She made me feel like I was getting a pedicure from a friend, not a new stranger. That said, she didn't overdo the conversation. It didn't feel forced or sales-y. We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. She was really friendly and created a relaxed environment to discuss skincare. The whole appointment felt like you were getting a facial done by a girlfriend. I definitely felt Alexis catered the facial to my specific skin needs. She recommended I should try microdermabrasion for my clogged pores. I agreed and she was able to add this service on during the same appointment. The facial also included a foot massage, which was a nice surprise. He recommended another therapist based on my likes and dislikes and I gave this place another shot. It was night and day. This time around I got a quiet and relaxing waiting room and my therapist Owen was great! I didn't have to say very much because he was very physically in tune and read my muscles like braille.
