This is my second time here. I came with my mother in law and sister in law today. I have a job that is labor heavy so I wanted to try a dip because I have never done it before and was told it lasts longer. I chose a very soft and light sea foam green/sage dip powder because I'm going to the beach in a few days. The man who did my nails pointed at the dip I chose and said, "You want color like this?" I was confused and said, "Yes, that color." He picked up the dip powder, walked away, and put it back on the shelf. He came back with a dark Christmas tree green gel polish. I don't know the process of dip nails since I have never done them before. I thought maybe he would go get the powder later. I didn't notice he switched the color and style of nails until he had finished my left hand already since I was reading on my Kindle. I have extreme social anxiety and wasn't able to tell him he didn't do a single thing I asked for. I asked for dip and he gave me gel. I asked for soft sage green and he gave me the grinch. First photo is the color I chose and the second is the nails I left with. Needless to say, I cried as soon as I left and I will never be going back there. He was also very heavy handed and hurt my toes several times. My mother in law tried to treat me to something nice and I left crying and feeling as if I looked ungrateful. Do not recommend this place. They don't listen, apparently. I would also like to add that I rarely if ever leave bad reviews. I don't like hurting businesses. They took their time with the cleaning, which I feel like sometimes nail places speed through this part but honestly it's the most important part, besides the color. I have no idea the name of the male nail tech I had today. It was not Ben he has always done a great job. But today. Not evenly rounded they are off to different sides and the polish is not covering my nails on the sides. The nails are glued to the skin under my nails. The color is correct but since it is a dark color the flaws so much more. Wishing I could take them off. But after paying for these plus tip. I can't afford to do that. read more

I took my daughter & my niece to this salon for the first time on Friday. They both got a full set & I had nails prior from another salon so I got a fill in. I am not one to complain but it was a HUGE wasted of money. My nieces nails looked awful. the design he did looked nothing like what she asked for. he didn't paint the sides of the nail on like 3 of her nails, multiple nails were noticeably uneven. My nails are the weirdest shape. I said I wanted square & got almond turned into square. & the same thing... the side of my nails werent painted to where you could see the pink popping out from my last set of nails. My daughters nails looked good but when it came to paying mine were $40 (fill in) my nieces were $60 (full set with design on 2 fingers) & then they charged me $70 for my daughters (full set with design on 2 fingers) when I asked why the girls were a different price when theoretically they got the same thing... he said because she got long. I then walk over to look because I already told her not to do them long... she said mom I didn't they aren't... they absolutely were no long. They were the same length as mine and I always get short. They didn't change the price. I paid and decided we would never be back. I wasn't going to even write a review but now I'm annoyed!!! ITS BEEN 4 DAYS & MY DAUGHTER HAS ALREADY HAD 3 NAILS FALL OFF!!!! (She has gotten her nails done plenty of times and we never have an issue of broken nails, she's always easy with them & takes care of them so I don't care to pamper her because she's responsible with them.... & the paint on my nails are chipping at the ends.... I ALWAYS GET GEL SO THE PAINT DOESNT CHIP!!!!! I don't understand how we've never had issues anywhere else and at this place we have all sorts of issues. So the fact I spent $200 total really irks my nerves. (because yes I did tip still... not as large of a tip as I normally would but in my conscious whether I'm receiving a service or eating out I will always tip no matter the service but excellent service I go above and beyond. We should have waited and went to our regular place & we will from now on! Don't waste your time, money, or energy! My daughter and I got our nails done at Clinton Hwy location for our trip and not even one week and the nails cracked and fell off with their dip powder and I went back to show the owner and he said no problem we will fix them all and so we booked an appointment and when we drove all the way out there he tried to say sorry owner said no and we should of called from our trip to inform them and all this nonsense. We don't recommend anyone going there. They are not honest people and charge so much money for a poor job and not very professional. read more

However, I was disappointed with the aesthetics. It could use a fresh coat of paint for starters and a good cleanup of the workstations. I came on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 & didn't have to wait at all. I got a manicure & pedicure with Mya. She did a really good job on both my manicure & pedicure. She focused on my cuticles & the shape I wanted for my nails. Mya had to leave to pick up her son, & another lady took over my pedicure with the massage & polish. She also did a good job. They offered me a drink but I had my own water. The salon was clean, but I wish they used the individual liners for the pedicure bowls. They also have hundreds of colors to pick from. I feel bad giving this business a bad review because I am very pro small business..however maybe my review will be seen by the owner. This place is so dirty! There's a dust of nail debris literally coating everything (like the radioactive dusting over everything in Chernobyl). I went here for a fill was very disappointed the gel was so thick it ran and i had to have nails redone, I asked for a slight color accent at the base of my french manicure and was told ' no it looks more natural the way I do it ' well if i didn't want it I wouldn't have asked after all i went in with them done that way. This shop was unorganized and not very accommodating. We were told the wait was 30 minutes and waited closer to an hour. And once my sister got in the chair, they claimed to not be able to do simple design work on her toes and sloppily put the design on her nails to the point that she was forced to leave everything plain.
