I've been coming to diva nails for about two years now I moved here a little over two years ago and went from having a personal nail tech in my hometown to not being able to find anyone to do my nails then found this nail shop and they have been the closest to what I'm used to and I've been coming ever since. It is about an hour drive from me, but I'm willing to take that DR. because my nails last for a month.. I will say the vibe has changed recently as the nail tech who used to do. My nails has moved and I had to try someone new this last time around and though I'm happy with how my nails turned out I'm not so happy with the service that I received this last time. He seemed as if he did not want to do my nails, and I originally asked for someone different who told me yes, but she was on the phone with her insurance company and kept telling me to hold on which I was understanding, but eventually when she came in, she took someone different who had came in like an hour after me. I have been getting a pedicure, which I decided to do first as I waited on her, but when she got done, she decided to take someone else instead of coming to me, which resulted in me having to have the tech who is doing my pedicure, do my nails as well and when the front desk receptionist asked him, would he be OK with doing my nails? He seemed upset about it, but said yes anyway so that was kind of off to me. They do also have a new front desk person who I think is actually a little nicer. The last thing that I noticed is last year when I got my nails done for my birthday I was able to use the birthday discount. That they have upfront, they asked me for my ID and to prove that it was my birthday and I was able to get the 20% off mind you that was not the actual day of my birthday. I think it was two days before last year I did the same thing this year and they told me no it had to be on my actual birthday so I found that to be kind of odd. Maybe they need to post the requirements on that as well because usually it would be the week or I don't know just seemed weird. Overall, though I would definitely continue to go to them. read more

My mom already left her review on Google- but here's my rundown. They very openly spoke badly about my sister's pre-existing nail polish on her toes, cut her toe nails way too short, and then did the complete wrong design on her hands. When my mom was getting her pedicure, the man literally punched the bottom of her feet- then come barely even 24 hours later, her Gel X nails have come off. I know they try and upsell you, that's just how businesses work, but the woman doing my nails kept asking if I was going to get my eyebrows done. If you don't take anything from this review- take this. After my mom left her review, the owner has repeatedly called and texted her. Spooky and unprofessional. Booo!! read more

My friend and I were rushed through our pedicures. I sat extra long to let my toenails dry while she was getting a fill. Once we got home, both our big toes were messed up and my 2nd toe was chipped. We came in today to get them fixed, but my girl never fixed my second nail. The only good thing is, they are open on sunday. But I will not be coming back. read more

This place is honestly ridiculous and prices were crazy. Me, my mom, and my sister all went to have our nails done and got some pedicures. It wasn't too bad but when me and my mom was getting our pedicures the two guys doing our toes wouldn't stop talking to each other and straight up GOSSIPING ABOUT MY TOES. my mom had this hot towel on her feet and the guy literally punched her feet for whatever reason..? also want to add that the guy cut my toes way to short and they hurt now. on to nails, me and my sister were sitting together and my mom was across the salon. the guy doing my nails had a picture of them, and said "okay" after i told him what i wanted, and still messed them up. he cut my cuticles way to much and it was starting to hurt. he then kept cutting them and my thumb started bleeding and he just said he was sorry and put some cleaner on it and moved on. they kept trying to ask my sister to do her eyebrows, which i think is quite rude, and overall experience is not good. if this doesn't convince you of anything, my mom had gel x nails done and they quite literally didn't even last her 24 hours before falling off. 300$ spent and for my mothers 55$ nails that didn't last, they would only give her half her money back because of their "materials they used". lastly, they tried multiple times and kept calling her and texting her to get her to drive 45 minutes back there so they could fix them after she said no multiple times. my moms review is on google, can go look at that to see the picture of her nails.. read more

After trying almost all the nail salons in my area, I've finally found the one I'm prefer going to. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read online and they didn't let me down at all. I booked online and called to confirmed my appointment. Walk-ins are allowed, but you would be waiting for hours since they are always packed. When I booked, I asked for regular pedicure and acrylic nails w/ gel polish. I didn't have a preferred person at the time, so I chose "anyone." For the pedicure, I got a guy. I don't know his name, maybe the owner? He did a good job, however, when it came to shaping nails, it didn't look right to me so I pointed it out. He fixed it, but it was still not even. I didn't say anything and fixed it when I got home. For the nails, Tracy did them. I appreciated that she didn't force me to have small talk like other nail techs have in the past. --------- The second time is the photo with the pedicure. I requested Tracy because I loved the nails she did that I wanted her to do my toes too and to my surprise, she recognized me! So that made my day! I got a classic pedicure with gel polish in "Elegant Pink," DND. Such a beautiful shade. It's light pink-white and I love it. Quick response, willing to work with your schedule. The pedi chairs were all full but I feel like we still got great service even tho they were packed. My tech was Tommy. He did great. The best for me was the strength of the massage on the bottom of my foot that has had surgery for tarsal tunnel. I would have done that for the majority of the package. Working around my ankles would have been a great place too. I will suggest that the next time we are here. Not sure about the tropical #3 package. I have never put in a bad complaint because I'm not that type of person, but i went in today for a fill in and as soon as I sat down the guy said I needed a new set (I've only had these on for 2 weeks) I politely told him I just wanted a fill in. He started drilling on my acrylics so hard and had the speed so high it kept burning my finger even after telling him so. He drilled my acrylics so much they were so thin and breaking off and continued to tell me I now needed a new set. I asked if he would just take them off completely because at that point I just wanted out of the chair From the burning pain to completely feeling uncomfortable because he kept asking me why I didn't want a new set when I shouldn't have to explain myself. I was very upset leaving the salon and Im not sure if the guy was new but I hope he learns from this situation. read more

I paid sixty dollars for my initial set of nails. The girl I had The first time was excellent, I don't remember her name. She sat near the cash register. The second time I got a different girl and I could not understand what she was saying. I was only there for a fill in which costs twenty dollars. I remember she said something about manicure and Told her I don't understand and try to get some clarification but I still didn't get what you was saying so I said I am just here for the fill in- but I got charged sixty dollars again so i'm looking for a new salon. Travel nurse from Georgia looking to get my nails done. Found this nail salon here on Yelp. Saw the positive reviews and beautiful nail pictures, and decided the 40 minute drive was worth it. Came in for a pedicure and fullset. Instead of soaking off my old fullset, nail tech decided to pop them off using a combo of a fake nail tip, cuticle nipper, and a nail clipper. I told her it hurt, and she continued on, causing trauma to my nail bed. Decided to leave since my nail beds were throbbing, and didn't feel comfortable putting acrylic on top, and was still charged $10 for the take off of my old set. When the lady working on my nails first started she was taking her time which obviously is amazing until more people started coming and then she started rushing. I hadn't even had my nails done a full week before they started chipping and messing up so I called and they said they would fix them for me to just come back in. I went in to get my nails fixed and ended up leaving upset because the girl literally just looked at my nails to see where they had chipped at then she filled them and put nail glue on them so they wouldn't lift and then said that she was done. the glue burnt the skin under the bed of my nail to the point where my finger started bleeding and when I called to tell them what had happened the lady I talked to made it seem like it was my fault. read more

Very rude lady and man working there. twice a rude woman and tonight I had a guy and was the rudest ever. put his hand up and yelled "5 more minutes" after I already dried for 20 minutes. Then held me up as he turned his back to me. Then he yanked my toe separators out and said go. didn't help assist with getting my shoes on or anything. They have a large staff who is really friendly. They do a great job in acrylic nails and dip nails ( I haven't experimented with other types). Tried two different techs here and my gel polish is still chipping after about a week and a half and I am not hard on my nails and they are on the shorter side. That shouldn't happen - my former nail salon (out of state) gel polish lasted over 3 weeks w/ no chipping. Not sure why but they do not use a primer/bonder first...just apply a base coat. Or maybe the polish its self....but time to find another salon read more

I usually don't have a problem with them. However, I went and got my nails done for prom and the guy was very rude the entire time. He started gluing nails on right away and when I asked him to buff them first (otherwise they won't stay on) he wouldn't. He made me bleed twice and put glue on it because it wouldn't stop bleeding. Then he did the wrong shape and when I said that wasn't what I wanted he continued anyways. I also got the completely wrong color. At also had not painted the entire nail and left parts of it white. At this point I was just done and wanted to leave so I didn't say anything. When I went to pay he overcharged me $25 for a design even though I had no design just straight purple. When I called to complain about this I was told they didn't know who the guy was (I gave them a name) and they hung up on me. This place is quiet and relaxing I got the diva pedi for 35.00 and a fill in for 30.00 it was great if you are really into the chairs ask for the first one mine was the second one and it didn't have the intensity I like. The salon staff is friendly and kind very professional. Love the relaxing music. I was in town from Nashville and needed a quick mani pedi. Boy did I come to the right spot! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a happy gentleman who quickly seated me in a comfy massage chair for my pedicure. He was so friendly and did a wonderful job. Afterwards, I switched over to the manicure station to get my gel mani. The sweetest lady did my nails and wow do they look good. Before I left, I asked if they could do my eyebrows and that too was executed wonderfully. If I am ever in town I will not hesitate to come here. I am originally from Los Angeles and have had my nails done at hundreds of nail salons in my life. They were professional, clean, friendly and five out of five stars. First off I was told there was no wait time I called while I was sitting in my car in front of the salon debating if there was a wait I'll go into ALDIs. Went in 35 minute wait no big deal. I was told 40$ dollars for a simple color scheme ended up charging me 50$ he didn't check my nail length so every finger front my left and my right hand are different. He also made them to short! The painting is absolutely HORRIBLE lumpy didn't get any of the sides of my nails as well cut me 4 times with the tools they use so my fingers are super sensitive! I NEVER LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. Also this girl next to me with her mother had her nails just tips done last week here she is in pageants and had to go back to all white tips for a polish change they charged her 40$ I was applaud. This location is really close to the Oak Haven resort that I was staying at. My aunt and I wanted to get our toes done since we were on vacation. We pulled up and walked inside. The salon was clean. The nail techs were not very friendly and didn't talk to us at all. I do not believe they spoke very good English but they also didn't smile much. They did a good job on my toes. I only got the regular pedicure for $25, which is pretty comparable with other salons. I usually get a design on my toes but the nail techs did not inspire but confidence, so I passed. When they used the cheese grater on my feet, she showed me all the dead skin that had come off. I have never had this happen before! I really do not care to see all that came off my feet. I had another girl do my nails ans they were AWFUL!! I called rje manager ams told him I was not happy with my nails at all, he told me to come in the next day to see Emily. I was good with that. I'm in the middle of a appointment and the girl that did my nails calls me and started arguing with me, not professional at all, she said I liked my nails NOT!! I went to get my nails done for a photo shoot hoping they would come out just like the picture. I asked for one nail with three 3-d and one with small crystals. They did the flowers but as you can see some look better than others one is bigger than the others over all I was not satisfied. The lady that began doing the flowers seemed to not know that's why one came out bigger. She showed her coworkers and they all began laughing. Another man proceeded to show her how to do them and they did come out a bit better. She didn't use the same center diamonds on all my nails and didn't even put the crystals I wanted on my other nail. I had also asked her politely if she had matching dip powder for the flowers because I wanted it to match and the man beside her told me, "she's not doing the flowers right now she'll do them later," I knew she wasn't but I just wanted to make sure. I look young and I'm sure that's why they didn't try their best on my nails which makes me very disappointed. read more
