I had an awesome afternoon getting a pedicure. This place is located in a strip mall near U-Haul. My best friend and I got a Deluxe Spa Pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I decided on Christmas Green on my toes. I loved that the chair had an awesome massage. I had my legs massaged along with my entire back. I was visiting from out of town. My sister frequents this place and suggested that I get a pedicure to relax. It was so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon. read more

So thankful to finally find a nail salon that provides amazing customer service. Lisa did a fantastic job on my full pedicure. If you upgrade to include paraffin wax and hot stones you will not be disappointed. Plan on adding an hour to your appointment as she will provide specialized massage that is unmatched. read more

Went here today for first time. Had a mani/pedi. Pedi was fine, but mani was way below par! I don't use polish on my nails, so the mani was basically just cleaning up my nails. The results were disappointing, and I feel the person who did my nails was not paying attention to detail because there was no detail! I decided last minute to go here and the staff were very nice and got me in quick! The person who did my nails did great until he filed really hard on my ring finger and then used the cuticle cutters to dig deep in there. It has been hurting for days and was not like this previously. This is the only thing keeping me from going back again as it is very painful. read more

Edited to add: The info on this site says "by appointment only," but they have a sign on the window that says "Walk-ins Welcome." After several weeks of coming in and having great service, I have tried coming in three days in a row and been turned away each time. They have been busy, and no, I didn't make an appointment because I never know when I can fit it in with my schedule. I am extremely disappointed by the attitude I received the last two days. The first day, a lady told my daughter and I that they were busy and it would be a long wait, so we left with no hard feelings. Yesterday, I was completely ignored when I came in and Andy made some comment about not having time for people who don't have appointments. Today, I sat down fully prepared to wait, and Andy tasked me if I had an appointment. I said no and his response was I had better make an appointment and it was "killing him." I will not be returning here. read more

Really loved this place aside from a couple "here and theres". The work was great and super quick! The only thing that really bugged me was the lady who did my nails was more focused on everything else around her instead of what i had came in for and actually put one of my nails on crooked. I will be coming back just because of how quick and good the service was for the price. Just think the workers should focus more on the client they have so these issues do not occur. read more

I made an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome here. This place is reasonably priced with experienced nail techs. I paid $40 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. Andy greeted me when I came in and was ready to put a full acrylic set on for me. I asked for almond-shaped nails, and he got the shape and length right without much direction from me at all. That has never happened at any salon I've been to in Knoxville. Andy has been doing nails for 15 years, and it shows in his quality work. My nails came out thinner like I prefer and well polished. I don't like thick acrylic nails. I didn't even have to ask him to thin them out. They feel sturdy, though, so I am not worried that these won't last a few weeks. Andy was quick and precise and took extra care to file and shape and buff my nails to perfection. When he drilled, he didn't hurt me and asked if I was ok throughout. He let me see the polish I chose on one nail before he finished polishing the rest to make sure I was happy with the color I chose. He was funny and made good conversation and showed great care and clearly enjoys his work, too. This is a nice salon with a calm atmosphere. There are plenty of staff working and a few customers came and went while I was there, all with smiles and promises to return. This is a well-established salon, and I will be back. I believe I've found my go-to nail place now, and I'm so glad...because it's only a few minutes from my house. I've posted a few pictures, but they don't do Andy's job justice. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. I needed my nails done for a special occasion.....I'm really not too "girly" and was a little anxious about the whole thing. Just when I sat down to begin my manicure the technician received a phone call that continued for more than 5 minutes. During that time she did not even attempt to multitask. I waited and eventually when I left she was still on her phone. Not very customer focused. Don't bother with this place there are better salons in the area. read more

This place is awful. They are extremely rude. I asked a simple question, which was , " do you have chrome?" The man looked confused, then this man pops his head up and starts screaming to me about how they don't have it. I was so uncomfortable in there, the workers were staring at me and I noticed they were like that to everyone who weren't " regulars " . This is ridiculous, I'm still trying to figure out what I did to make some random man I wasn't even talking to yell at me. Terrible quality workers so I walked out. read more

bad service, although the prices were cheap. andy did my nails and picked out a color for me even though i wanted a blue color i picked out he did red with a matte top coat and 3 nails were messed up bc he didn't let my nails dry before i left. i also couldn't pick out the shape i wanted my nails to be or the length. i'm definitely not going back. read more
