They were truly bad. They attempted to give me one coat of paint on my fingers and actually got away with it on my toes until I called them out. That's insane for the prices they charge. Also, they don't honor their advertised coupons citing "locals only". For the hour and a half we were there it was empty and the phone was ringing off the hook and not one person moved to answer it. Had great work done here back in December of 2023! Went in the get pedicure and schedule an appointment for a full set the following Wednesday. The pedicure was done by a younger male who didn't have that great matching the color I wanted. I ended up with a brown color when I wanted more of a mauve. It didn't really care that much about my toes but I was told that it would cost $40 and he charged me $55. That brings me to today. They put me down for a 9:30am appointment for my nails. We booked a pedicure appointment for 10:15 and arrived about 10:13. They showed us to our chairs right away but didn't turn on the water for our soak. No one spoke to us again until 10:46 when we finally stopped someone walking by and asked them to turn the water on. It was another 15 minutes before our pedicures were started. Super impressed! We were in town for my daughters wedding. We stopped in about 10 minutes after the salon opened. When we arrived there were a few customers already being served. We had a group of 6 and 4 of us arrived a few minutes after their open time. I was so impressed to see that they were immediately able to get us all in. Mother in law and I came in on a Friday afternoon. They did a great job on our nails. My pedicure felt good and I wished he'd have massaged a little longer. Felt nice. As soon as I was done with my pedicure they were ready to do my nail dipping powder manicure. This was my nail techs first time doing this and he did a FABULOUS job!! Got a pedicure and dip manicure. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing! However, the gentleman (Tony) who did my dip manicure was awful. For starters, as soon as I was sat in his chair he left the salon for 30 minutes. When he finally came back, he did nothing but the bare minimum to clean up my cuticles. All he did was take the e-file to them. Then took numerous breaks while doing my nails to respond to texts on his personal phone. He argued with me over the color I chose and picked a different color. He also didn't do the ombré correctly (looked like he dipped the nail in the glitter, no ombré) until I asked him to correct it. I uploaded two pictures of the final product. My cuticles were extremely messy. He did nothing to clean up the extra nail products from my skin. No lotion, no cuticle oil. Everyone I came with was done with their pedicure and manicure before I was despite my being the first to get my pedicure started. Also, my nails were lifting in less than a week. Don't waste your time and money. Will not go back! read more

Very bad experience. I had manicure and pedicure (both with gel nail polish) done and my nails started chipping 3 days later. I would of went back but I was on vacation thousand miles away. Also the lady that did my pedicure left me in the middle of the pedicure to go wax someone else. . Then said that my nail polish was not pretty. who says that to a customer ? Then didn't cut my cuticle and when I pointed out that she made my nails bumpy tried to even it out with a buffing tool that filed my nail and almost burned it from the friction. They had availability the same day I called which made it very convenient for me during vacation. There were proper safety precautions used like wearing masks, plexiglass shield at each station, and hand sanitizer throughout each area in the salon. Spent $38 + $10 tip for gel nails to not only have 3 to chip the very next day, one nail completely peeled off and a another nail to split vertically. The man roughly pulled on my hands to bring them over the curing machine so that he could polish them. He put lotion on my hands to massage them and rotated my hand so hard that I had to ask him to be easy. Then he finished with pounding the side of my arms and top of my shoulders with his fist. I was caught off guard and had never been treated that way. He was doing it so fast that I didn't get to enjoy what is usually a relaxing experience for me. I was excited to try this place based on reviews but it quickly became disappointing. They charged me for every little extra thing even to take my toe nail polish off which was regular nail polish.
