Best service in town! Quality nail technicians and a clean maintained environment. This is the busiest nail salon in town for a reason.

They did a great job. Nails look beautiful. Employees were very nice and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I was going to get my nails done with Missy, but my nails were not that bad. Also, she raved about Jason, calling him "the bomb." She was here last month, but Jason was not there. Someone else was there to do her nails, but she said even though she was good, "She's no Jason!" So I decided not to stay since I couldn't have Jason, too! We picked her up a little shy of two hours. Her nails and toes looked lovely. I asked if her fingernails were gels. She told me they were dipped, and cause fewer problems to the nail bed than gels. I will ask my nail tech about dipping since I've been getting gels for over a year. Dipping & powder sound like a good idea! Didn't ask about toe nails. Think they are just polish. If I lived here, I would definitely come here for my nail needs & ask for Jason. And if we return when my nails need a personal touch, I'll go without Missy so I can have Jason as my nail tech! read more

I've been here countless times for over two years. I used to truly love it here. Sometimes it took forever for them to get me back, though, even if I had an appointment. The last time I went for my appointment though, I was stuck with a person I did not request. The nails turned out beautiful, even though they took a very long time. I paid the extra charge for rhinestones, which is not cheap, only for almost of them to fall off within a week. The guy used 3d extension gel rather than glue because he didn't know how to glue rhinestones yet and none of them stayed. I've never had an issue like this and I get rhinestones all the time. I would only loose around one or two typically. The build up of being put with people I did not request and the long waits is what makes me want to try somewhere new. I've always loved it here but now I'm unfortunately searching for a new nail salon after this experience :( read more

Kim is incredible! I totally see why so many regulars were stopping by to say hello to her as she worked. She worked hard to make us happy and I appreciate it so much. I felt very comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. read more

The person that usually does my nails was not there and on leave. Irene did my nails today and I was very pleased with her. She took her time and did an outstanding job! She is very new to Noire and just moved here about a month ago. If you are looking for a great manicurist I suggest you try Irene. She is also very sweet and professional. I was extremely happy with my manicure and pedicure! Thank you for doing a great job! read more

I will give them credit, the employees were nice and they did offer to fix them but... I don't really want to go back to a place that messed up so bad the first time. The nails will still be thin and break. The day after I got them done, the first one broke. I thought it was an isolated break. Now I have 3 broken nails. I asked for a refund and I was denied. They just kept telling me I could go back and they would fix them. That is not what I want. I gave them a shot and now not only am I out $65 plus a $15 tip, but I have to pay to go to another place to get them soaked off and replaced. If it was just one break, it would be fine. But it's 3 and the look like trash. I don't feel like I should be forced to return to a place that took 24 hours for them to break, instead of getting a refund and getting the mistakes made fixed. read more

Not from the area but had to come because my nails were looking horrendous and they managed to make them look amazing. The man who took care of me was very sweet and I appreciate the extra stuff he did that they don't do at my nail shop back home (clean under the nail, clean up the cuticles) definitely appreciated how nice the staff was and how beautiful and clean it is in there. Definitely a relaxing experience. read more

I am being generous with the two stars. Last night I popped in the salon about two hours before closing. The lady informed me that the wait was over an hour. She kindly asked if I wanted an appointment for this morning which I accepted. Being new to the area I assumed having the salon busy meant that the service was worth the wait. My appointment was at 11am. I got there three minutes late (I called) due to an accident. I had to wait ten minutes. Not terrible but still. I might as well just have done a walk in on my own time and not change my day schedule around for it. Once I was in my pedicure chair I tried to relax since it has been about two months since my last. I was asked by my tech if I wanted a tip on my broken finger nail which was an obvious yes since I have long nails and it did not match the rest of my fingers. Since I had SNS on, he wrapped that one finger and one finger only in acetone to let it soak off. I thought it was odd since I have been getting SNS for years and I usually always have all of my fingers soaked off during my pedicure. Granted, each salon is different and I am not the professional so I let it go. He knows best right? My pedicure was great, despite the nail techs phone pinging with notifications rapidly. The two stars comes from my pedicure because my manicure was a disaster. I was scolded for not telling the tech I wanted all of my fingers SNS soaked off??? Since when is the customer suppose to tell the tech how to do their job? He then had to take the drill to every. single. nail. for about fifteen minutes to get as much of the SNS off as possible. There was still a layer on when he was "finished" and he said "next time you come in tell the tech to soak it off". Okay then. Clearly he was in a rush cause he could've wrapped my fingers and had me sit in the waiting room to properly take the powder off. As he was doing my nails he put in his headphones so he could talk on the phone. Great. Now I am left alone with my own thoughts critiquing my nails. Once ready for the color, I noticed the color did not match the sample I chose from. It was way brighter but I let it go due to sometimes the more coats applied the darker the color gets. I should've stopped there but that was my fault. The fake tip he put on my one finger is crooked and lifted (check the picture). I can not stop staring at it. I've had people make comments and it has not even been a full day of having my nails done. I am close to cutting it off and saying I broke my nail. The shape of the rest of my nails is great and that is the only part I can say I enjoyed. I have been getting my nails done for seven years now and have not had sore fingers since the first couple trips. My fingers are in so much pain from the drilling, buffing, and shaping it even hurts to type this. Once a top coat was applied I noticed two small areas of discoloration on separate nails but at this point (hour two in the salon for a SNS and pedi) I was ready to leave. Once I was in the drying stage the tech left to go start someone else. He came back and swiped one nail saying they were dry and I could leave. I received no oil or lotion on my hands, something I have received every time in multiple salons. He saw me reaching for my wallet and said "NO NO no pay up there". I was grabbing cash to tip him. Shame on me right. Once at the checkout to pay, there was four others in front waiting to pay. As I was standing there, I noticed the finger he swiped to "make sure it was dry" was now bumpy (see pictures). My nails were not dry. He just wanted my chair empty and me gone. So if you want to spend $92 (with tip) for a French pedicure and SNS dip, go for it. I will never again. My search for a new salon will still be in the works. Especially since I will need to get these fixed before the three week mark. I just have to rest my fingers before round two or I would've gone somewhere else immediately after. read more

First and foremost, ASK FOR SHELBY! She is so sweet and can hold fun conversation throughout your manicure/pedicure. I am not from the local area but needed to get an emergency manicure when my nail was damaged. I called for an appt and they set me up with Shelby. She did a really great job on my dip manicure and took extra care to maintain the health of my nails i.e., not letting my nails soak too long, not overusing the electronic nail file, etc. If I were a local, I would make her my go-to nail girl! Haha seriously. The thing about these sorts of nail chains is that you get some winners and some that are just "okay". I personally enjoyed all the staff I came into contact with and found the facility to be very clean and relaxing. Absolutely will return if I ever find myself in the area. Also, dip powder manicure for $35 dollars. Absolutely worth it! Tip in cash! read more

We were in Sevierville for a few days of relaxation after attending a memorial Service in Pennsylvania. From the phone call about hours and services offered my visit was wonderful. It's obvious this salon does not check their reviews - seemingly they aren't concerned with bad ones. But it's come to my attention (and also two of my friends who also go here) that they now charge an addtl fee to 'remove your gel polish' ! WTH ... and since our money as just as important to us as it is to them, we say STOP tipping! Let the owner find a way to compensate her employees for their tip money! We all found another salon which does not charge this addtl fee....do your research ladies read more

I had two stylist today but none of them gave a good customer service. First the girl who takes everyone's information wasn't professional. She didn't ask if it was my first time or what I wanted to get done. I had to tell the second person who "assist me" what I wanted and they got it wrong. who did my pedicure was in such a hurry to get it done and look awful I had to ask another person to fix it. It was so sad to see how 2 people were getting a better service than me and I asked the same as they were getting. I'll never come back. I've never had a bad experience on a nail salon but this one really is disappointing. If I could give them -10 starts I would gladly do it. read more

First time here..I got a Full Acrylic Set and I love it! The place is was super clean and well organized. The table of nail colors was amazing, there were tons of books and color rings! Jason did an amazing job! He was super kind and talented. He took extra care to ensure the shape and size was perfect on every nail. My friend also went today and got a full acrylic set by Cherry. She also did an amazing job! The design work she did was great! Will be back read more

Kim and Sam are amazing. I'm always so happy when I leave this nail place. They are so sweet and do a beautiful job on my nails.

I went into Noire on a Monday at 3:00pm. I signed in to get a pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel polish. There was 2 other ladies waiting for their turn ahead of me. I was not greeted when I walked in or asked what I want. I picked out a regular polish for my toes but I wasn't sure where to pick out gel polish for my fingers so I just sat down. I waited until 3:40 and then I walked out. I waited 40 minutes and I was not greeted or talked to one time, which was ridiculous. During my 40 minutes of staring at the wall, 3 customers finished with their pedicures or hands, paid, and walked out and no one waiting was taken back. The two ladies were still waiting when I left and from what I heard, one of them had an appointment. I definitely won't be back. read more

Donny was great! Leg massage was awesoMe! He really took his tiMe! Also, he was really good at painting. He was hospitable and sweet.

Kim did an amazing job and she did just what i wanted! Will for sure go back and will send all my friends here!

The facility is nice- otherwise the experience was negative overall. The young guy that did my pedicure barely did anything- it appeared as though he hadn't did a pedicure before, he kept looking at the people around him that were doing pedicures. I felt like I could have soaked my own feet and painted my own nails at home and got the same result. The lady that checked us in was very loud and abrupt- she had no customer service skills and didn't seem to care about the customers. There was a worker walking around the entire facility with no shoes on- she carried around a crying baby. The guy that checked us out didn't communicate well and failed to charge the children's price for my daughter- I had to speak to three different people before I could get anyone to fix it. I ended up paying $135 dollars for a very poor pedicure for myself and 2 children's pedicures. I will not be back. read more

Will never go back! No customer service what so ever/ my opinion. Went yesterday, took my grand daughter. Signed in & asked how long? 20 min. Two ahead of us. 35 min later still sitting there.... girl waiting , her mom n 2 sisters came in & signed in. 10-15 min later the girl got called back & her mom said the 4 of us wanna sit together..... In essence within 10 min the hostess took the 4 back & still no word to us. I politely got up to mark my name... no comment. Told my grand daughter we would have to go someplace else, still no comment. This was the 3rd time I've attempted to go. I have no intention to ever go back. I am local, Im in business. I would never recommend this place! read more

This place is so horrible. I had a pedicure and full set done with my mom and two days later my left foot developed this horrible rash that only got worse and worse, I had to go to the ER because I could barely walk. It was a bad case of athletes foot (which I never had before) and had to deal with 2 months of pus filled blisters. It's apparent they do not take sterilizing their equipment seriously and I strongly advise everyone to beware of this nail salon because as of now I promised myself I will never step foot in any nail salon ever again! read more

I'm the fool for going back to this place, it's been a year since I've been here and that was too soon. Appointments are a joke and if you walk in they never quote the correct time therefore you wait and wait and THEN when you ask how much longer they tell you it's still going to be longer. People have lives and jobs, sitting in a nail salon and still not getting service is a waste time. Great for your business that you are busy, but stop stacking people and learn how to manage a schedule and a wait list. read more

Brought my daughter in to get her nails done and decided to get my nails done also. We were getting them done at the same time but she was finished before I was, she came over to me upset because the lady had cut her nails I just paid the week before to have put on her down to where she had no nails and then charged me 30.00 after I had just paid 35.00 to get them put on. The guy that was doing mine I asked him for rounded off nails and left there after paying 40.00 for mine with squared off nails. For being so new you would expect it to be clean but it's already filthy. Their selection of powder color is great but good luck matching powder to polish for your toes. Don't know if I caught these guys on a bad day or what but to make a long story short I am active duty stationed in Charleston and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Florence. Sooo me and my husband (also active duty) chose Pigeon Forge as our Evac-ation destination. I needed a fill and a pedicure so I decided to give these guys a try as they had consistently glowing reviews. I walked in and waited for nearly half an hour to be helped-yes I made an appointment. Only to have a nearly $40 pedicure with amenities that are normally provided (including an actual massage) at my normal nail place for only $25. The following act was a fill that is completely uneven and bumpy. The nail tech even filed them after putting gel paint on just so that my nail shape now matched the overall bumpiness of my fill. Hey, at least they are consistent. :) $72 down the drain and an unhappy evacuee here. Save the trouble and your money. read more

I went in today no line great! But the matter of fact that me and my friend go and her fill in was $18 and mine was $23 kinda pisses me off I didn't get a design or anything. I started going to this nail salon when it was new to the town. It was nice inside, and of course, I thought it was cool because they "served" wine. What they do is offer a complimentary champagne glass of wine, which is nice don't get me wrong. I liked that this was the first place I had ever gotten ombre nails done at. I took that as this was a good nail salon. I continued to go and sometimes I would leave without my nails being properly shaved and shaped. They would have bumps and ridges or be to thick with dip powder, but there was one guy there who did a GREAT job. I never got his name. Fast forward to present, I am leaving for a cruise in two days, and I had made an appointment at 9:30 in the morning for a manicure and a pedicure because I had setup a waxing appointment at 11 thinking that would be plenty of time. No. When I got there, there were 5 women already in the lobby. Three of the women had appointments at 9:30 as well. So I was thinking okay, that's fine. However, the other two ladies did not. Now I understand they did get there before me, even though I got there at 9:25, and the salon doesn't open until 9:30 I thought the point of an appointment was that you were prioritized over the walk-ins. This was not the case. I patiently waited for a bit, and when one worker came to me saying someone was coming in at 10 and then I would be taken care of. I did inform him about my appointment there as well as my other appointment I had scheduled for the day. He didn't seem to care. At 10:15 they finally started on my feet also trying to ask me what color I wanted on my nails. I just told him I wouldn't have time for my nails and that I would be back the rolling day. He set me up an "appointment" for 10:00. I did go over to the nail salon at 10 just for some amusement, and no one even spoke to me. So here I am at another nail salon that I originally went to for years and never had any problem: T-nails read more
