This was my first time ever at Pure Lux and while the massage itself and the amenities were great. The chattiness and oversharing was ALOT and did not really seem on brand with the vibe of the spa. When I left, I felt I had been trauma dumped on. The gift certificate I received was for my birthday and honestly, I just felt like it was such a waste because of the experience. My pedicure was also very poorly done and the polish started chipping after only 4 days, even though I didn't do anything extreme like going to the beach or pool. For $115, this was definitely not worth it. Unless you have a specific technician you trust, I would not recommend choosing "anyone" here. The quality feels like Russian roulette! You don't know if you'll get someone good or not. My experience was more stressful than relaxing.
