My daughter & I are here on a small trip & we got our nails done here today, it was a great time. We got a Free soda with purchase while we waited, it was short staffed due to Thanksgiving being today so we waited some, but we got good service & the techs did great jobs on our nails. I did a design & my tech did a Christmas theme I brought up on Pinterest, while my daughter got hers painted green. They look great! read more

I was visiting and unfortunately cracked a nail. I have acrylic with gel and not only did I crack the acrylic but I cracked my natural nail underneath. It was pretty painful. I searched the area for a nail shop with a high review and found Noire Nail Bar. It's in a shopping center/strip mall kind of area. Walking in, there were no other customers present, but the place looks very clean and appeared to be set up to do a high volume of clientele. I went around noon on a Tuesday. I showed the woman at the front desk my nail and told her I just needed it to be fixed and she sat me down with a nail tech, his name was Tim. He was very gentle and did a good job at matching the original nail color since I had colored thin French tips. I showed my friend and she couldn't tell which one was cracked at all which is a testament to his work. Thanks for fixing me up, in and out in 20 minutes and I was charged $10. I know some places charge $5 for a nail fix, but I appreciated the service and him being gentle because it was very very painful. Now that the repair is done, I have no more pain and I'm happy with the work! If I hadn't just had my nails done a week ago, I definitely would've gotten a full set by Tim! read more

The lady with long brown hair in the front is very rude. She acted as though everything was an inconvenience to her. I did the $79 pedicure with gel. The guy Ngoc was nice he did a good massage, but little to no work on the actual nail or buffing the bottom of the foot. The lady really ruined the experience by snapping at me for asking for another drink which I would have been happy to pay for, but called me wasteful. read more

I'd give this place 2/5 stars. The nails look okay right now, but some are already lifting and feel like they might fall off soon, so I'm not confident they'll last. My nails also stung a lot under the lamp, and the bowls didn't seem very clean, which was concerning. It also felt like we were charged more since we're from out of town. Overall, not a great experience. read more

I am traveling and needed my acrylic nails done....badly. I was way overdue. My problem was trying to find a shop .... in a town I've never been to, don't know anyone who can refer a place or a person and wanted it to be clean. After several "look Ins" and phone calls.... I had to bite the bullet. I worked from the YELP list. Some shops will not do acrylic nails, or didn't have time for a walk in. From YELP... I decided to call Noire The Nail Bar. The gal I spoke with was very friendly on the phone.... I asked when?..... she said Now??. I said.... be right over. How easy was that !!??! I wasn't sure what I was walking into....but pleasantly surprised. The shop was nice, inviting and it didn't smell "funky". Polishes were organized on the walls and from what I could see... clean. I guess if you have the "full spa day" package, you're offered a glass of wine. Nice touch !! I was just in for nails so no wine for me.... it was ok. I didn't get the gentleman 's name who did my nails but I am very pleased. They are smooth and shaped just right. I've never been in Pigeon Forge before but would definitely recommend their services. read more

Noire The Nail Bar - Nice fill. Very pleased. - Nail Salons Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

I went in for a manicure with gel polish and pedicure. The atmosphere was okay and there wasn't a wait. The young lady that did my services was nice but seemed inexperienced. The pedicure was super gentle and seemed more like rubbing on lotion than a massage (same for my hands). When she sent me to her workstation to do my manicure it was full of dust and scraps from a previous client. I thought she'd clean it before starting with me but she just put a towel down. The manicure was super quick with almost no soak time with a cuticle care product. She was about to start removing excess cuticle skin and I told her the tools needed to be cleaned as they were obviously used and left there after another customer . She said there was a machine (I'm assuming a sterilization machine) that she didn't know how to use . I repeated that the tools need to be cleaned. She walked away and came back so I assume, hope, and pray she at least sprayed them with alcohol. I don't know why some nail techs seem to rush the process- I actually went to be pampered and enjoy the experience while on vacation. They had complimentary wine but I had to ask for it. I would've preferred relaxing spa music or video instead of Korean cooking on repeat on the salon tv. I paid $70 plus a tip for gel polish that hasn't lasted 3 days. I had to purchase a product in an attempt to get at least a week out of gel polish that should last 2 - 3 weeks but is already chipping and lifting. It seems the quality of products they're using is not matching salon prices. Maybe it was the wrong base coat. Edit: reduced to one star. Within a week the gel polish lifted and peeled like a sticker. Maybe the nail tech used the wrong base coat Definitely not worth the $82 spent. read more

One of the best nail places I've ever been! Kevin is awesome. Pedicure nail seats are amazing (14 chairs) and you get complimentary drinks (soda & wine). Friendly staff and really blown away by the vibes. Got the candle wax pedicure and it's well worth $40. The wax massage feels wonderful and always enjoy hot towels. Large selection of colors. Do recommend making a reservation for large groups. read more

Just visiting and they took me right in. Did an awesome job on my dip manicure. Tran did my nails and she was great!

This nail salon is beautiful. It's very upscale and it's a real treat to find a nail salon as nice as this, especially in a tourist destination. There was no wait when three of us walked in and we were able to immediately get pedicures in chairs next to one another. We opted for the candle wax pedicure. It was an interesting pedicure. I enjoyed it but we all felt the massage was short and without enough pressure. We're all pleased with the finished quality though! My toes are shiny and my legs are well moisturized. This salon offers SNS dip mania and we all selected that. They have a HUGE selection of SNS and he polished. My mani is perfect. The tech took her time but was quick and efficient. My nails are super shiny and not too thick. Overall I'm very pleased and if you're looking for a good place to spend a ladies afternoon I'd recommend it! It was about $75 for a mani/pedi. read more

Horrible horrible my daughters and I are in here right now!!! I asked for pedicure freezing water told her she didn't care. Got lotion put on legs and whipped off no massage or anything relaxing. My daughters getting nails done are forced to get dipped powder no one will speak any kind of English not even broken to ask us if we are happy. Nope just sitting her while she paints my freezing feet and my daughters are not getting anything they wanted. I was going to mine done and I will not now! read more

Giving 2 stars because we walked right to the pedicure bowl with 0 wait. Otherwise, I'd give 1 star for the overall experience. Not sure who the younger nail guy is with the blonde hair but throughout my pedicure he talked on his phone, texted on his phone and was very distracted. I've never felt so rushed during a pedicure. He coughed all over the place. IDK. ‍I received the Candle Wax Spa pedicure and for $40 you get an average pedicure with a teaspoon of wax massaged on your legs for 15 seconds. Soo not worth it. Again, very average to below average service. When I'm in this area on vacation I will be sure to have my pedicure beforehand. read more

Came with my fiancé while we were on a quick vacation in Gatlinburg. We wanted to get a pedicure together, and I needed a gel manicure as well. No salons seemed to fit my needs in the Gatlinburg area, so I called ahead to make a reservation for our services several hours in advance, and we drove half an hour down to Pigeon Forge for Noire. I was pleased with the quality of the services received and would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again in need of nail services. read more

Came in and asked to just make my white not so thick for a french tip and I mean the polish not the actual thickness of my nails. I had just got a fill in the day before. It was at another salon that did the white to thick. But I paid $60 for a fill in with 2 missing nails, and I always tip 20%. Y'all didn't tell me how much a quick fix was going to be. Which I'm not super upset about, because I thought it would be a reasonable price. Luckily I seen the receipt that was placed in front of me before starting my nails and it said $31 for fix and $25 for white mani so $56 dollars for asking to do a small fix up when I pay $60 for a fill in, long nails and $70 for a full set . I was very upset and felt takin advantage of. So I left. I appreciate them taking me in to fix them when I walked in. I actually use to get my nails done here all the time. Everyone is very nice here. But way over priced for a fix. Very disappointing. I understand more work has to be put in now to do nails which in my opinion is ridiculous and a reason to charge more money. I get times are hard but $56 damn dollars for a color change. Not even that though. Just to fix my white on a fresh fill in. Wasn't very happy at all!! read more

My friends and I visited this nail place and we were so very disappointed. The lady who did my nails did not ask any preferences or give me time to speak up. She was in a hurry to get to her next customer. The nails don't reach the sides and aren't filed straight . Also, she didn't work on my cuticles or give any kind of real manicure, even though the cost of a "dip" includes a manicure. It was a complete waste of time and money. The one star is because I can't give zero stars. read more

Made reservation for a bridal party of 6 in 2 days in advance and when we arrived they were understaffed and no apologies or discounts were offered from the manager/owner for the inconvenience. They said more workers were coming, but they never did. Unprofessional and dirty establishment. Not to mention the quality of each job was awful. read more

This salon seems to get very high reviews or very low. Seldom in between. I was very disappointed. The tech did very little massage and did not offer a beverage. Why were other people given better service than I? My money's just as green as theirs. Can it be they only are good to repeat customers? I complained to management and they said they were sorry but they didn't do anything to make me feel better. read more

I came to Noire for the first time today and was blown away by the service from the beginning. They were extremely accommodating, offering a complimentary drink (water, soda, or wine) and to sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited, since it was going to take about 30 minutes. I take notice to good service that extends to all customers and there was a steady flow of people coming and going today, each individual being treated at high-priority. The salon itself is very clean and classy--they use individual disposable nail kits to ensure there is never any cross-contamination. Not to mention that the environment is very relaxing and glam. Definitely the place to go if you're wanting to feel great while they help you to look great. They did a beautiful job on my nails at a fair price and I will definitely be returning! read more

I have twenty dollars in gift certificates that I went in to use ... and I was told I could only use one $10.00 gift certificate at a time. It is not written on the gift certificates that way at all. In fact there's NO fine print anywhere. The gentleman explained that it was a promotional offer only and he wouldn't honor the gift certificates. Mind you, I was going to get a gel fill in with designs and a pedicure and my eye brows done. I'm assuming he thought he wasn't going to make any money off of me with the gift certificates. Smh. If I were anyone visiting this place I would just go SassyNails, on the parkway in Sevierville. That's my usual once a week nail salon, and the ONLY reason I was coming here was to use my GIFT, that they won't honor. read more

We made 6 appointments for 12pm. ( they opened at 1) They took 3 of us. After waiting 24 mins we inquired. They began to juggle. This person soaked. This person would paint. They sent someone away unpainted. ( their first manicure) we had to tell them... at first glance my nails were filed nicely but I've had to refile several times in the first two days since.. corners were catching :( I've been getting manicure regularly for 40 years. And this was a first. My guess is that they were rushing us. The problem is they took walkins in stead of my party. They had us captured. By taking 3. It wasn't until my daughter said. You know. My nails are. I'm going to pass.... that some cane over and soaked her nails. Then returned to their client. With sooooo many choices I'd avoid this place for big parties.... read more

I hate to say how disappointed I am with my service today, I have been coming here for over a year. I called before I left work to make sure there would be someone available to do my nails when I got there, but I still had to wait once I arrived. The technician seemed inexperienced to me. I've always left there happy, but today after several mishaps as I was checking out I asked if I could come back tomorrow to get them fixed. I feel like she acted as if it would be an inconvenience. She wanted me to come Monday instead. So I have paid $45 for nails that I am extremely unhappy with. What a shame! read more

I got a dip gel manicure and a regular pedicure- both turned out great! I don't remember who did the manicure but Christian did my pedicure she she was WONDERFUL! She took the time to really ask for what I wanted and she gave me one of the cleanest pedicures I've ever had. Lots of places will leave extra polish on your toes but she cleaned everything up beautifully. The manicure was good, but they didn't actually give me a manicure, just did the gel polish. They said I should have specified that I wanted cuticle treatment and stuff before they put the polish on. I assumed that was always automatically part of any manicure. But it's okay- now I know- and I will be back! read more

Where to begin.. this was my first time visiting. I called ahead. I asked for the soft American SNS on my tips, they said yes they had that.. I definitely got the French SNS. It's so white. I prefer a natural look. I got someone who didn't speak hardly any English and I had to get on my phone and use google translate which to me was kind of an inconvenience. From the time I walked in, to the time I left I was only there 45 mins. And that included taking off previous nails.?? I felt so rushed. Worse thing, my nails are the WORSE they've ever looked in my life..!!! They're so uneven. Chipped. Lifting already and it's only been 2 days since I got my nails done..!! And last but not least.. I had 50.00 in cash. My bill (for the nails that were obviously done by an inexperienced person) was 45.00. I asked for 40 cash and 5 on the card. She said yes and smiled and takes my 50.00 and my debit card and walks away. Comes back with change for my 50 and my card charged 40.00. I was in shock at first. I told her and she goes "oh..!!" And just looks at me. Didn't try to make it right. Was just waiting for my reaction. Finally I just smiled and said "it's fine" even though I knew my husband was going to be upset. I left a 10.00 tip cause I always tip good but I was not happy. I debated on posting anything but I figured if I could warn someone else ahead of time. I'll post plenty of pics. Like I said these pics were only taken 2 days after. read more

They were busy, however since we are totally okay waiting for a quality service, we waited a little but they had given us wine during our wait! They were quick to get to us when possible and definitely made the wait worth every second. When I tell you the quality is superb, there is no joke about it!
