I heavily rely on reviews before trying new places and therefore needed to give my feedback to someone else who may do the same. I really enjoyed my hydrofacial given by Kendra! She was so so knowledgeable about products, gave me step by step instructions on what she was doing throughout the facial, and offered a very inviting, calm, enjoyable space to receive the service! My skin looked like a glazed donut by the time she was done and I haven't had any breakouts or reactions to the products they used. (Which sometimes will occur.) I feel it's worth the money and when I'm back in town intend on booking another facial there! They have a plethora of services offered as well so it could be your one stop shop for all things self care related. They do sell products but they're not pushing them down your throat like some salons can do. I'd recommend to friends and family looking for a high quality spa. read more

The location manager responded to my review saying there was not an "online store". I found this location online, and when I called I was required to prepay the appointment in order to secure a facial. I purchased a package, however as mentioned in my review the "facial" was simply a slathering of cream over and over and it felt terrible. It was an expensive and disappointing experience. On top of that I had to listen to the sales pitch on their product line which was not a suitable product. Their products are greasy. read more

Paige Campbell is the SWEETEST human you will ever meet!! From day one she knew exactly what my skin needed and there wasn't a second where I disagreed with her suggestions!! I get an OxyGeneo facial with Paige once a month with dermaplaning every other. She has seriously become someone I would befriend outside of the spa. If she told me to jump off a bridge I probably would because that's how much I trust her. She knows my sister is an esthetician also and never tries to overstep whenever I bring up what my sister has done to my skin. All of the girls there are amazing but Paige is my fav she never tries to upsell anything to me and I know that a lot of people appreciate that. I really enjoyed my first experience here! I got the Brazilian/Bikini service. I opted to get the sugar paste instead of wax (smart choice lol). I had Bri as my esthetician during my visit & she was AWESOME! I was a little nervous since she is the newest skin tech at the facility however her warm & welcoming disposition made things a breeze! I was relaxed & laughing the entire time. It was no more painful than getting my armpits waxed & I appreciated that very much for my first time. I just moved from out of state and sugaring is not readily available where I am from. I have had lots of waxing services and after 1 sugaring appointment I think I have been missing out. Kendra kindly explained the treatment and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable right away. The sugaring itself was less painful than waxing with the same (if not better!) results. As someone who has had regular facials for approximately 40 years it is easy to tell an esthetician that is passionate about their work. Kendra is one of those people. There are people who are trained to do facials and skin care and know the steps, but then there are people that have a natural ability and a great touch. With Kendra you get it all! The spa she and her staff have created is a wonderful experience. The environment is clean, pretty, relaxing, and comfortable. It is nice to have someone who works with the scheduling and takes care of answering the questions clients have at the front desk. Meg is that person. She is helpful, professional, and goes the extra way to make sure you are treated with respect. There are great items to buy and great specials on services. I was so excited to rate this phenomenal spa. I simply got my eyebrows sugared here (first time sugaring, and I HIGHLY recommend trying it). I have done my own eyebrows for years after having horrible over-waxing/uneven waxing experiences with other spas. I accidentally made them uneven, so I took the chance to go in and get my brows done, and Kendra was just perfect in every way. She explained everything she was doing, helped me relax, and made the experience very comfortable for me. I had reservations because of my terrible past experiences, but when I held the mirror up to look at my eyebrows afterwards, she had actually done magic to them. They looked so amazing. This was my first experience with sugaring, and I'll never go back to waxing! I called in the afternoon to see if I could get an appointment that day. The esthetician stayed a little later so I could get in--great customer service before the appointment even began! Went to go see Hannah this morning for a Brazilian and she did a great job :) it's been a little over 2yrs since my last wax so although I knew what to expect, I knew that it was going to be painful regardless because of how long it's been. And after reading up on different waxing places here in Knoxville I chose downtown smooth, and I'm glad I did! I felt very comfortable despite being here for the first time which was very important to me. In two years time my body has been through a lot of changes (I have a 1yr old and am 7months pregnant) and I was hesitant to get waxed because of that. But I figured if my husband thinks I'm a hot momma I might as well step out of my insecurities and care for myself the way I'd like to. I was there about a month about ago for a mani/pedi. My pedicure seat started smelling like something was burning. I wanted to immediately move since water and fire don't mix. The nail tech said no. At that point I was nervous but tech finished. I then proceeded to get gel nails (there is not a very good selection) and after the color was put on one nail, I didn't like it and wanted to get another color. He "blew" like a whale and rolled his eyes. After the not so pleasant experience, I will ever go back. read more
