Tried this place out while visiting the area on vacay. Went right when they opened- it was quiet and clean. Got a pedicure and dip ombre that came out lovely. They used a technique I've never seen before with dip but it came out really pretty! She applied it like acrylic brushed dipped and shaped on nail. Would definitely come back, may even bring my 6yr old as they have a great little setup for kids - cushion and little basin for pedis. Deluxe pedi was $45 dip ombre almond shape $75. This may have been one of the most gentle manicures I've ever had. My boyfriend had his first pedicure here with Linda and loved it and promised to go again. Crimson did my pedicure and gel manicure with skill and patience and it looks amazing. I only wish I lived here to be able to come back more often. I routinely get my nails done and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The tech was not friendly in the slightest, which is fine and not required for a good experience, but she repeatedly refused to provide the service requested. I asked for oval nails, she gave me round, and then when I pointed it out she said it would be $5 more. I asked her to manually push my cuticles back to which she refused. She quoted me $60 for a fill, one nail repair, and gel polish. This seems outlandish, then to not provide the most basic on top of it was too much. If you value customer service, do not go to this salon. read more

Three of us, ranging from 10-79, booked appointments here during our visit to the area. Parking is easy and it's not in the middle of the tourist area of the Parkway. We were all satisfied with our pedicures, which held up spectacularly during our stay! The staff could be a little friendlier...our daughter was put off by the lady not asking if she wanted any designs on her nails and wouldn't smile or talk to her. But that's not uncommon for nail salons, in our experience. Would highly recommend based on the quality of the services we received. However, a little more friendliness would have gone a long way. read more

I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure while visiting family in the area. I was not sure about stopping here since there were no reviews but I decided to give it a try. I walked in and was taken back with no wait. The technician that worked with me was friendly and efficient and I was very pleased with her work. Sometimes I find that nail techs can be less interested Han gentle but not this time. I got through the whole thing with no pain and minimal tickling. The space is large and inviting and I didn't feel crowded the way I sometimes do in nail salons. They offer a full menu of services and I think the prices seemed average for the area. Lotus is in a shopping area with lots of nice stores including a TJ Maxx, Belk, etc. there's also a burger place close by that I want to try next time I'm there. I'll definitely go back next time I visit family and need some self-care time. read more

Due to current environment, the sign on the door asks you to call to make an appointment. I did, and they invited me in immediately. Not warm and inviting for bedside manner, but did a great job on my nails. They had to remove the dip powder I was wearing and brushed on gel. I would return and recommend. read more

So me and my mom came to get our toes done and my nails. I'm have a baby this week and her name is Daisy! And I wanted a simply Daisy flower On my fingernails after a polish. So I guess the lady I got to do my nails must have been new, or didnt know what to do. I asked for a flower 4 times. And I did get a daisy flower on my toe from a different guy that did awesome! And I told HIM that I wanted a flower on my fingers too, and he agreed he would. When it came time to get my flower on my finger the lady who painted my nails laughed at me and told me she couldn't do it and the man was busy. Basically don't come here if you'd like ANY kind of a design. I guess only one person knows how to do A simple flower. Very very upset.
