My husband ordered extra sauce on the side that cost an additional $1, a wise decision. I took one look at the finished product and it looked pretty good. My first bite was okay. I honestly didn't taste the sauce. The cheese was good but the toppings were pretty thin and had little flavor. This isn't NY style pizza. If you order a while pie and it's right out of the oven, YOU WILL USE A KNIFE AN FORK. The toppings just slide right off the pizza and are dough/liquid. Not sure if it was undercooked what, I noticed on the other tables that folks were not holding their slices from their whole order pies, they were cutting it up. Shame. I ordered an 18 pie with pepperoni, Sausage and Ricotta cheese, came up to like 34 bucks as each topping was 3.50 and the ricotta was 4.50. the topping were greatly portioned but here is the catch.... If you order a single slice out of the glass, it gets recooked and you have no flop. it's just a slice. Good for what it is. If you order a whole pie and sit down you will be using a knife and fork to eat your pie. I have had NY pizza many times and this was not NY Pizza, this was rushed. I did order a Sicilian piece, it was good! Could have been hotter. I haven't tired their pasta but it was looked good from the folks sitting around us.. The service could have been better, I heard many complaints about the main guy in the store and I can see how they can work on his customer service skills. Not a bad spot. I would say the regular slice is a proud New York slice from the salty cheese taste you get with a firm bottom. The speciality slices are interesting but they are packed with toppings. While I do appreciate the amount of toppings on it, I wasn't a fan of the buffalo chicken slice. It was like a blue cheese buffalo cream sauce and was very strong. I would pass on this. Garlic knots are straight fire. Garlicy, crispy and soft at the same time. Would definitely get these again. Overall I would say they are good at the basic stuff. Wish they had more of a variety of slices like in New York. Parking normally isn't a problem, but keep in mind there is a movie theater next door so Friday & Saturday evenings can attract a small crowd which can make parking a little more competitive. Terrible Customer Service - Won't Be Back I've been a loyal customer here for lunch and pick-up orders for a while, and the pizza has always been good. That's why I decided to make the 30-minute drive to bring my family for dinner on a Sunday. Big mistake. The place closes at 8 PM on Sundays. I placed my order at 7:19 PM -- no one mentioned it was take-out only or that we wouldn't be able to eat inside. The only thing the cashier said was, "No more pizza orders." When I picked up my order at 7:35 PM, they suddenly told me we couldn't dine in. Meanwhile, there were still customers sitting and eating, but the staff had already started cleaning the restaurant as if it was closed. When I pointed out that they never told me about the take-out restriction, the cashier accused me of lying, claiming she told me "10 times." That's not just unprofessional -- it's insulting. I've never experienced such rude and dismissive treatment in any restaurant. In the service industry, cleaning starts after closing, not while paying customers are still inside. For me, no matter how good the pizza is, no food is worth being treated like that. read more

However, the only complaint is that the crust varies on different days and it's really noticeable...
