I gave this place 2 stars because the staff was friendly and the place was clean but my poor nails look horrible. You could tell they were short staffed and the lady was rushed. I went in to get a full set, and when I left I had the acrylic powder all over my fingers. Not talking about just a little bit around the cuticle, I mean going up towards the knuckle. It makes it look like my skin is peeling. I think my experience would have been better if she wasn't so concerned about rushing me out and getting to the next client, especially considering she was the only one waiting and there were only 5 others on the salon. read more

I started going to Saphire probably six years ago, and they are amazing Kym and John are a sweet couple. Are used to take a family member with Huntington's disease in for a pedicure .Even with her Chorea, which if you're not aware , is a jerking muscle spasm that happens randomly and often with Huntington's disease, they always were very patient with her and she left with a beautiful pedicure and feeling good about herself despite her disease. And for the ladies comment about someone walking in ahead of her after she was there first, they probably had an appointment. I suggest you give them another try if you can be open minded because they are amazing people and I'm hoping to go see them today before I have to head back to Miami. read more

I'm a hot or miss on this location. PROPS for friendliness and I don't think they talked about me in Vietnamese TOO much while I was in there. (See Angela Johnson's video called Nail Salons). Their color choices were slim compared to other shops. Considering I only need one color per month I'm not sure if I have reason to complain. However I do like the OPI nail color with the silver. It is a very high shine nail polish and it's my favorite. They only had one bottle and one color option. The salon seemed clean except the nail tech stations which are always layered in acrylic dust. The tools were in fact washed and sanitized. I witnessed this myself. My tech was quite helpful with a very old case of toe nail fungus acquired from a salon named Queen Nail back in 2012. The remedy she provided seems to help and I've already done all the medical treatments save nail removal. Not sure I'll go back. So many options in our area for pedicures. A salon really has to step up its game to stand out. This one was mediocre. read more

My young daughter and I have come to Sapphire Nail Spa a few times for pedicures and we really have enjoyed our experience! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They have kids chairs equipped with DVD players for the kids to watch while they get their nails done. The adult pedicures have been great and the foot and leg massage was outstanding during both visits. This has become our nail place :) read more

I'm new to the area and was referred here by a friend. My first time here I got a beautiful gel manicure, got great service & the price was reasonable. Second time here and I got a pedicure with a glass of wine! Both times the salon was empty on a weekday afternoon. It's newer looking with nice pedicure stations and fixtures. Called ahead for an appointment. Showed up. No one greeted me. Waited 15 minutes to be setup at the foot spa. Waited another 10 minutes watching others get served. Still nothing. Got up and left. I got a bacterial infection from their disgusting footbath. The lady was rude, and hit my leg so hard to get me to move them (I had my eyes closed, and she didn't speak much English) that I literally had bruises on my legs the next day. Absolutely awful. I will never go here again. I highly recommend going to one of the other nail salons in Turkey Creek, such as Jazzy Nails or Moda. read more

I was very impressed with the service and atmosphere here. The 4 of us had appointments for 11am on Saturday, so they weren't busy yet, but they were obviously awaiting our arrival and greeted us joyfully There were 6 staff members there at the time, and I felt like they prepared as not to be under-staffed. The pedicure was fantastic! My friends and I were extremely impressed with the quality and relaxation. I got the extended massage for an additional $10 and it was definitely worth it. However, my friend who did not get the extra massage had a longer one than most nail spas give. The ONLY negative is that my pedicure chipped after a week, and normally it takes three weeks for paint to chip on my toes :/. I may try this one again though, because the service was awesome! read more

Walked in to get a full set of nails. They told me there was a 15-20 minute wait, so I waited. Another lady walks in after I had been waiting 16 minutes and needed a full set as well and they told her to sit down and they immediately started working on hers. I was very angry and upset that they literally ignored me through the whole time I was waiting and didn't even offer any water or anything. I walked out. read more

So rude! The vibe was negative the minute we walked in. The gentleman was nice the main lady was rude, abrupt to my niece, and said nothing to me while doing my nails. She didn't take all the gel off before doing the new color. Too bad because the kids pedicure chairs were very cute but the main lady discouraged my young niece from doing her nails. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED.I DO NOT suggest going to Sapphire Nails and Spa. As soon as I walked in the lady was quite rude when asking the service I wanted,then when I told her that I wanted a full set she asked me what length,I said long. She made a face as if disapproving what I wanted. When I sat down a very nice lady started talking too me about how her day went, just making small talk and when I looked back at the woman she shook her head and rolled her eyes. I don't know what she meant by this gesture but it wasn't appreciated. Aside from that when she painted my nails she didn't do the best job and I ended up will nail polish all over my cuticle area, also dried acrylic on my fingers. She made my nails so thin that the next day when I was brushing my hair one of my nails(my pointer finger) broke and for the price ($50) I don't think anything should be breaking the next day. Took my granddaughter on Saturday afternoon only couple of other women in the salon and now I know why. By far the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. The people were all very nice, but hardly anyone seemed to know what they were doing. The boy next to me couldn't understand the woman was asking for french tip and thought he wanted half her nails a different color then the other nails, so the receptionist had to teach him on the spot. After waiting for a while a woman helped me and she was very kind and seemed to understand what I wanted. Then she butchered my nails. I wanted french tip with dip and asked her to square my nails off. My nails were all different sizes, the tips were uneven on every nail, there were streak marks on the nail, and she didn't cover my whole nail with a top coat. Any time i've gotten dip it's lasted for at least 3 weeks, but this job chipped after less then a week. I'm sure if you came in wanting something more basic this would be an excellent choice, but for anything outside of a solid color I wouldn't recommend. read more

The main lady was so rude when we showed up that we were ready to leave in the first 5 minutes. Unfortunately we picked out colors, ignored the rude behavior, and stayed. By the end of the experience we all felt the same way about the rudeness, the way we were rushed through, the quality of the pedicures and gel manicures.
