They had brochures prices for pedicures. Showed who was I think to be the manager what we wanted. We go sit down. Alex comes over and we say what we want but prices were different. I said well this brochure up there at dsk has different prices. Oh that's the old special prices. They just didn't get taken down. So they lost $25 from me on that. Then I sit down to get my nails. Power with gel, how much $50 the they proceed to tell me after we get to length that its $55 because of length. Been doing my nails for 25 yrs or more and NEVER been charged for length. 1 STAR (only because zero isn't an option) I am absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer time shown by this salon. I had an appointment booked for 11:15am, made the night before just before closing -- yet when I arrived at 11:10am, I was told ten minutes later that they had no one available to do my nails. No apology. No explanation. Just a suggestion that I "head across the street to Noire Nail Bar" -- which they also own. Let me be clear: that was never going to happen. The last time I went to Noire, a so-called "nail tech" ripped my acrylics off using a nail tip, absolutely destroying my nail beds. It took weeks to recover -- and that kind of traumatic, amateur-hour treatment is permanently burned into my memory. I get one day off a week. One chance to take care of myself. This appointment was scheduled between other things, so I could Accomplish what was needed in that one day. Instead, this salon wasted my time, and treated my appointment like it was completely disposable. Let's call this what it is: they prioritize walk-ins over scheduled appointments. They overbook, underdeliver, and don't care about the clients who keep their books full. There was no way my appointment was double-booked if it was made at the end of the previous business day. This was either poor planning, incompetence, or just outright disrespect. If you value your time, your nails, or basic human courtesy -- go literally anywhere else. This salon clearly thinks its customers are disposable. I won't be back, and I'll be warning everyone I know to steer clear. read more

$63 for a REGULAR FILL-IN !!! I asked for the white powdered acrylic nail tips! I needed a backfill with the white powdered acrylics, since I already had that to begin with going in there, it's just they had grown out and the white just needed filled back in (a backfill); however, the nail tech started giving me just a regular fill-in. When I asked him what about the white powdered acrylic tips, that I asked for, he simply told me he I would just paint the white on. Now, knowing how expensive they are, I guess it's actually a great thing he didn't do what I originally asked for because who knows how much a whole backfill with the white powdered tips would have cost me!!! I can't believe that just for the regular fill-in I got, with the French manicure simply painted on, that they charged me $63!!! That is just insane to charge someone that much, especially for that!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS! They way overcharge for what they do, and if you go there they will probably do you like they did me- disregard what you ask for in the first place!!!! I have been getting acrylic nails ever since I was a teenager (for 10 years or more), and I have NEVER EVER spent that much money on my nails!!! I have never ever spent that much money, EVEN for a BRAND NEW set of nails, AND even when they do the full white and pink ACRYLIC powdered tips (which obviously takes much longer than a simple regular fill-in and simply painting on a French manicure)! I reached out to them on here on Facebook and in the reply back i was told that the $63 I was charged, that was in fact CORRECT (see the screenshots)!!! Over and above their $40 fee for a REGULAR fill-in, they charged EXTRA for filing my nails shorter, they charged EXTRA for painting on the French manicure, and they charged me EXTRA simply for wanting the almond shape??? I laughed when the response was "you were charged extra because you asked for all these EXTRA things" Hahahahah--what extra things??!!?? Nail Salons never charge you simply because of the shape that you want the nails to be???? I will never ever step foot inside this MONEY PIT again. It's obvious that they're banking on TOURISTS that are out of town, who are desperate, who are just popping in there once and gone. They could care less about good customer service/ customer satisfaction. Go somewhere else! They didn't listen to what I wanted, and then they Wayyyy overcharged me!!!! You've been warned. read more

Went here to get dip powder with a design. Design was absolutely horrible but I thought I could live with it, until the following day when I just couldn't have it on my fingers anymore. I paid 70$ for the dip+ design+ tip. NOT worth the price especially after going up there to get the design removed and asked for a refund of the 10$ extra it cost me to get it on, they refused. Instead just drilled the design off and sent me on my way a WEEK later my nails are already chipped, cracked and everything. Probably because he removed a layer of the dip when he drilled the design off. They have Horrible customer service, will never spend my money here and I suggest you do the same if you like designs or quality dip that doesn't chip after a week. OVER-CHARGED AND TREATED POORLY I was just charged $85 for an acrylic set. I've never written a review before but I want to spare others from what I just endured. I had been to this nail salon twice before. It's one of the more expensive nail salons in the Sevierville area but everywhere else was booked. I got a pedicure and gel acrylic manicure. I showed the woman my inspiration picture and she said she could do it- she was super sweet and took her time trying to shape my nails- not very well though. She even cut me and I told her it hurt multiple times but she continued running the drill and a rough brush over it, it was visibly bleeding. I've been cut before at nail salons but they never continue go over it with tools. I asked politely various times for her to round out my nails because they were too pointy for my liking but she never complied, I gave up. Then she started painting and could not get the design correct, I kept asking for thicker lines but she couldn't do it. She then had to ask one of the other techs to come over and help, but she seemed to be in a rush for her next appointment and was quite spastic. Again, I gave up (I'm usually very firm about what I want and don't settle but this was too much for me). I was not too pleased with the finished product- the paint is not even, the ends already look chipped, and the nails are crooked. But proceeded to tip both of them. When I got up to the counter I could not believe it when she said $115.00. I was shocked and asked how much the gel pedicure was and it was only $30 which is usual. They charged me for the removal of my last set (if I knew I would have just ripped them off), for the shape, and for the nail "art". In total, I paid $85 for this set. I have never been to a nail salon and been charged that much for a short simple set of acrylics. I would not recommend going here and I will never go back even if other nail salons are booked, I am so disappointed- especially for the amount of money I paid. read more

I went for a pedicure. The first time they did an excellent job. This time, it hurt. I kept telling the person doing my nails that it was hurting. She continued. My nails were pretty long. She cut them to the quick. They are uneven and hurt. Even the massage hurt. She was in a hurry and rough. When I told the manager he didn't seem to understand what I was telling him. He gave me a $5 off coupon for the next visit. No way. I waited for the polish to dry - 15 minute in the salon as instructed. Amazing salon!!! I had my pedicure done by Kelly! She was extremely detail orientated with my nail needs (I'm prone to bad ingrown toe nails). the whole time we talked and talked. I felt like I was sitting with a friend I had known all of my life. My mom had her gel fill in done by Lynn who was all of these things too! Turns out they are best friends! First i have to say i'm a bit of mani pedi snob because i've traveled many places and i've been getting my nails done for decade plus. One day i saw this salon and decided to try something new. The stars and universe must have been aligning as Lee did the best job ever on my gel filled manicure and Kathy did the best job on my pedicure. Between setting the temperature, (sounds corny but i was cold and weather was really cold so it was perfect after long day) offering me wine of my choice or soda or water, (if only i could drink wine and not fall asleep it would have been the ultimate. to not cutting me up like so many others have. or cutting my cuticles to short and causing pain, to designing hearts perfectly on my nails. I've had others from many salons design my nails and it was awful or they used a cheap sticker :(. This salon is beautiful, super clean and they have tons of mail color polish to choose from. For Lee, well no words can describe her. Like Kathy, she is an artist in her field. She knew exactly the length, thickness and shape i wanted and even helped me pick out the perfect colors each time. Went today for a pedicure with Lynn and it was very relaxing and Lynn was very gentle and professional as she knows her stuff and was very informative about what I could do for my cracked heels too! So far I've been here twice and bother times I've loved it! 1st time was an acrylic removal for my 14year old. The lady was super quick and most importantly super gentle on her nails. The next time I did a mother daughter pedicure with my 6 year old. They were very good with both my kids and loved the way the pedicure came out! Complimentary drinks were also nice. We walked in and didn't have to wait long at all either which was another huge plus. read more

My sister scheduled an appointment for herself and visiting family members ( including me ) one week in advance. She specifically asked and verified that all of us would be started at the same time. She also specifically requested the technicians she liked in the past. When we arrived it was obvious they couldn't do all 3 of us at the same time but they lied and had us all sit down and put our feet in water. My sisters pedicure started 25 minutes AFTER mine and 15 minutes after our other sister. The manager and one tech were obviously having a heated conversation about us, which was embarrassing and awkward. Angry tech did my pedicure. She went through motions like a defective robot. We all bought the "OJ on the rocks" which lists buffing as part of that package. They did not buff our toes and when we pointed it out, they basically ignored us. The foot massage was subpar. The Manager, Donny), was condescending and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Don't expect timely service or respect. They must count on tourists or one time customers because once you go there, you'll never go again. read more
