One of the worst experiences. I scheduled an appointment for my pedicure and when I got there the technician made me feel like I was a burden to be there. My pedicure was done terribly and not neatly. When I came back to get it fixed. They won't even upgrade me for my time and gas that I spent to going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Charlie did a really good job and gave me exactly what I wanted, dip nails with almond tips. He was very fast as well. I wish I would have asked to have the area around nails to be taken care of but I thought it would have been included. One nail is a bit crooked but only noticeable from a certain direction. My daughter in law and I came for a pedicure. The gentleman at the front desk is super friendly and interacts cordially with every client. I got the basic pedicure and was pleased that it was simply just that. I don't need my calves massaged or special lotion on my legs for a 15 minute rub down. I like the ability to just get "nuts and bolts" pedicure. My attendant was polite, gentle and took directions with class. I like my nails cut short and she understood my request. I would not recommend this place at all. They only want to do your nails the way they want to. What I mean by that is. When I went in it was very nice. I was able to be seated very fast. The girl started to do my nails. I asked for an acrylic full set. She started by putting the nails on my nails but continued to put the nail on my index finger to the side. I told her about it and she changed it but again put it on slanted. I had to ask my friend if I was seeing it wrong and she told me no that it is slanted again. So glad I found them. Let me tell ya trying out other nail places in the area they are the best! Try to book an appointment online they get packed quick especially on a Saturday, but yes I just needed my toes done for vacation at the beach the following week, it was busy when I got in .I was 10 minutes late but was still able to continue on , Jack did great getting ladies to their seats. I waited 15 mins which is not bad compared to other establishments waiting 30-45 mins even having an appointment but yes 15 mins got there n I did pick a female to do my toes but at that point it didn't matter Sam he was really good he takes his time. I went yesterday with my mother and an older man attended me. He was very rude the entire time and to begin with he grabbed my shoes while I was seated in the chair to get a pedi and THREW them across the room at the drying table. He made very few attempts to communicate with me and while working on my nails he was very rough and instead of asking, yanked at my sleeves randomly without warning. He also nicked my finger while working on me because he was more involved in his conversation with another worker. I was so fed up with his rough treatment that when I noticed he had skipped the lotion massages throughout the process I didn't even care to ask about it. Overall Id suggest that he work a different roll in the salon since he's obviously not a people's person or good at handling people respectfully. read more

1st I want to say I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years. In the photos .. that is NOT their nail art, they are MY nail stickers I brought with me. My fingernail photos are AFTER I spent a good 30-45 minutes cleaning, filing and chipping away at the sides and underneath my nails. I own a business too and I would want to know if my employee were not up to the job. They did the white tips which I had them put a gold line next to . I KNOW what a good pedicure and full set of nails is suppose to look like. I paid for a Jelly pedicure . On their menu it says " your choice " Rose or Lavender. Mia did not give me a " choice just put rose in. I don't like that scent. My toenails surround was not even cleaned properly, callus removal( what a joke) I even asked her to scrub harder. When she could not understand a simple request for a diagonal line after I showed her with a piece of paper. Andy took over and finished. He is GREAT for a 22yo boy. He will be a WONDERFUL tech with a little more experience, attention to detail and not so rushed. When I got my " massage " it was like she was bothered having to do my massage. The Paraffin wax treatment, was throw a bag of wax on my feet ( not even bother to make sure the wax was covering my feet), hot towels that I thought were going to burn me on my legs( didn't bother to ask if they were too hot ) when the towels were removed they also removed the bags of wax from my feet. That was it.. no washing of my feet? No making sure the wax was all off ? I ended up pulling the wax from between my toes so I could put my flip flops on. But they didn't say a thing. Then my finger nails . I FINALLY got Andy to talk a little . He seemed like he was in a awful rush though. So I figured I'd put my own stickers on my nails as that was quicker. When he put the clear coat on he did not make sure it covered the stickers and they were starting to lift before I got back to my resort . Thank goodness I bring my nail kit with me. Mind you, I had myself and my 2teenage daughters all getting our nails done. See receipt in photos. NOT cheap. Then after I left I received a text asking me how I " liked " my service ?? Choices were Happy or Uphappy ( no I did not spell that wrong, that's how it is ) when I submitted my " unhappy" review. It said they'd get back to me shortly. It's been over a day and I've heard crickets.. So I figured I'd see what happened when I pressed Happy.... Wouldn't you know it. It brought me to where I could leave this " GLOWING" review. I usually only leave positive reviews but this was unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. My one daughter was very satisfied which is why I put 2stars. She only got a very short full set with white tips. My other daughter is a mess. Crying etc. one of her nails the tip isn't even connected to her real nail. If it lasts till the weekend it'll b a miracle. They airbrushed her one nail and left the white all around on her finger. Didn't bother to clean it off. Services Foot massages, Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Pedicure, Spa services, Callus removal, Service not listed Requested style I " wanted " to request bail art I had seen on there website. But soon realized it must not have been anyone that was there. Do I had them use my stickers. Cleanliness I don't even want to go here BUT. I'm not even sure the tools were clean. Came in for a fill. Told me I had to pay for a full set (acrylic) because of the color I used, I said that was fine, no problemo. My nails are SO THICK. Gross. They look awful. Their website says $50 for a full acrylic Set & charged me $60. When I asked why he said because of the shape. They are almond. Then said because she had to fix 2 nails... um I just paid for a full set?? Apparently it's also an extra change for almond but square & round are included. Came in to have my outgrown gel polish removed and a simple manicure, no polish. I almost decided to have polish and a pedicure. So glad I didn't. I was seated for my manicure almost shoulder to shoulder with the person next to me. I was not offered anything to drink. Not that I wanted it but have always been offered. Then I noticed all the nail dust flying and layers of it covering the legs of the chairs. Mia grabbed tools that did not come out of a sterile bag. Then she proceeded to file off the top of the polish with a dremel tool. Then gets a baggie and pours acetone in it and a cotton ball and puts my hand in it. I had acetone soaking my whole fingers! Then she takes that out and continues to dremel tool the rest off. Then while speedily clipping cuticles she cut my finger! She apologized a lot but still, slow down! The shaping is terrible. If you need to get your nails done while in the area, this is the place to go. The minute they learned my daughter was there for her wedding they took extra special care of her. I really appreciated how they made sure her nails (toes and fingers) looked beautiful and exactly as she requested for her special day. We came in a small group and they were so attentive to each of us making sure we were happy with the work they put into our nails. If I lived in the area they would be my "go to" nail place. I have gone here quite a few times over the last year and your experience will vary by season. During the summer, you will find you wait a long time even if you have an appointment. They don't honor appointments as can be seen with other reviews. When the tourists leave they are very accommodating and do a good job on your pedicure. This place is lovely - it looks like it's brand-new and has a very spa-like feel. My appointment was for 10:30 though and my pedicure didn't start until 11. If you can't honor appointments then just be a walk-in business. The real reason for my 2 star review is that the nail tech was the most distracted nail tech I've ever had in my entire life. The massage was under 60 seconds, and he got up at least half a dozen times. I know and understand that every nail place is busy and folks have to take care of other customers but all the other nail techs stayed put and focused on the customer in front of them. Finally - their $37 deluxe spa pedicure is a regular pedicure anywhere else plus a bit of wax, which was cold and uncomfortable. I feel exactly the opposite of relaxed and pampered :( I feel like other people can definitely have a wonderful experience here but I didn't at all. read more

They are under new management: new remodeling, clean, warm welcome. They have many options for the Pedi ( I picked P5 Collagen Spa. It was amazing) and a lot of colors for mani.
