Wow! Stopped by Nolita on the way out of town, placed the order via phone and it was ready as soon as we got there. It was delicious! Two egg sandwiches, one on and roll and one on gluten free bread (multigrain). Bacon was crispy and home fries were very flavorful! Ordered the Banana and Strawberry smoothie with Almond Milk, quite refreshing. A few brewed coffee options - dark roast, delicious. Highly recommend to stop by if you're in town. There is a wild selection of lunch sandwiches as well. Staff was so kind, too!

A great Saturday morning breakfast spot. We perused down the street, seeing what would catch our eye and this place had quite a few people coming in and out and others enjoying the patio. They let you order breakfast or lunch options and had good indoor and outdoor seating as well as grab and go options. I got their French toast with raisin bread and my bf got a roast beef wrap and we were both very happy with the quality and size. It's a cute spot and friendly staff.

Wow, wow, wow! What a great place to be. We love Nolita's Cafe. Such a friendly environment, great food choices, great prices, and great people! Nolita's Café is one my partner's and I favorite place to go for breakfast/lunch in Hudson. There is seating available outside and it's great if you're looking for a place to use your laptop, read a book, or simply hangout with friends and family. We recommend this spot and hope you will fall in love as we did! A must try.

Now first off, don't get me wrong, buying in bulk or sacrificing the quality of some ingredients to large suppliers like this is definitely a reality when running a restaurant. Even moreso in this day and age when ingredient prices are exorbitant. That said, it needs to be reflected in the price point. Pastries are arranged beautifully under cloches in the display case, but I could spot the premade, ready-to-bake spinach feta bistro (https://www.chefswarehouse.com/products/QZ119984/) or ham and cheese croissant (https://www.chefswarehouse.com/products/99971/) from a mile away. The avocado spread on the preassembled breakfast sandwiches is definitely the pulp from the 3lb bag from Chef's Warehouse too. I know that taste! All of that said, they had a few items in the case that I'm sure weren't from one of these big vendors. Which was great to see. My (yes, unsolicited!) advice would be to pare down the menu. Offer just a bit less so you can focus on the quality. Try and tap into some local producers if you can! That's one of the best things about the Hudson Valley... how much all the purveyors and markets and cafes support each other. It's clear too how much they care about the community. They're dog friendly inside. No WiFi to encourage people to chat with one another. Fine. I really want to see this place continue to thrive, it's just a bit of a bummer that a significant part of the menu including things that really should be fresh, aren't.

Everything, from the stunning architectural space and thoughtful, exquisite interior design, to the tableware, food and presentation, put this among the best restaurants in the Hudson Valley. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed meeting the family behind the restaurant--warm and engaging. This is one of the most elegant spaces I've seen in my 25 years of being a weekender and now resident of the area. The food, however, really put Banque on my favorites list. There was a wonderful, seasonal selection of dishes: something for everyone at my table (pescatarians, vegetarians, carnivores and omnivores). And I really appreciated the effort that went into plating and presentation. It was very well done. And the food was as delicious as it was beautiful. Flavors and textures married well. My only complaint is thst I am not able to eat more. The pastries and chocolates will have to be explored another time, but there will definitely be many more visits if this time was an indication of what can be expected

Talbott & Arding was chosen as our first stop on our girls' getaway journey. Tucked in the Hudson Valley, just an hour from the Berkshires, it was a sweetly energetic beginning to our day. We each chose a sandwich from the counter. My smoked salmon on focaccia was a delight. The bread, airy and light, beautifully happy yeast just bounding with lift, defying the constraints of olive oil which left my fingers gloriously glistening. I haven't had a focaccia as happy as that in a minute. Super thin radish, bright pickled shallot and fresh watercress all gave a nice vibrant touch. Ben's cream cheese couldn't possibly be creamier. And the delicate, silky, fresh, luxurious salmon... What a dream. So balanced. I filled my arms with goods- iberico salami, Aleppo chili oil, Blackstrap coffee beans, local chocolates, and an adorable Talbott & Arding puzzle. I'm sure I could have easily convinced myself to buy just about everything I laid my eyes upon. The cheese counter was an absolute work of art. It's clear that Talbott & Arding is a willing servant to the gifts of the surrounding earth and people. The homage it pays is palpable. I tried three items: the blueberry corn cookie, maple cruller, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. All were fantastic. The corn cookie was a novelty. It was crumbly and slightly gritty, as corn pastries tend to be. It wasn't too sweet. Although I'm glad I tried it, the cookie pales in comparison to the cruller, which was deliciously sweet, with crisp edges and a soft, custardy interior. The sandwich was great, as well. The eggs were fluffy, the bun soft, the bacon thick and crisp. It was good! If you're visiting Hudson, make this your first stop!

You can get the whole chicken, half or quarter. For me, quarter was more than enough. If you get a quarter chicken, you get two sides. If you get half a chicken, then you get three sides. I feel like it should be the opposite to offset the amount of food. But honestly it was perfect, still a big portion. For sides, they offer crispy fingerling potatoes, cole slaw, market salad and butter rice. Their Cole slaw is amazing with that poppyseed dressing. And salad had a variety of greens and crunchy toppings with a light dressing. Also! The plate comes with two sauces - spicy chili oil (mild) and yogurt dip. It was all SO FREAKING GOOD. I'm a dipper so bring on the sauce! The drink offering is also abundant. Lots of craft sodas, botanical drinks, coffees and a full bar in the back. Ghia hit the spot for me. It's not cheap but for this quality of food it's more than worth it. For the vibe..it's a confused vibe. You order at the counter and sit down with a number to wait for your food. The decor is eclectic which I thought was fun. But the music.. it went from country to weird edm dance music. I think Kittys can gain a lot from a curated playlist. Sitting there I felt curious and excited to be immersed more but it wasn't giving.
