On July 1 2025 was the third time the lady was very ruf on my big toe, we left for Alaska on cruise my toe hurt could hardly walk.Went to see someone in medical on ship cruise .Stated that my skin under the toe nail was cut So my wife went on many excursions and I just suffered the whole fourteen days. I have been going for years but something has changed. I always get the top pedicure, toes, cuticles, callus remover, the works. In April some young man gave the pedicure, never cut my cuticles, crappy message just of good service, not sure why even gave the guy a tip. Told myself, never going back. After a couple months, I felt guilty, thought I should give them another chance, this time the cut BOTH of my toes, swore to myself I never will go back. My daughter made appointments for us for a pedicure and manicure. I was treated rudely by the lady that did my pedicure. She did not offer me a drink (everyone else around me was offered one including my daughter) and when I asked for a water she acted like she was mad. She did not speak to me the whole time she did my pedicure. I was then transferred to a guy for my manicure and he was equally rude to me. I cannot understand why I was treated this way. I am always very polite and have never been treated in such a hostile manner. This was my first time there and I will never be back. I have never felt so unwelcome. I am relatively new to the area and have been hesitant to try a new nail salon but I am so glad I found Elite Nails. The location is very clean, convenient and relaxing. They offer drinks and snacks and also have a rewards program, which is a nice touch. I brought a friend - we should have allowed for more time as it was later in the evening (my own pet peeve!) but they did not act bothered nor did they rush through the service to get out on time. I have had different people each time and every time I come away with gel nails that start far from the cuticle so the next day it looks like I had them done a week ago. I went to Elite Nails for over a year. At first, I had some mediocre experiences, but I kept going, because massage chairs are life. I found Ana who was very nice and always did a great job. I also liked it that they remembered me, who I wanted to see, and what services I wanted each time I returned. That changed two weeks ago. Ana wasn't there, so I agreed to see another tech. He was okay, but I didn't really care for the way he did my nails. At one point, I asked someone to run hot water over my glasses, so I could clean them, because they had gotten a small drop of oil on them. She picked up a spray bottle and squirted them which I was fine with until I realized it was alcohol which can't be used on my type of lenses. As I tried wiping them, they continued to get more and more cloudy. I was horrified, because I thought they were ruined. I tried talking with some of the nail techs, but they all said, "We clean our glasses all the time with alcohol; it's fine" despite the fact that the lenses were obviously cloudy. I asked for the owner, and a man came over (I don't know his name or whether he is the owner or not). He looked at my cloudy lenses, said "Clear!" turned his back and walked away. When I tried to talk to him, he kept saying "Clear! Clear!" in an ugly tone and continued to walk away while talking about me loudly to other techs in the presence of customers. At this point, I was in tears both because I thought my brand new lenses were damaged and because he was rude and dismissive to me. Finally, the very nice young lady who had innocently squirted them with alcohol looked at my lenses, agreed that they were cloudy, said it was the oil and offered to gently clean them with soap and water and to pay for them if that didn't work. She cleaned them and was correct that it was just the oil. I paid full price for my service (no discount or comp was offered after the rude treatment by the one gentleman) and included a very nice tip for the tech who had done my nails. Getting mani/pedis at Elite with Ana had been a relaxing self-indulgence that I looked forward to every two weeks. The rude, unacceptable treatment by the one person in the shop as well as his dishonesty about the condition of my lenses destroyed what was supposed to be a relaxing experience and ruined my day. I went there to get a pedicure and they asked me if I wanted regular polish or gel. I picked regular because that's what I normally get at other places. After I was done I realize that the paint was starting to bubble and my nails weren't drying. I left anyways because i didn't want to seem rude and wore my flip-flops for an hour and a half and they still did not dry. I called over there and they said they could fix it. So of course I walked in and the owner Anthony is standing there with a awful attitude. He told me that that's just how regular polish is and went on to tell me I had to pay an extra 15 dollars to get my toes done correctly. then he started arguing with me in front of the whole store and then yanked my feet around with fixing them. I have never experienced anything like this and at a nail salon and I'm shocked this happened. read more

I have been a client for a year and tip 20% every time I go...I always have a pedicure and fill. Last visit I decided to get gel polish for an upcharge on both my nails and toes. Today I go for the usual, informed them that I had gel polish at the beginning of the pedicure and they start to remove it. The guy tells me that I am mistaken, it is NOT gel polish and proceeds to take it off with regular, not Acetone, polish remover, thus exposing the fraud. He said "see?! regular polish" which I responded very loudly " then we have a real problem here because two weeks ago you charged me for gel polish". He said and did nothing to repair my trust at all. Straight up fraud; find a different place. read more

Update to my previous review: After my regular manicurist left, I tried to keep going to Elite Nails. Many things happened that really changed my opinion of this establishment. 1) They lied to me about where my regular guy way. He quit, and they told me he was on vacation. 2) They were rude to me because I asked for someone who no longer worked there, even though I stayed and agreed to see someone else. 3) I received a terrible pedicure. The person put lotion on my legs while they were still completely wet. My toenails were cut down so short it hurt to put shoes on later. My paint started coming off in two weeks when I can usually go 6+. Etc. 4) The guy who did my fill in sliced open two of my fingers while filing my nails and then laughed at me when I said "ouch." They were both bleeding, and I had to cover with neosporin and band aids for about a week to get the cuts to close. My paint started coming off in less than a week, and three of them were breaking. I had acrylic nails for over 10 months at that point and never experienced that. I will never return and don't recommend this place unless you want to be treated poorly and potentially be injured. read more

Always a very short wait (or no wait at all). They are very friendly and do a fantastic job! The gel (shellac) polish is the best - lasts 2 to 3 weeks every time I get it! The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices can't be beat! Get your nails done here!! read more

I will NEVER get my nails done here again. I had a few good experiences here and one horrible experience has overshadowed the rest. I went in to have one of my gel redone on my thumb after I chipped it a few days after I had them done. The man who redid it kept cutting my cuticle, keep in mind I just had them done a few days before. He cut my thumb so deep it starting gushing blood. He kept using nail polishes and other things to try to stop the bleeding. Things that touched my blood and I know he didn't sterilize before or after touching it to my open wound. I was disgusted. When I demanded he let me up to wash my hands he refused until I didn't listen and just got up. I was so scared I went and got tested at the Health Department. His name was Luis, at least that's what he went by. Horrible. read more

My daughter (who is 16) got a full-set of acrylics for her birthday 5/12, which were poorly done. Initially within 1 week, two popped off in which I took her back and they re-did the entire set. Making mention of "they were done wrong". The second set lasted until Memorial Day weekend and again started popping off. Having had acrylics before, I know they shouldn't have done that. The gel manicure I got here was ah-mazing. It's still impeccable after a good month (no fade, no chipping)! The service was quick, and our walk-ins were well accepted. I also get my brows done here and they do a very thorough and clean job on them. They gave me exactly what I wanted when I described it to them and did not make my brows too thin or leave a lot to be dealt with. My skin was in pretty good shape afterwards too, not broken or chapped. However, my mother came before and got a not-so-good pedicure here a few years ago when they first opened. I'm just going to start by saying if I could give 0 Stars, I would. This was probably the worst experience getting my nails done I have ever had. First of all, I showed the man a picture and this was not what I had asked for. In the middle of getting them done I told him I really didn't like how you could see my finger nail through the powder. After I told him I didn't like them he said it was too late and then he started getting rough with my hands and shaking his head. At this point I didn't even know what to do anymore since I had already voiced how I didn't like them. I left with 2 bloody fingers after he drilled over my cuticles too roughly, clear polish, and glitter that looks like a 12 year old did it. Not to mention the fact that my nails are stuck to my skin due to his sloppy work. This entire experience was upsetting and I'm even more upset that I paid for it, but after he said he wouldn't redo them I didn't even know what to do. I will never go back here. read more

My daughter had a gel manicure a few months back and they started coming off within a week. I still thought I'll give them 1 more shot. Last week I paid to have the SNS nails done, and after 1 week 1st nail came off. 10 days after they were applied, 6 nails were gone. When we went in to get them fixed, obviously we were concerned about whole set. They did redo the nails, but they informed her if she comes back they will not fix, there will be a charge. She did nothing to damage the nails! She is 12! She was so embarrassed! This is not the way you treat customers. We easily spend $200 a visit, and this is how you treat people?!
