inside, including a regular that recommended EVERYTHING ON THE MENU! I can see why because if the pizza is that good, I cannot wait to try everything else! Their garlic knots were the best I've ever had also! My wife loves cannolis, so since they were on the menu, I got those as well! She loved them! I haven't left a review in a while and this was needed! Driving through on our way back from Polar Express and decided to grab dinner. It did not disappoint! The girls working were so sweet. We had several kids with us, and they were engaging and helpful- busting out the activities to keep them entertained. (Thank you!!) Then to the food. Delish! The small house salads were huge. We got several pizzas, the chicken and pep/sausage Stromboli, garlic knots and meatballs. Not a single complaint. The sauce and crust were great, pepperoni was spicy, the garlic on the Stromboli and the knots- so good. If we lived up this way, we would be frequent visitors. Thanks for the great service and meal! I have ordered pizza from here before and it was great but I ordered wings tonight and it was not a good choice. I guess that's probably my bad decision to order wings from a pizza place but the pizza was so good I thought "why not?". Let me say that the actual cook of the meat of the wings was good but the skin was flabby and I ordered buffalo sauce and it tasted like pizza sauce (not even spicy). And unfortunately my DoorDash deliverer must have stopped several times cause they weren't hot and even when heating them it didn't help the flabby skin or bad saucing. I ordered the Greek pizza online and because their ordering system doesn't allow modifications, I requested no onions in the "special comments" section of my order because I am allergic. When I got home, my pizza was full of onions. I called asking for a refund, when I was met with difficulty from the staff. Informing me that they could not see any of the comments from online orders. I was made to feel like it was my problem they got my order wrong and there was nothing that could be done. What is the point of having an online ordering system if you don't know how to work it?
