Avoid "Victoria" or "Tiffany" at all costs. She destroyed my fiances nails. Did not listen to directions at all. Manager had to come help, cut her real nails and messed them up really bad. Never again. If I was there it would have not been paid for. read more

Horrible Business! I wish I could give 0 stars. I have adjusted at least three of my appointment times because they would say they are, "running behind." After having to rearrange all my other plans for that day still waited at least 30 minutes. Last week I called and made an appointment, gotcha there, no appointment noted and again at least 30 minute wait. So I called in and made an appointment yesterday, go in and guess what? No appointment noted. I was there at my designated time as agreed upon via phone call. Two adults and a child were taken back before even acknowledging my existence. I left after waiting and wasting an hour of my Saturday. After I left I received a taext that said, and I quot, "Don't call here again. This place is absolutely horrible. ive had my nails for about 2 weeks, i tried to take 1 of my nails off then i figured out it was on my skin and when i took the acrylic nail off it took my WHOLE nail with it. i have no pinky nail now its just pure skin and im in serious pain. never coming back read more

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst place to get your nails done. Do not recommend at all. My wife just got home from here and her nails look horrific. Bubbles in the gel, paint messed up, different shapes on every nail, and to top it off, it's not even close to the design she asked for. The guy who did them yelled at her in front of everyone for requesting something she wanted. He also stayed on his phone the entire time while doing her nails. Save your money people and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers. read more

I had my nails done 4 days ago and already to have broken. I told him I needed them thick because I'm hard on them and he said no. He did not want to do them thick. Then he told me he did not like the way my nails looked. He didn't like the colors and the art I had picked. Awful! read more

This spa is awesome. The chairs are comfortable and the girl who did my Pedicure today was named Shanda. Not sure I spelled her name right. She was awesome. Did a great job on my feet. They look and feel great. I called ahead and did not have to wait. This spa is very affordable . read more

If zero stars were an option that's what I would give. No one at the front desk. There is not enough seating in the waiting area. Mostly because their daughter takes up the couch and there are two chairs left for customers. I Had the four year old I watch with me who is extremely well behaved. The guy was very irritated that I had her with me though he didn't care to stop in the middle of my pedicure several times to go take care of his daughter, which I wouldn't have minded if he hadn't been irritated with the fact that I had a kid with me. The pedicure was basic at best. He dug out my in grown toenails without asking. Which is something I prefer to do at home. He also didn't clean the thing that scrapes the dead skin off your feet. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. The owners bring their young daughter with them and try to care for her while doing mani/pedis. Have one employee working on 3 people at one time. I do not recommend this place. With so many nail salons around you would think they would try to give better service. read more

I've tried going twice but ended up walking out without service. Was told the first time, when I went in just for my eyebrows that they were too busy with mani/pedis but next door business could help.... okay... thanks for the recommendation. Today I went in at 6, they close at 7 and asked for a mani/pedi and was told they don't have time to do both but could do one.... Nah, I'm cool. Went down the road to Tenn Nail who also closes at 7 and with 2 women in front of me they graciously accommodated me. I don't expect anyone to stay open for me but come on... 2nd time I'm turned away. No more. No thanks. read more
