Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. We booked a full body scrub, massage, and facial. The scrub itself was fine, but afterward I was told to shower and that the moisturizer application normally done after the scrub would be skipped since I was scheduled for a massage next. The massage ended up being one of the worst I've ever had. The therapist smelled strongly of cigarettes and was breathing heavily throughout the entire service, which made it very difficult to relax. I was also never turned over during the massage, meaning the entire front side of my body was never worked on, so actually no moisturizer was applied to the front side of my body. During my facial I was told it would include a scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, and hand/arm massage. Unfortunately, the arm and hand massage was never done. Considering the amount of money spent, the services felt incomplete and the overall experience was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added, which is frustrating when the services themselves were not fully delivered. My son set me up as a surprise gift to have my hair highlighted and cut here. He lives in Gatlinburg and knows the best places and deals. I met with Stacy and she is talented!! She took care of me like I was so special. The salon is definitely not snobbish for its upscale environment. Every employee was warm and kind. And happy. They do a 30% off all the time for Tennesseans living with in 60 miles!! That's on every service provided. If you live here you can really score on great hair color cut and other services. AMAZING massage! Book it now! My husband and I booked the couples massage on our last day of vacation. It made for a relaxing flight home. The massage therapists made you feel very comfortable. My only complaint was there was no steam shower available. It appeared to be in the room but not for use. Either way, I highly recommend. read more

An overall great experience! We went here on my bachelorette trip for massages. They were able to accommodate our party of 6 (plus a 9 month old baby), but we had to take turns due to a limited number of masseuses. While waiting, we enjoyed a lovely relaxation room and steam room combination while sipping champagne and munching on charcuterie. My masseuse, Cody, was lovely and did a phenomenal job easing the knots in my neck from wedding stress. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even when we ran a few minutes behind schedule! My only complaint is that some of the staff interactions were awkward, and some of their instructions to our group weren't super clear. But we would definitely go back, and we really enjoyed the experience! read more

Amy was an excellent massage therapist! The massage table was heated and the linens were nice. I don't know if the spa has a relaxation room or if it just wasn't being used because of Covid concerns. When I asked about a robe, I was told robes were not being provided because of Covid. Also, there was no complimentary glass of wine, as the spa menu mentions. I'm guessing they are calling that a Covid related issue as well. The only thing I will say about that is that I have been to several spas this year, and they all distributed robes and still provide a complementary glass of wine. My massage was supposed to be 90 minutes, 1:30-3:00pm, but it was more like and hour and 15 minutes. I loved Amy but might not return to this spa, given the concerns I have mentioned in this review. read more

There were unfortunate circumstances that caused the spa to change my appointment. I first just said to cancel it, but the woman convinced me to come in for additional services. Instead of my one hour signature massage, I was offered a facial. Okay, fine. I had booked this as a girls day with my boyfriends sister anyway, so I didn't want to cancel on her. Upon arriving, we were offered to split the services - 30 minute massage for each of us and a 30 minute facial for each of us. The services weren't bad, per say. But when giving a massage, why would you point out an area with lots of pressure and then just work around it? I would have expected there to be more focus there. In addition to that, it was very distracting that the person giving the massage very obviously shaves their arms and missed a day or two. Those prickly hairs on your arms rubbing against someone during their massage wasn't too pleasurable. Furthermore, I look online and everything I see shows that complimentary drinks are included with spa services. None of which were offered to either of us. Oh and the best part? After specifically telling them at the time of booking that we were NOT meant to be booked as a "couples massage", guess who got put in the couples room?? I think I just had too high of expectations based off of what everyone else had said. read more

This is an upscale and amazing place to go to for a massage and facials. It is so relaxing from the time you step in till you leave. It is the best massage and facials I have ever had. Me and my husband had a couples Volcano Hot Stone Massage and a Express Facial.The employees are very friendly and professional.
