I just wanted a little pampering with a pedicure. I got the tropical pedicure and it was so worth it. My tech was so sweet and thorough. The environment was nice and relaxing. Here for a visit from out of town, Helen welcomed me in and seemed nice, however paired me with another nail tech for gel manicure . The woman was nice but didn't understand a word in English and shaved my nail to the point of bleeding. I couldn't even communicate with her. she did a terrible job. I came 2 days later with a broken nail, this time Tammy welcomed me in, yet again sat me down with the same girl to fix it. She decided to add another coat to all my nails that are now filled with bubbles , and further ruined the already terrible situation. I couldn't even talk and explain to her what I want. It's terrible. I'm sure Tammy and Helen are great at their job and maybe other nail techs are, but employing people who don't know how to do nails and speak the language is not ok. I left crying and frustrated. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I wanted a deluxe pedicure with no polish or anything. The vibe was clean and they do offer you a beverage. My technician was extremely polite but seemed nervous(?). The whole service was very rushed, which shocked me as I did not even ask for polish or any type of enhancements. The pedicure itself literally lasted 10 minutes. I've never experienced that before. Okay so let me say I am a Pedi snob. I went here due to the reviews and should have listen to the lady that have it three stars. The people are what make this place not the product. On the pedi the process was not done right, massage was very rushed and not detailed with lotion. They did wax last with out wiping my feet off which makes no sense as usually you want to wipe that wax film off. It was like they also just rub lotion on and move on during the massage. So if you want to feel like a processing line then okay. Also let me say they were not busy so there was no need to rush. If it wasn't for how kind and nice they are I would have rated this 2 stars maybe 3. I have had bad people and great pedis but today was very opposite. Kind of needed a great pedi. As for nails again same thing, rush with no quality. I am not sure they listen to their customers as the mail dip process was not done to the quality it should be done. They were careful with them and made sure the water temperature was good, trimming and filing was very gentle, and they pay attention to detail. Absolutely recommend them! The first time I came I tried the gel hybrid extensions and they did amazing. After I week a few ended up breaking but I also use my hands a lot and I think the length was the issue. I called to see about getting them fixed and they got me in the same day quickly and got them taken care of. I broke another one over the weekend and came in this morning to have acrylics put on. Back in my hometown (NY), It took me 4 years to find a really good nail salon that wasn't astronomically priced. I decided to get my nails done as a treat to myself and this place had excellent reviews. I've never gotten my nails dipped before so I wanted to try it. When I walked in I said I wanted a manicure and my nails dipped. I was directed to sit down and an older gentleman proceeded to take the nail polish (stickers) off my nails while I chose my color. I said I would like to do a couple different colors and he said OK. At the register I found out that I got charged an extra $5 for each color. When I chose my colors he immediately began the dipping process, no cuticle treatment, no shaping of the nail, he didn't even push back the cuticles. I haven't had a manicure in a long while and I definitely needed this done. But I had never gotten dip before so I thought/hoped maybe it gets done later. While waiting for the topcoat to dry I couldn't help but notice the not so clean tools and workspace. He finished, told me to wash my hands and sent me to the register. $55 was way more than I thought it should be but I added tip, paid and left feeling less than content about the whole process. Here I am less than 2 weeks later and two of my nails have chipped. I will be going to a different salon next time. read more

Three of my nails are horribly bumpy and I had to ask him to restart bc my pointer finger was so crooked it was insane. He knicked me a good 4 times even after I asked him to be gentle. I've been going to this nail salon for a couple of years now and never dissatisfied. I get an overlay over my real nails, but sometimes I spurge and add gel polish, ombre or design. I haven't tried chrome polish here yet (but I'm sure I won't be disappointed). I only get a pedicure a couple times a year and this service is excellent here too. This place is a very nice, clean atmosphere and a lot of polish colors. Very well managed, great techs and excellent customer service. GREAT OWNERS!!!!! I would suggest to call for an appointments because at most of the time, they're pretty business. I've tried plenty of nail places, but this place is excellent and they'll always get my business. My overlay will last up to 3 weeks (without any problems) compared to other places 2 weeks. Their prices could be a few more dollars than some but it's worth it to me considering they last up to 3 weeks without any problems. Added benefit, they have loyalty cards after 5 visits, it's good for $5 off. My only problem is remembering to show this card each visit lol... This is a really nice clean nail salon. The female staff are all very friendly. When I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face and told I would have a small wait. Five minutes later I was taken back and put in a chair by an older gentleman. The gentleman who did my pedicure was not very friendly. He barked orders and was very snappy. My water was also ice cold within just a minute or two. He did a good job on my polish. My feet still feel a little rough but it's winter so I think that's a bit to be expected. He took his time which was nice. When I checked out they gave me a loyalty card that's good for 5$ off after 5 visits. Overall not bad but not somewhere I would define as "my place" read more
